El Riad es una preciosidad con habitaciones con mucho encanto, limpieza impecable y un **desayuno excepcional** hecho al momento con productos de calidad. Aunque el acceso es por callejuelas, es totalmente seguro y se siente como un oasis en la ciudad. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

• Savitha (10/5): An oasis of calm - A beautiful, calm and quiet oasis in the medina. It was always a pleasure to walk into the cool interiors of the riad from the heat outside. The staff were exceptional -- friendly, helpful. Breakfast was always an exceptional spread of fresh food. The room was clean, well lit and very comfortable.

Für uns wars die schlechteste Erfahrung auf unserer Ru - Alles in allem können wir leider keine besonders positive Bewertung hinterlassen. Hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal und die ruhig wirkende Atmosphäre der Einrichtung und Sauberkeit des Riads. Leider war die Ruhe unseres Aufenthaltes von Baustellenlärm (Wege rund um das Riad waren aufgerissen) und anderen Reisenden (italienische Gruppe) beeinflusst. Auch Nachts kann in unserem Zimmer nicht von Ruhe gesprochen werden. Die Lage in der Medina ist sicher etwas besser, weil nicht mittendrin, andererseits haben wir ruhigere und schönere Ecken entdeckt. Leider hatten wir wenig Wasser in der Dusche. Das Frühstück konnte nicht geändert oder verkleinert werden - für uns war das viel zu viel und hauptsächlich süß. Mit einer Laktoseunverträglichkeit ist da kaum etwas dabei zu genießen. Unser Bett bescherte uns leider starke Rückenschmerzen, da die Matratze sehr durchgelegen war. Positiv waren viele verschiedene Kissenoptionen. Für uns der größte Kritikpunkt war der als Entspannung in der Natur verkaufte Ausflug zu den Wasserfällen. Dies war leider ein absoluter Reinfall wenn man in dieser lebendigen Stadt ein wenig Ruhe und Entspannung in der Natur sucht. Es war eher eine Verkaufsfahrt bei der unser Guide uns bei unzähligen Zwischstopps zu diversen Händlern führte. Auch bei den Wasserfällen säumte ein Händler nach dem anderen den Weg und der Ort als auch der Weg zum Wasserfall war überfüllt mit Touristen. Wenn man dies weiß und auch so möchte ist es bestimmt eine schöne Erfahrung aber nicht wenn wir gezielt uns vom Hotelmanager beraten ließen und er unsere Bedürfnisse wusste. Der eigentliche Guide reichte uns auch an weitere weiter und alle wollten zusätzlich Geld. Die Preise im Riad sind auch völlig überteuert für die Verhältnisse in Marokko. Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht.

Un grand Merci a DRISS pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Le Riad est bien placé, l'intérieur est agréable, le petit dejeuner excellent, rooftop, petite piscine et petit hamman. Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer quelques jours sympathiques à Marrakech.

Den gesamten Aufenthalt über haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Riad ist wunderschön und sauber. Das Personal ist wirklich unglaublich herzlich. Die Reinigungskräfte, die liebe Dame die mit viel Mühe das Frühstück serviert und der nette Manager, der für alle Fragen offen und unglaublich hilfsbereit war. Sehr, sehr liebevolle Menschen!! <3

Non è un Riad di charme ma per una notte andato bene. Il Riad è semplice ma pulito e letto comodo. Colazione molto buona. Personale gentile Camera al piano terra piuttosto stretta e la mattina dopo le 8 la gente fa colazione quindi non è possibile riposare più a lungo

• Jibbe (9/5): Het was echt top en mocht je naar Marrakech willen is het absoluut aan te raden. - Het personeel was super vriendelijk, ze dachten mee en gaven tips over de stad. De kamer was erg hygiënisch en het ontbijt was ook heel uitgebreid en lekker. Voor ons was de locatie ook prettig namelijk dichtbij het oude centrum maar toch erg rustig. Er was niets wat niet beviel.

Niveau géolocalisation, c'est un peu en dehors de l'hyper centre mais c'est ça qui est chouette, on n'est pas dans le brouhaha. La chambre était vraiment bien et le lit très confortable. Nous avons passé un super séjour et à refaire nous reviendrons sans hésitations ici !

• Valeria (9/5): Lovely Riad at very good price in a perfect location! - We thank you Abdo for his hospitality, he came and pick us up from the taxi station and led us to the riad. This was appreciated because the Medina can be quite overwhelming for new tourists. Abdo offered welcoming tea at our arrival. The Riad was lovely, comfortable and we also used the Spa for the massage and hammam. Highly recommended. We also had dinner at the Riad, this was served in the courtyard. It was a little cold but we visited in a particular cold week. Localtion very central and perfect for visiting the Medina. Abso and his colleague were very kind to accomodate an earlier breakfast for us as we had to leave very early for our excursion. Thank you so much!! There was nothing that we did not like. The only suggestion for improvement would be having some heaters in the courtyard for colder evenings and also pre-heat the rooms upon guests arrival but, again, we arrived during a particular cold week. :)

La qualité de la literie, la propreté excellent. Difficile d'accès si on est en voiture. Il faut se garer sur un parking beaucoup plus loin et ensuite trouver le chemin dans les ruelles pavés. Il faut prévoir un peu d'argent pour le parking et pour une personne avec un charriot pour les bagages. Une télé dans les chambres seraient un plus indéniable.

Und dich die Lage auch noch mal schönere Läden in der Umgebung. Das Personal und der Service war wirklich toll und zuvorkommend. Außerdem bei Fragen und Tipps immer hilfsbereit.

Abdul and Gris could not do enough; anything from providing electrical adapters, escorting you to/from the taxi or helping in securing a restaurant booking. A rooftop pool would have been nice but we were aware this wasn’t the case at this Riad. There is a small pool in the courtyard but this is never in the sun, which may be a positive for some.

• George (10/5): - Omdat de taxi niet tot bij het hotel kon komen, werden we netjes opgehaald door de manager en een kruier voor de koffers. Daarna een uiterst vriendelijk ontvangst met thee en lekkernijen. Na de check-in uitvoerig uitleg gehad over de do’s en don’t’s in Marrakesh. Prima kamers en een uitstekend ontbijt. We kregen een ontbijtpakket mee vanwege de vroege terugvlucht. In het hotel geen alcohol maar op het dakterras van het nabij gelegen restaurant des te meer. Zeker een aanrader.

• Jennifer (9/5): Lovely and relaxed. Great breakfast. - Correspondence before booking was excellent and transfers were arranged easily. We had a super ‘induction’ when we arrived, given a map and details of things to see/ do as well as a tour of the riad. The riad is beautiful. A real oasis of calm with lots of places set up for guests to relax. We also had a Hammam in the spa which is small but perfectly formed. Breakfast was amazing. Great selection brought to the table every morning. All staff friendly and helpful. This didn’t bother me… but is more of a warning. The call to prayer from the local mosque is loud and likely to disturb sleep, but this is likely the same everywhere in Marrakech.
• Goretti (10/5): Exceptional stay, thank you for making our memorable trip. - Cozy, homely and very relaxing. Central location, very beautiful decoration and well mentained. The staff are excellent, no noice will definitely come back and also will recommend staying here. We had a spa booked, activities arranged by Dias who did amazing in making our stay memorable. What a wow!!!! Loved the old town feel yet not so far away from everything. N/A

• Catherine (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about the riad is wonderful. Our room was lovely, the food was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the Hamam and massage. Flavie and Driss were super helpful.
• Judith (7/5): Good - Super friendly staff - exceptional! It gets quite noisy in the yard when people are chatting. This is part of the typical Riad architecture but here it was especially loud. Guest should be told to be a bit more thoughtful with the other guests.
