• Verified traveler (2/5): - Property was awful. Had a strong smell of cigarettes. No bathroom door whatsoever. The AC’s wire had been cut off so no AC. Disgustingly dirty overall

• Verified traveler (2/5): Dumpville! Stay away!!! - I don't usually leave reviews and usually don't write bad reviews but I just could not say something about this place. THIS PLACE IS A MAJOR DUMP!!!! Do not stay here, EVER! If you want to dry yourself with stained towels and no sheets on the bed with a possiblity of bed bugs, go for it! There was no toilet paper or towels so we had to go to the front desk to get them. The neighborhood is questionable, loud people hanging out front, the door barely locked... this was a nightmare hotel. Amazingly the a/c worked fine and the guy at the front desk was nice and helpful. This place needs to be torn down and given back to the roaches. DISGUSTING! Sadly we prepaid for 2 days but decided to leave after the first night losing out on a lot of money. Since we got it on hotels.com, it was cheap but when someone came in asking how much it was a night, the front desk guy said it was $70 a night! WHAT??? EXCUSE ME???? I wouldn't have paid $20 for that place. Stay far far away!!!!
• JoeWilly (2/5): - My wife went to the front desk to request washcloths, there are none. She was told that the owners does NOT furnish them. walls had large gaps in them and they also had holes. An unsuspecting person would have expected to see video cameras watching them all night long. There were residents (probably permanent) working on vehicles until way after midnight in the motel driveway. garbage and debris scattered throughout the parking lot area. The security was very questionable because only 1 key and it did not fit the deadbolt. I requested Handicapped accommodations due to physical disabilities and I was told that none are available. This establishment should be either rebuilt or destroyed.
• Sole (4/5): You get what you paid for... - Let see where do I start..well, from the beginning I guess. So I arrived late to the motel (more like that since it was a bit run down and felt abandoned sometimes) and I was aware of the office hours and I at least told them but unfortunately my flight ran late and picking up the rental took longer then expected and by that time the front desk person (Daniel) couldn't wait much longer and got stuck sleeping in my car the whole night (hugh!!) at least the weather was ok outside. I also noticed on the Travelocity website the office hours said 8am-11pm but that was not true because when I got to the office there was a sign on the door saying 9am-11pm and in the end the front desk lady didn't even arrive til 9:25am..so made my night longer and my husband was so tired and angry by then. I got fed up to the point I started calling a agent at Travelocity to complain and that is when the front desk lady was finally agreed to give me a room for my stay. Now the room, it was very plain and kind of dirty and scary looking at times. The lighting was ok but dim and old light fixtures. There was no trash barrels in the room or bathroom and the bathroom had no door and there goes any privacy that anybody needs.The bed cover looked old and needs to be changed and I had the unfortunate luck of sleeping in a bed that was not stable and moved if I moved in the bed so that was annoying. I did tell the front desk person Daniel about the whole experience and where there needs to be improvements.
• Eric (4/5): Go Elsewhere - Would not stay here again. Hotel is extremely run down. No one available to refund my deposit when I was ready to leave in the morning. It was a cash deposit. Left key in room and management had to break in through window as they had no other key!

• Gordon (2/5): I was unhappy with the room very bad an dirty - The room had bugs all over no toilet paper no towels when I checked in there was no sheets on the bed I had to request it they had no toilet paper on property to give me the walls were very dirty the doors were very dirty and the furniture had all kinds of stains and burn holes all in the furniture the wood was terrible that air conditioner was half falling apart I would never stay at this hotel again and I would wish you take it off of your website thank you very
• Taunja (6/5): Ok for price - Service at front desk good. The room itself was crappy. No bathroom door, tv remote, sink was stained and heat blowing cold air. The area was good though and I felt pretty safe.

• Maciej (2/5): Complete dump - This place was a complete dump. Nothing like the pictures on Expedia. For starters, the roof looked like it was going to collapse, the entire property reaked of urine and feces. Drug dealer types everywhere. Ended up not staying there, had to book a room at another hotel. What was to be our “room” had no working a/c or toilet and had pubic hairs everywhere, including in the fridge. I looked at the Expedia pictures again after we refused to stay there, and it looks like they were deliberately taken at a distance and at specific angles to conceal what the place really looks like. It’s a textbook case of fraud.... deliberately hiding the truth to get someone to buy something.

• Jeff (2/5): A dive at a 2 star price - The staff was competent and friendly , but that is where anything positive ends .This place is a dive . If it were priced like a dive, I world not complain , but it is priced as a 2 star hotel .
• Toan (2/5): Terrible - I came to check in 4/19/17, I can not believed customer service will not open early at 6:00AM, room "SMELL, DIRTY, A/C not working, FLOOR, BED and BATHTUB very dirty. I had to run away to find another hotel in Orlando, well I lost money because I can not stay in this hotel. I wish Hotels.com should not have this hotel in their list. Don't waste your time and money for this hotel you will run away if you check in.

• eric (2/5): Never even got to check in to this drug house - They apparently end check in after 1030 pm I called ahead told them I'd be late. They said fine. Then they stood me up and took my money anyway. I'll be fighting this charge.
