• Thaís (10/5): Ótimo custo benefício - A localização é ótima para quem quer explorar o centro histórico. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé. O café da manhã é delicioso e os funcionários muito simpáticos. O quarto é bem espaçoso, com sala e varanda e a decoração dos corredores é bem vintage O sinal da Wi-Fi é fraco no quarto
• raquel catellan (6/5): Foi boa apesar dos detalhes ruins, conhecemos a cidade e os funcionários são bons. - A acomodação é limpa, os funcionários são atenciosos e a localização é boa porém o centro está um pouco largado estive na cidade em 17/4/26 O café da manhã é muito básico, toalhas finas e apesar do quarto ser limpo todos os dias encontramos um escorpião no quarto o que nos causou preocupação.

• LINGLING (9/5): - 住在有160年悠久历史的古建筑里，本身，就可以令人产生无限的遐想，酒店地理位置优越，附近有很多的警察，非常的安全，步行去老城的任何地方都很方便。每个员工都很友善，早餐丰盛，有现炒的鸡蛋，从酒店叫Uber去机场也很便捷。房间每天都会按时打扫，空调运转良好。电梯虽然古旧，但不影响使用，楼道里也布置的古色古香。绝对是亚松森性价比最高的酒店。

• Julia (6/5): Good value for money - The highlight of the hotel was the very friendly staff. The location is central, a small supermarket within walking distance. The room is basic, but everything very clean. The included breakfast was really good as well. Even though it is an old building the room (on the highest floor) was very hot, so using the somewhat loud AC necessary. But overall it was good value for money.

• Sierra Montañez (10/5): Gran Hotel y excelente ubicación - La ubicación es excelente para conocer el hermoso centro de Asunción, está a unos pasos del panteón, el palacio López, y parques del centro histórico. En la noche el sector tiene una movida interesante de bares, restaurantes y sitios para tomar algo y refrescarse. El hotel es bello, es un edificio histórico, conserva elementos tradicionales y modernos, los cuartos bien equipados y cómodos.

Localização excelente para quem quer circular pelo centro de Assunção, com restaurantes, pontos turísticos e comércio acessível à pé. O quarto que fiquei era muito grande e peguei dias de calor excessivo. O ar-condicionado não dava conta de refrigerar tão bem todo o quarto, mas somente porque era um quarto muito grande. Nada que tenha atrapalhado a minha estadia.

Breakfast was fine and the location was good in old town but.... location was in the old town and area had a rundown feel to it. Nothing to complain about the hotel

Rooms were well sized and bathrooms had been brought to modern standards including great shower with near instant hot water and excellent water pressure. May be in so so area as front door remained locked at all times.

• Rolf (9/5): Schönes Hotel im alten Zentrum in einem historischen Gebäude - Im alten Zentrum gelegen, nahe zum Hafen. Das Zimmer war sehr gross, wir waren im obersten Stockwerk. Es hat auch eine sehr schöne Aussenterrasse mit schönem Ausblick über die Stadt und zum Fluss. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist ein historisches Gebäude. Das Frühstück war ok, aber nichts aussergewöhnliches. Im Badezimmer wäre noch ein weitere Harken für ein Handtuch hilfreich.

• Levente (10/5): Paraguay felfedezése. - Asunción egyik műemlék épülete, ami nagyon igényesen felújításra került. Kényelmes emeleti szobám volt sarok erkéllyel, jó volt a reggeli, tökéletes a személyzet. Ha valaki Paraguayba érkezik, ezt a szállodát érdemes választani. Nincs semmi negatív.

• Laura (7/5): Ótimo custo benefício. Edifício antigo e bonito numa região próxima a monumentos importantes. - O atendimento é ótimo e os quartos são muito espaçosos. Fica em uma parte bonita mas degradada da cidade. Não pareceu perigosa e há muito policiamento, mas não é a melhor região para caminhar depois que anoitece.

Staff at the property are very friendly, helpful, and would go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Love the ambiance of this hotel, an old, vintage, historical colonial building converted into a hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfy with high sealings and had good air conditioning. Really loved this place. I thought the breakfast was a little basic, but overall ok.

When my wife called from abroad to have them wake me up so I wouldn't miss my flight, they took immediate action, thanks to them I made it on time. Also, it's quiet and clean. Putting light fixtures on the bare bulbs would make it look much nicer.

• Francis (10/5): Boa localização - Apesar de ser um hotel antigo, é agradável. O quarto é bem amplo e confortável, excelente enxoval, boas toalhas e bons lençóis, tudo muito limpo. A limpeza e a troca de toalhas era diária. Café da mana simples mais bem servido. Nota 10 para toda a equipe que era muito gentil, educada, prestativa e simpática. O hotel é próximo ao centro histórico, uma agradável pela Costanera, dá para conhecer tudo a pé no centro histórico, apesar da cidade está em reforma, vale a pena o passeio. Nada a declarar

Двери и замки 100 летней давности, но это и прекрасно. Выход на балкон с колоннами, хороший завтрак, персонал очень внимательный. В общем если хотите прикоснуться к истории и пожить в ней - добро пожаловать! Если бы в санузлах сделать современный ремонт - цены бы отелю не было!

• Ruth (7/5): Not worth trying to stay in this area, though this hotel looked after us well. - Reception staff member was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location - the old town of Asunción is completely run-down. Little life during the early-mid evening but street noise very loud after midnight.

The perfect service offered by Cirilo, Alberto and Damian of the reception desk. The spacious room on the third floor with easy access to the communal rooftop terrace, perfect for having a beer (or two) while watching the sun go down. I had the rooftop terrace all to myself every time. The very good breakfast with scrambled eggs made to order and up to five different kinds of fruits. Nothing.

• Elsie500 (8/5): - This is a lovely building with a faintly colonial feel. The facilities were good. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Fresh towels supplied daily and plenty of soap and shampoos. Staff were helpful and welcoming.. Locationwas in the old town and area had a rundown feel to it. Also we were there over Halloween weekend and unfortunately the elderly glazing didn't contain the noise of a party going on all night in a nearby building.

• Erwin (10/5): - Centrally located in a former city palace, one block from where city buses 30-2 and 30-5 from the airport would drop you off; large double room on the third floor; elevator; lovely communal rooftop terrace on the third floor, ideal for enjoying the views and a drink while watching the sun set; drinks can be bought at the reception desk; the breakfast buffet includes scrambled eggs, fresh fruit juices, various patries and up to five different fresh fruits; impeccable service by receptionists Cirilo, Alberto and Damian. This was my second stay. I was happy to be there again. Nothing.

• Javid (8/5): Hotel reflects where Asuncion is as a city - glorious history but now rather faded. - Beautiful building but rather faded. Room was very spacious and breakfast was ok. Alberto kindly let us borrow a kettle for our stay. Location felt a bit seedy but that's probably a reflection of Asuncion as a whole.

• Janyne (10/5): Esplêndida - O hotel é perfeito, principalmente para os amantes da história. O prédio fala por si, construído em 1858 para ser o Palacio de Venancio Lopez Carrillo. Apesar de sua antiguidade, guarda a magnitude de épocas outroras e seus quartos são modernos e limpos. Os funcionários são solícitos e acolhedores. Gostei de tudo. Mas se posso destacar um ponto negativo seria a impossibilidade de uso de cartão. Aconselho que todos solicitem, assim como fiz, pelo chat do booking o link para pagamento antecipado, para evitar ter que levar alta quantia em Guaranis.
