• Subardiaga (7/5): 7 Okay lang. Inchindihan gid ky ara kita sa Pinas unlike in Thailand hotels nga bongga. Maybe, ma improve pa ninyo ang s - It is convenient because it is near in the Robinson and accessible in a market and vehicles. The place also so simple and affordable. The aircon is so cool and it’s really good because there is warm water which great for relaxation. Furthermore, the staff are very generous and accommodating as well. Keep up! I think they need to provide small bottle of water, kettle, mug and coffee as part of amenities just like other hotels. Also, the bed is no noisy whenever I moved and it’s so annoying. I think they need to double check it. (ka gahod mag halay giho ilabi nagd na mag uhan ka sa place haha) The lock door in the toilet is not working as well.

• Jenny A (6/5): SURPRISINGLY COMFORTABLE - We had a comfortable sleep. We appreciated the mini fridge and the huge cabinet plus the items at the little store in the reception area are not pricey though incomplete. The receptionist and the security guard are very welcoming and really helpful. THE LOCATION. It is near wet market so it stinks. Mabaho. The place looks old and smells old, too. I often worry that the elevator won't work and I'll get stuck inside because it creates a noise when used.

• Windy (9/5): Week well spent! - The place was neat, tidy, and spacious. The dormitel was also strategically located near the malls and stores which makes it convenient. It also does not have a curfew, but is safe since they have a guard roaming around the premises. Additionally, we enjoyed the dual temperature (hot and cold) option for the shower, it's convenient to use plus they have a mini fridge inside the room! We did not get to enjoy watching on tv since the wifi we had was low in connection yet the other room we booked have a much better connection, they also serve breakfast at 7 am. It's good but, people that starts their day at 6 am should search for rice outside to eat early.

• Toshinori (8/5): west edge of Iloilo city proper - I see this location as west edge of Iloilo city proper, You can walk 1km to Plaza Libertad, 2km to Bacolod fast craft port, in hot daytime and with heavy bag it would not be easy walk. Meanwhile good location for westward(southbound) destination such as Molo, Mohon and Mia-Gao since Jeepney to Molo/Calumpang/Mohon drive near the hotel, Molo church/plaza/mansion are good nighting spots, Mohon has southbound terminal for jeepney and Ceres

• Joan (7/5): It was great. - We checked-in late at night and the staff & the guard were helpful. The room is clean and enough space for 4 people. I booked 2 rooms for 4 pax each. Water pressure is ok. Private bathroom is ok. The area/ becomes becomes busy in daytime. We checked out at around 5:30 am. It’s not really “i didn’t like” but maybe they can explore on selling bread or biscuits (or maybe cook?) for guests who check-in late due to delayed flights or adjusted flights.

The front desk lady is unapproachable. We order pancit canton but they didn’t drained it well it look like a pancit canton with a little soup.

The property cut off time is different from the cut off time that Booking.com provided to me on email. We already confirmed thru phone that are booking is confirmed yet they insists that if we cannot arrive on their cut off time we will loss our booking.

• Carina (6/5): Okay for a short stay - The location is good and the staff is really friendly and helpful. They gave us an adapter as we couldn’t use ours in the plugs. Room was big enough and good shower Unfortunately there were lots of hair sticking on the floor of our room, looked like the floor was only mopped briefly and it wasnt taken care of hair etc. while cleaning. I’m not too fussy but this was really gross to me :(

The bathroom was clean and big; cabinets are a bonus; really good aircon; I especially liked the pillows because their thick; blankets too.. 1. I would rate the location 5/10 -- BUT, i must be fair with One Lourdes Dormitel because I really like it there. The thing is, the Dormitel is near the market that is currently under renovation/construction, so going there through a street that's narrow and crowded kinda gives the Dormitel a negative impression. 2. I'm not really sure, but I do recall slightly when I booked for the room that it comes with free breakfast? And now when I'm rating the Dormitel, one question was "How do you like the breakfast?". So, maybe I did booked for a room with breakfast. Thing is, we never got the free breakfast and the staffs never mentioned about it.. 3. The staffs need more training and seminar on Customer Service. Manners really matters. 4. The view outside my window was hideous.

• Daing (7/5): My review - I liked the facilities. Our room was provided with a ref for food keeping, a TV and the bathroom has a heater. They also have elevator so going to our assigned room in 3rd flr is not so hard. The wifi is good though we experienced to get disconnected every now and then. I think the room and bed needs to be checked. I was not able to get a good sleep coz I feel like there are bed bugs crawling. I didnt see one but that was my experience.
