The location is optimal for being close to the boardwalk and the beach. We were so happy with the front desk manager, who was pleasant and helpful. Overall, you can’t go wrong with the Aquarius.
• Linda (10/5): Best hotel overall! - This was our second year staying here, changed ownership, we were worried but the new owner Lester was so nice and helpful! Our maid was amazing, she cleaned our room every day, we asked of course. We had very fun neighbors again, everything was perfect! You cannot beat the location and the view! We never had to get in the car, everything is within walking distance. We are happy to say we have found "our" place for a relaxing vacation every summer!

• Craig (10/5): - We booked a trip to Aquarius the morning we decided to take a road trip to Wildwood. And we were surprised we were able to get a room. We had a room with a kitchenette (very convenient - full size fridge, sink, microwave, and stove), a sitting room with a dining table for four, and a separate bedroom with AC. and it was on the fourth / top floor - accessible via the stairs, or the elevator. The staff in the front office was welcoming, accommodated our late check-in, and were helpful in recommending restaurants in the area. We would stay here again.
• Linda (10/5): - We were so impressed with Aquarius. The staff was AMAZING! They helped us from the first 5 minutes we arrived, they were always pleasant, they made you feel like family. Traveling with a special needs adult can be challenging, and we think we have found our go-to place in WW! The rooms were SO CLEAN! I can get grossed out easily, so this was awesome for me. I didn't even mind the carpet! No crumbs anywhere in the kitchen. The bathroom was not new, but it was so clean! All rooms faced the ocean, coffee available in the office, outside sitting area separated just enough so you didn't feel like you were bothering your neighbors. We made friends with many guests! All of these things made our stay wonderful, but the staff sealed the deal! We look forward to next summer to return to Aquarius!
• Robin (10/5): Definitely going back!!! - The room was very clean and offered anything we might need from towels, dishes, etc. Room service was offered, also. The refrigerator was big enough to fit our items (not small like a dorm size). The staff was very friendly, the grounds were kept nicely. The Inn is directly across from the boardwalk & ocean.. LOVE that. Tram cars come by pretty often so if you get tired of walking you can grab it on the way. We absolutely loved it here and will 100% be back!

The staff was super friendly and so kind and so easy to deal with. The room was not the biggest but it was very clean and room service was in every morning to clean. The owner was very attentive and interactive the entire time we were there and helped us with so many little things. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

• Sonia (10/5): - We were there on Mother's Day weekend. Like most of the hotels in Wildwood, the place is vintage-y but very well kept. The room was immaculately clean and convenient; beds and "sofa" (actually a clever pull-out bed) were comfortable. The living room faces toward the ocean, although the beach is across the quite large Convention Center parking lot. The hotel is across the street from and smack dab in between the Convention Center on one side and the famous Wildwood "beach balls" on the other. The pool was not in service yet. I prefer quieter locations during beach season, but for folks who want to be where the action is, this was a lovely room!

My hip is bothering me and this was a great location with the convention center a hop skip and. Jump across the parking lot. The room was clean and perfect for the 3 of us. I would consider this place again for a future trip.

Two of the female managers/owners were very rude to our children when they asked for more clean towels (we had 5 people in a 6 occupancy room and were only given 4 towels). One of our daughters did record the whole interaction in their phone so this was not just hear say! We were shocked to see the video and see how rude they were. Other than that we had a great stay. There is always someone cleaning around the property and it showed. By far the cleanest hotel in the area from what we saw. I would recommend staying on the 2nd-4th floor if you want an ocean view!

• Susan (10/5): - Very nice property, great location, clean. The only issues were minor. The couch in the living room isn't really a couch but a bed with pads there (hard to explain). It is difficult to sit comfortably and watch TV. Also, only one air conditioning unit and it is in the bedroom so the bedroom door must stay open to get the cool air in the living area. There is a fan in the wall to help push air in. Overall, it was a nice stay and would return in the future.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - it was cute and clean enough. other guests were good, too. wasn't a party place so it was good for our family to go to and enjoy the beach. only problem with the property i had was the temperature control of our suite. the ac was in the bedroom on top of one of the beds, so the people in that bed were very cold and the unit was very loud, so sleep in the bedroom wasn't great - and the bedroom was freezing. then, we had people on the pull out bed in the living room, and that room didn't have any ac and the cold air from the bedroom didn't flow to the living room, so the people in the living room were boiling hot and didn't sleep well, either. (we are a family of six, we have 3 daughters and 1 son, so mom and all the girls shared the bedroom and dad and the sob shared the living room). HOWEVER, for a beach town in jersey like wildwood, the hotel was surprisingly CLEAN and the staff was surprisingly FRIENDLY. if we go back to wildwood for another family beach vacation, this would def be the place we stay.

• AMARILYS SANTIAGO (10/5): - We loved our stay at Aquarius Oceanfront Inn. The room was spacious and clean! The location was perfect! Everything was within walking distance which was great! The only setback we had was that our room was on the first floor which does not have an ocean view. After speaking with the front desk they were able to move us to a higher floor with an awesome view. We would definitely stay here again!
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Our stay at Aquarius wasn't as pleasant as we expected (long post). On July 3rd, I booked Aquarius for my daughter and her family- sleeps 4. We knew there was a storm brewing in the afternoon/evening, we got caught in the rain alittle bit-so we decided to send my 2 grands along with her 4, plus another daughter came down just for the day to Aquarius which is right off of the boardwalk-beach. I went to my room at Wildwood Inn to check in and dry off. While I was getting dressed my daughter called me upset that the lady from the front desk came knocking on the door, hollering that "all these people weren't supposed to be in the room". So my daughter felt threatened by her tone and called the police. By the time I got there the police were there and asked me who would be staying in Aquarius room? I explained that 2 of my grands would be sleeping with me and my husband at Wildwood Inn and that we only sent them to Aquarius because of the storm to seek shelter. But the front desk lady threatened to cancel our booking which would mean my family would be out in a storm, (there is a non-refundable clause in the booking), so the sgt cop was understanding and talked the lady down-off her high horse. So had the rude front desk lady listened to our situation and showed some compassion- given the weather, all this could have been avoided. My daughter felt she was treated badly and the rude lady implied that my daughter was lying when she tried to tell her what was going on.

• Alison (8/5): Many things to like about Aquarius! - We've stayed at the Aquarius 2 years in a row. Things I love about Aquarius: the ocean view from the room, the kitchenette and full-size fridge, being across the street from the Boardwalk / beach but away from the noisey part of the Boardwalk, the clean pool, and last but not least the owners are ALWAYS around and easy to get ahold of. Very nice and very helpful people. We're already looking forward to staying at Aquarius next summer :)

The pool was well maintained and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again! It was peaceful but steps away from all the excitement! And we were able to sit on our balcony and watch the ocean all day every day whenever we wanted!

Motel seemed to be older, but was clean and maintained very well. Staff was always onsite attending to guests needs and always keeping the pool area clean. No frills, and nothing fancy but the room provided everything we needed for a beach trip. Would consider booking this place again!
