- Olaf Dietmar (4/5): Außer dem grandiosen Ausblick eine herbe Enttäuschung - Die Lage war überragend.Vom Balkon aus direkt gegenüber der CN Tower. Mit Abstand die teuerste Unterkunft auf der gesamten Kanadareise.(wir waren auch in Ottawa,Montreal ,Edmonton und Vancouver).Der Gastgeber war nicht anwesend, nur das Sicherheitspersonal .Es war nichts vorbereitet,ohne die Hilfe dieses Personals hätte ich die Wohnung nicht erreicht. Entgegen der Zusage für einen Parkplatz wurde uns die Einfahrt in das Parkhaus verweigert ,sodass wir uns ein anderes Parkhaus (mit zusätzlichen Kosten) suchen mussten.Im Zimmer war der Feuermelder von der Decke herunter gerissen und lag defekt in einer Schublade.Beide Betten und die Zusatzcouch waren sehr unbequem.

- Sherry (9/5): Great location, very nice accommodations and a very helpful host! - We stayed at the property for three nights when we came to Toronto for a concert at the Rogers Centre. The location was great - walking distance to the concert and everything else we wanted to do while in town. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The balcony offered a great view of the waterfront. Check in and check out instructions were clear and helpful. Would definitely book again.

- Kashmari (2/5): Not recommend, Poor quality and not value for money. - Location was ideal as it was in the city central. 1. Oven glass door was smashed due to key locker location. We didn't find it safe to use the oven during our stay. 2. Bed sheets smelt like boar. We have washed everything we used. 3. Pillow and pillow cases were unusable and had to be washed. 4. Dirty stains all over the couch. We used bed sheets as couch sheet cover. 5. Apartment had an unpleasant smell. 6. Kitchen bench top was dirty when wiped. 7. Kitchen cabinets were dirty inside and not cleaned. 8. Dust in the bathroom. Toilet seat cover wasn't clean. Personal hygienic was left from previous people. 9. Fridge wasn't cleaned properly. Spilled food/drink were not wiped. 10. Balcony door couldn't be locked and was hardly closes with gaps. We were able to hear wind breezes at night time. 11. Some of the PowerPoint's in the kitchen wasn't working properly. It was a hazard and needed maintenance. 12. Host asked to use the carpark in new year which wasn't professional. We have informed the host but was ignored in a nice way! We have photos and videos of the above as evidence.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Condo was not clean so I’m not sure why they charge for cleaning. The shower curtain was so dirty I didn’t want to shower with the curtain inside. The door to the laundry was broken along with the drying being so loud it seems like it’s also broken. The water was not working for 3 days due to repairs in the building. The dishwasher didn’t work. Dishes were dirty. The fire alarm went off 2 nights in a row at 3am. That being said I went down 60 flights of stairs and rally hurt my knees. Parking was a nigtmare ($5 every 25 mins) or 30$ a day through Atlantis suits. Elevator is so busy it takes forever to get to the unit. With all the issues I tried to contact the owner and she told me it’s not her problem and there was nothing she could do other than take care of one night of parking. I wanted to check out but it was non refundable no matter what. I travel a lot and would never stay here again.

The suite had an AMAZING view, far better than we were expecting. It was well furnished with everything we needed (especially the laundry facilities which were very welcome!!)

- Auz (8/5): - The sliding bedroom out of doors is lovely for an open concept during the day. When night time hits, it’s the brightest spot in the unit. I believe you should invest in some internal blinds/drapes for the bedroom. Or update/fix the ones that surround the patio. This will really complete the unit and bring up the value to exactly what it’s worth. Fair stay other than the struggle to fall asleep. Walls in bedroom are also very scuffed and dirty. Very isolated rooms, with lots of privacy. Amazing kitchen set up and prime location. If you have the need to do anything between the lake a city hall, you’re almost there already. The host Frankie, was an absolute pleasure to deal with

We weren't disturbed by anyone, yet if we had any queries or anything then replies were timely and concise and the people we spoke to were exceptionally friendly and more than helpful. The apartment itself was modern, clean, tidy and had everything we needed plus more. The view was also spectacular. We can't thank them enough for such a wonderful stay!

- Manmeet (6/5): Average Stay - The purpose of using external sources to book hotels is to be efficient. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The communication with the host was very difficult, I sent an email 4 weeks before my stay and did not hear back until there were 5 days before my check in. We had a hard time with the door, we had to ask the front desk for help and they were very rude. The lights and outlets did not work they would randomly stop. The space is cute and cozy but you can find cheaper hotels that offer much more. Again, the space is nice but please note that the communication with the host is very limited which causes chaos.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The apartment was a good size and well-equipped and the location was excellent for my needs (attending a conference at the Westin Castle Harbour Hotel). . However the communication was very poor. After several emails trying to find out how to get the key with no reply, i eventually made a long distance call from NZ to Canada. I inadvertently booked for 2 more nights than I needed (my error) but the owner Tina said she would try to find someone to take them and would get back to me in a couple of days. She never got back to me. Also several mornings there was no hot water and i had to take lukewarm showers which was not pleasant.

Gel douche et shampooing présents mais déjà ouverts , on ne sait pas depuis quand ils sont là. 1 seule pastille pour faire le lave vaisselle et manque de tasse . Appartement en étage élevé mais assez bruyant (autoroute juste en bas ). J'avais réservé cet appartement car j'avais vu qu'il y avait une piscune et salle de sport mais aucun renseignement la dessus . Mail envoyé à Tina pour une demande de départ un peu plus tard , jamais eu de reponse et à 12h pile une dame devant la porte de l'appartement qui attendait qu'on parte . Décevant par rapport au prix et photos sur internet .

We contacted the numbers provided and ended up having to wait 45min to 1hr before some came for the “check in process” in the hallway sitting on our luggage. The process just makes for a frustrating beginning of a trip.

Llegamos 15 minutos antes de lo que habíamos concertado y llamamos al teléfono de María, la persona que nos habían indicado en primer lugar, pero no contestó. Después de una serie de llamadas, la persona que salió a recibirnos, Michael creo que se llamaba, lo hizo de mala gana, puro trámite para él. Nos sentimos en aquel momento como puros números Luego tuvimos que tomar una toalla de la misma secadora. Apenás pudimos dormir los días que estuvimos allí por el ruido de la auotpista que pasa justo al lado. Entiendo que un edificio de esta categoría debería tener doble ventana o algún tipo de aislamiento. La TV en principio tenía cable y hasta TV de pago, pero el cable estaba sin conectar y la TV de pago finalizó el penúltimo día, algo que tampoco entendimos. La verdad no volvería a alojarme en este lugar

- Mohamad (10/5): Fabulous Condo - This condo is near to many attractions in the city (CN Tower, Aquarium) besides that it is just few minutes away from the busiest station in Toronto which is Union Station which connects many areas. A Lot of restaurants near by. In addition to that it is very clean and comfortable and has 24 hours security and has a fabulous lake view.

We were able to walk to everything. Not sure why several reviews complained about the elevators. We had no problems. Would definitely stay here again.

- Jo (10/5): Absolutely recommend. - Perfect location by cn tower downtown for holiday or business trip. We were in apartment 6012 on the 60th floor (67 floors in total in ICE 2 tower). Lift Super fast and no wait for them. Supermarket over the road. Only a few mins from union station. Tina was extremely helpful and we loved the apartment.

Bed rattled e erg time you moved. - Charged $100.00 cleaning fee for two bedroom should have been $50.00, as we were given a one bedroom condo, requested refund which still has not been received. Think twice better apartments out there for the price.

You are right smack in downtown Toronto, close enough to walk to various activities like Ripley's aquarium, CN tower, variety of restaurants near by, etc. For the price it was to stay for the night, it was worth it. It even had a great view of the CN tower (best during the night when the tower lights up)

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice apartment with some drawbacks. - Not bad. Unit was a little beat up, but modern. View was spectacular, but being on the 42nd floor with only two elevators was very annoying. Management was helpful and well prepared.

- Verified traveler (8/5): A condo in excellent location with great view. - Did not have any trouble finding the building though did not have access to parking in same building and had to pay to park across the road at Maple Leaf Centre. Great amenities of Longo grocery store and LCBO across the street. Excellent location with exceptional view of CN tower and Lake.

- Faye (10/5): Fantastic condo, excellent location - As the description clearly states this is not a hotel. It is a condo in a tall block therefore there is no check in desk or reception. The owner is very efficient with response to emails and advises once booked that you need to agree the time to collect the key. The apartment is very modern and clean, the kitchen is stocked with basic cooking equipment. There is a fridge cooker, hob and microwave should you wish to cook yourself. The bed is super comfy and has glass sliding doors around should you wish to separate from the living area. There are towels provided, other things in the room TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, cleaning products. The view from the 39th floor is phenomenal overlooking the lake and the CN tower. The block also has a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, plunge pool, and Jacuzzi. The location is perfect one block to the CN tower and brewery, close to train station, St Lawrence Market many restaurants/bars and the harbour front which is also beautiful. There is a massive store opposite the block and it literally has everything and is good quality, range and price. If I were to ever return to Toronto I would definitely book this place again.

- Arthur C (10/5): The Perfect Location for two couples! - We just returned from our weekend in Toronto and stayed at Atlantis Suites. I have to say that we were all very impressed with the professional manner that Tina handles the rental of this condo including e-mails before, during and at the end of our stay! The location couldn't be better and the set up of the condo is perfect - within a block of ACC, CN Tower, and Rogers Center. It is nice to have a kitchen, sitting room, and a balcony during a stay. Grocery store, LCBO, restaurants all across the street are very handy as well. I will; however, give one tip to those that stay here. Do not park in the parking lot beside the condo unit for even a few minutes. We parked there to unload and when we came out we had a parking ticket ($42). This is not the fault of the condo in any way but I thought I would try to help others avoid a bill for parking. Note that this parking lot is not meant for overnight stays anyway. Best parking is a block away at the Convention Center which cost me $60 for two nights. I strongly suggest that anyone looking for a place for two couples to stay in downtown Toronto consider the Atlantis Suites instead of a hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Not what I expected, had to wait 45mins in the lobby for the guy to come down, marks and scuffs all over the wall. Very small, just overall not what i expected.
- Jason (6/5): Great room and view, nothing else - This is a beautiful room with a fantastic view. The view was five star and so was the room, That's about where the stars end. -Since you aren't dealing with a regular hotel, there is no front desk, no one to help you out or bring you anything should you need. -you need to tell them exactly when you will be there, because since there is no front desk, some one will meet you at the room to give you the key. -I arrange through them parking.I go to the underground parking space I paid for and someone is parked there. Drive to the top again (no cell service that far down) and I'm told to go to another spot, I go there, Someone is parked there. I return up top again and I'm told to go to the room because the person that is giving me the room key, is parked in my spot. So I illegally park and go upstairs. -In the room for five minutes and the fire alarm goes off in the whole building, I go to call someone and No phone in the room. I go into the hallway closet and find that they are doing laundry and use that closet to hang the wet sheets. So much for hanging our coats. -If you're looking for a face cloth, you won't find any, they only give you two towels. Bring your own shampoo and soap because they don't supply that. -Long story short, the view is amazing, the room is nice but for the price plus a fifth dollar room cleaning fee, you can stay at a very nice hotel and get all the perks of a luxury hotel
