L'appartamento comodo per 4, letti comodi e con una persona alla reception sempre presente per qualsiasi problema. Zona molto tranquilla e con servizi. La consiglierei. Nulla, tutto perfetto!

• Nicolas (7/5): Dans l’ensemble, nous avons malgré tout passé un bon séjour et le rapport emplacement/confort reste intéressant. - Logement extrêmement bien situé, idéal pour profiter du centre-ville à pied. L’espace est suffisant pour une famille et les équipements sont convenables pour un séjour confortable. Nous avons également apprécié la bonne isolation phonique entre les appartements. Quelques points méritent toutefois d’être signalés pour rester cohérent avec notre expérience globale. L’immeuble étant ancien, nous avons trouvé un cafard mort dans le hall dès le premier jour, ce qui donne une première impression un peu négative. Par ailleurs, le salon est moins bien isolé du couloir : lorsqu’on dort sur le clic-clac, les passages et discussions peuvent être gênants. On entend aussi assez facilement les bruits de la rue la nuit, surtout le vendredi soir, mais cela reste lié à l’emplacement très central du logement. Par ailleurs le four ne fonctionnait pas. Enfin, l’ascenseur est particulièrement lent et cela peut devenir compliqué aux heures de départ. Le matin, avec une poussette, nous avons parfois dû attendre près de 10 minutes pour pouvoir descendre à cause des nombreux check-out simultanés.

Con ventanas super hermeticas que cuamdo las cerrabas no se escuchaba nada. Muy buenas instalaciones en general, todo muy limpio y moderno, exelente recepcion, con gabinetes para guardar las valijas por si llegas antes del check-in. Todo muy lindo, no tuvimos inconvenientes No hubo nada que no nos haya gustado.

Заредено с нужните санитарни принадлежности. Благодаря и на отзивчивия персонал. Бих се върнала отново.Топ локация. Единственото нещо което не беше добре , че във втория апартамент стаята е една( на 6 етаж) Това помещение не би трябвало да се предлага като апартамент за 4 възрастни човека. Второто легло и в двата апартамента са разтегателни дивани които са страшно амортизирани и неудобни за спане на двама човека/ форма на лодка и страшно скърцащи/. Ако това бъде отстранено като проблем ще бъде чудесно.

• Chris (7/5): A well equipped apartment with a balcony street view and close to all the city centre attractions. - Location was perfect, property was clean and had facilities for 4 people (2 in a bedroom with double bed) and two in the lounge (a sofabed to pull open), although we were a party of two. The building has a lift. Both bedroom and lounge had a balcony (we had a room on the third floor) and could see all they way down towards SOL. The keyless entry (using a code) worked well instead of carrying a physical key. A cleaning pack (cardboard box) was provided with everything needed for a week, and also provided were some Nespresso pods and a 1L bottle of water. We never met anyone, except a receptionist of the building who didn't acknowledgement us and we presumed had nothing to do with our apartment. Whilst clean and tidy the apartment lacked anything special, it was functional but nothing more. There was just one wooden stool by the kitchen bar, and no suitable stool/chairs to sit on the balcony (it would need to be small due to narrow ledge). The cork screw was broken so we bought a new one and left it in the kitchen drawer. The power went off once and we had to reset the consumer unit. When the balcony doors are open the street noise is loud, but expected being on the main street. We had to remove all our rubbish when leaving - never been asked to do that before.

• Liana (10/5): Wonder holiday stay Aspasios Calle Mayor Apartments- Madrid - Arrival was easy, the flat was spotless, and everything went well. The location is right by Puerta del Sol, conveniently close to eateries, grocery stores, and transport links I didn't expect us to be located so close to the main road, and it was quite loud, especially between Saturday (late night- early Sunday) and Sunday. This isn't the best choice for anyone who is bothered by noise not your fault at all.

• Conrad (8/5): Great apartment, facilities & Location. Can be noisy - Lovely apartment. Recently renovated. Thoughtful touches like laundry pods which was nice. Fantastic location and facilities. But, the road noise!! Such a shame for us really. We stayed in 4 airbnbs prior to this on our trip and when I arrived I said to the wife "this is the best one yet". Then came sleeping. I'm not a fussy sleeper, but Wow the road noise was really quite bad. To be fair, we had the 1st floor above road, and I think it was Easter weekend so busier than normal. But even with windows and shutters closed I could hear cars, people talking, garbage trucks emptying bins until 3am. A higher apartment would've been nice, maybe some complimentary ear plugs?. But apartment was great, and it didn't ruin our stay as kids slept still Just surprised as wasn't prepared for it.. Oh, the online check-in was also a pain. Of all the check-ins we did this holiday it was the most time consuming.

• ELENA (8/5): Apartamentos 3A y 3B muy bien - Fui con mi familia (y niños) en Semana Santa y cogimos dos apartamentos (3A y3B). La situación es inmejorable. En olmo centro, vas andando a todas partes y está en una zona súper segura. El apartamento está bien insonorizado hacia la calle y durante la noche tampoco hay mucho jaleo. Hay ascensor y rampa de acceso al mismo para silla de ruedas. Hay locales de comida para llevar y un supermercado muy cerca lo que facilita la estancia . Está equipado con lavadora y lavavajillas. Te dejan alguna cápsula café para la cafetera, té, estropajo nuevo, jabón de platos, pastillas para el lavavajillas y lavadora. Y secador y plancha, tendal y tabla planchar. Los sofás eran diferentes. El del 3B más cómodo q el otro. Pero ambos bien. Las camas cómodas y limpias. El personal atento y disponible en horario laboral. Volvería sin dudarlo. Únicamente un par de cosas como propuestas a mejorar: Es una pena que unos apartamentos recién reformados tengan unas reparaciones de pequeñas cosas tan mal hechas que le dan una presencia fatal. Los que duermen en el salón tendrán más ruido ya que tiene la puerta directa al pasillo interior del edificio donde el tránsito de los huéspedes y el eco del pasillo genera bastante ruido.

• janet (9/5): Lovely accommodation, excellent facilities, views topnotch! - Very chic and I love looking out of the window and watching Madrid life go by. Some homeless people around the neighbourhood, particularly at Plaza Mayor but this didn’t compromise safety of the accommodation at all. Still felt safe walking around and the apartment itself is well secured.

• André (9/5): - De locatie is werkelijk fantastisch!! Je zit dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden en plaza Major zit op een steenworp afstand. Midden in de bruisende stad, maar daar merk je binnen in het appartement niets van. Wij zaten in appartement 6D en de douche is echt aan vervanging toe. Douchedeur sluit niet meer en hierdoor wordt de vloer kleddernat. Dat is niet fijn als er 4 personen moeten douchen.
