- Jurina (1/5): pls be careful,after payment no more deal between u and hotel management - I made the payment shortly after 12AM, which reasonably caused confusion as I believed the booking was for the same night. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that the room was already fully booked and unavailable. This means the service could not be provided at that time. Additionally, I noticed there was initially a “free cancellation” option in the system, but it disappeared after I contacted customer service. This has caused confusion and concern on my side.

Keeping the door open/switching aircond on didn't resolve it. Guests had to carry their own towels and TV remote to the room and towel was spray painted in Black with "CASA"

- ayu (6/5): Just nice - Easy to find the hotel. The room is small but you'll get what you pay. There's a hole above the door at my room. Quite uncomfortable with that. there's iron at the pantry if you need to. There's a lot of shop nearby. If you have your own transport it will be more easier.
