- Xandra (7/5): Excellent location. - Our unit had a bedroom, and sitting area/kitchenette combo which we really appreciated. The room was dark and quiet at night, so miraculously, I slept well the two nights we were there. The location is excellent. The couple who run the place were quite helpful. The kitchen was not fully stocked - there was a frying pan, forks, knives, and spoons, but it would have been nice to have some teaspoons and a dish towel. We ended up using a bathroom hand towel as a dish towel.

- Fareeda (10/5): Flats are highly recommended. - We had a truly wonderful stay at Lena Central Flats in Bursa. We stayed for 2 nights, and it was absolutely worth it—the price was very reasonable for the comfort and quality provided. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and had a warm, cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The location is excellent, close to most of the main attractions, which made exploring Bursa very easy and convenient. Overall, we had a marvelous experience and would highly recommend Lena Central Flats to anyone visiting Bursa. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Le personnel était très sympathique avec une feuille détaillant tous les sites à proximité à visiter, super pratique Il manque une porte dans la salle de bain et la VMC ne fonctionne pas, ce qui cause beaucoup d'humidité et le plafond est fortement abîmé

Есть место, где поставить машину (прямо напротив входа в отель). В номере 2 односпальных кровати, диван и двуспальная кровать + детский манеж. Есть стол размером для четверых и стулья. Удобно завтракать. Подушки просто ужас. Надо менять.

Washing and ironing is included which comes in handy. It's very centrally located on a quiet dead end and there's parking for those who come by car. It's also close to the tram and bus stop.

Hicimos el check in y la habitación estaba helada La entrada a las habitaciones y la recepción olía a pis de gato, todo muy oscuro. Las cortinas no estaban limpias . Nos dimos una vuelta por el crenteo y cuando regresamos saltaba la luz y dejaba de funcionar la bomba de calor del split. En el baño el grifo del lavabo es de fregadero y se caía. Un desastre. - Raihan (8/5): Satisfied. - Location is walking distance to the place of attraction, the staff is very polite, helpful and welcoming, the room is spacious for us. There’s no proper heater. We were so cold during the stay, and cannot take shower because the water also very cold.

We were in a family room, worked great, 5 can sleep, but preferable for just 4, cause my sister had to sleep on the couch and it was super hard, so she didn't sleep well, but the rest of us sleeping in beds had a great sleep! Furthermore, there's no kitchen, just a mini fridge and kettle, but they didn't give any drink water, or more than 2 cups, or spoons or bowls. Though maybe we could have asked for it, but we were only there one night, so didn't bother. The shower wall mount was a little loose, so we made a mess in the bathroom while showering, but the water pressure was fantastic!!

Два пъти посетих това място. Първия път всичко беше чудесно. Но втория път беше в началото на януари. Хотелът не се отопляваше, апартаментът ни не беше загрят предварително. Пуснахме климатиците, но не успяха да затопят достатъчно. Съкратихме престоя си, но домакините бяха коректни и ни върнаха цялата стойност на неизползваните нощувки, въпреки че резервацията беше с невъзвръщаема стойност.

- Anny (10/5): Fantastic location with a fantastic host and staff - It was in a great location… Buses were nearby, the main food market, and silk market were just a little bit up the hill behind it, and there was an amazing Arabic restaurant just across the highway from it. The central location made it easy to get everywhere. The room was spacious, but the best thing about it was that everyone there was so welcoming. I left something on the bus when I was arriving there, and the owner called around and figured out where the bus was and even drove me to the foot of the Chairlift where the bus was sitting there waiting for us to hand me back my bag! I thought I was going to have to wait until the next day and then chase it down to some office. I was amazed at his courtesy and kindness… He wouldn't even accept any money for gas or anything. That was really only one outlet that I could use, and I even had to unplug something to use that. Actually, there was one behind the bed for the bed lamps, so I pulled the bed out and plugged in an extension cord that I always have with me so that I could charge my electronic devices. The other outlet had the refrigerator, the TV, And the electric kettle, so I would have to unplug one device as I could only use two at one time. That could easily be solved by plugging in one multiple used plug there, but I don't carry those with me.

- Daniel (10/5): Great and comfortable stay in the city center - The guest house or aparthotel is very well located in the city center, in a quiet street but very close to main sightseeing, shopping, to metro and buses. The building and my room are in good condition, as they appear in the pictures. The host is nice and kind and she upgraded me to a bigger room that was available. The room is nicely decorated and has everything I needed, including a small fridge/minibar. Everything was very clean, bed was comfortable and toiletries were provided. The internet is a bit difficult to get in the bedroom and the bathroom ceiling could use a new hand of paint. But besides that, everything was really great, clean and tidy.

- jingnan (9/5): 家庭式性价比之王。 - 地段还不错，周边腿着过去就行。不过离公共交通太远了，大家推着行李箱走了好久，幸亏有个好心大爷提醒了一下，不然进去的岔路又要走错了。我们四个人住一间房，另有两个临时加入的朋友也一起，一整个大房间都是我们的了，宽敞程度还是不错的。 就是硬件比较老旧，不过这个价格也是没什么可挑剔的，稍微住几天还可以的。没有电梯，大家拖着行李上下楼挺累的～

- Pieter (8/5): Nice stay great location. - Lovely big room. Internet good. Great location. Warm water. Nice bathroom. There's a kettle but no kitchenette. Fridge worked well but was difficult to access so low on the ground. Only one electrical plug, so we had to unplug the fridge to boil water or charge phones.
- Nicolas (8/5): Très bien, mais attention à l’organisation avec le parking - L’accueil par le personnel, le confort et la taille des chambres, le parking gratuit pour les clients juste à côté, l’emplacement juste à côté du centre ville. Chambre un peu fraiche (mais on peut faire fonctionner la clim en mode chauffage), problème d’organisation du personnel lors du départ (j’ai dû attendre plus de 30 minutes pour récupérer mes clés de voiture).
- MARIA JOSE (7/5): Por el precio está muy bien - Ubicación perfecta y habitaciones grandes. Tienen lavadora que puedes usar. Por el precio que pagas está muy bien en general. El baño con humedad en paredes. Poner sábanas para no tener que taparte con la colcha directamente.

- Enderhan (8/5): prettig maar de medewerkers mogen meer zichtbaarder worden. - Locatie en grootte van de kamer waren zeer goed. Parkeergelegenheid was ook goed. Geen room service. Kwaliteit van de badkamer was ook dramatisch.

- Inge (10/5): - El dueño es encantador, muy amable y servicial. Nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. El apartamento muy acogedor y con todo lo necesario. Había un aparcamiento gratuito justo enfrente del apartamento.
