- Shane (4/5): - Rooms are decently clean but worn out, failing wallpaper, needs new beds. the king bed i had was an old spring with a double box spring. The box spring was broken and crowned in the middle. The shower needed a deep clean. The common area needed a deep clean. Handrails were clearly in touched for a long time. U could see built up dirt. When on the stair landing toucan see the tops of vending machines dustiness and handprints. The continental breakfast area was sticky and minimally appealing. When in the common area and hotel desk it was visible the staff was living there, you could see an attached room where the stall slept or rested. In the hall to the pool there was an open door to a kitchette occupied with staff foods and mess. The pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time and that might reflect in the Saftey of the water. I was appalled at the state of the pool bathroom/ changing room. It looked as if had not been cleaned in weeks. The sink and toilet were soiled heavily. Trash on the floor, dirty walls. I assumed it was the hotel staffs toilet. I will not recommend or stay there again.

- Jerry (10/5): - Super clean, and with plenty of dining/convenience options nearby. My only caveat is that the walls were a bit thin, so the neighbors sound a bit noisier than they really are. Overall though, one of the nicer hotels I've stayed at.

The staff went out of their way to assist us. You could not ask for anything better at the hotel. They had it all. Will definitely be back again. Thank you staff for the friendliness and being so helpful.

I was concerned for a bit, that they could not guarantee at check in a roll away for our daughter, but happily filled our reservation for 3, with a queen bed. We did receive one. Only other concern, the coffee was so strong! (I'm a whimp, haha) Breakfast was typical continental, but no hot foods, except a waffle maker. I would go back!

- Karen (4/5): - I’ve stayed here a few times. This time wasn’t so good. When we checked in at 4:30. We tried the tv. Didn’t work. We informed the desk and was told she would tell maintenance. We left to go to Caseville and returned around 10:30 but the tv still didn’t work. The thing that grossed me out the most was that the bedding felt wet.

- Kathy (4/5): - The parking lot was covered in broken glass. I had to get help from the desk to get my door to walk when I tried to leave my room. The curtains were hanging off the rod and would not close properly so I had to use clips to close them.
- diana (2/5): - After checking in, late in evening, went to room and checked it out. The bathtub was filthy, cobwebs in ceiling. The bedding was actually clean. Went to get ice from ice machine it was full of mold. Told night manager they need to put do not use sign on it and why. Woke up next morning and notice lamp shade in room was full of mold. As we left I spoke to manager again and told him about all the issues and even showed him. He didn't even offer to compensate something off my bill.

But the amenities are great, love the bar/resturant right next door. Decent pool (no towels though) and hot tub. Decor is outdated and there’s no elevator. Something to consider. For the price, it’s a good hotel.

They had insufficient toiletries, beds were awful, no bowls for cereal at breakfast, cutlery at breakfast wasn’t good enough for the dollar store. The guy working this morning was on the phone instead of doing his job.

- Karen (6/5): Would i come back??? - Although the romm looked nice, the overwhelming smell of the room was horrible. We went to the store and bought a candle and air fresher because it was that bad. It was the smell of an old moldy room. And the smell hit us right away upon opening the door to our room. I stayed here a year ago and didn't have this problem with the smell. I will be letting the front desk know when i leave today. I only stayed one night. I will be leaving today. Todays date is August 7th 2025. Other than the room i didnt notice the smell thoughout the building. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean, and the temperatures for both were perfect. The bathtub in our room was deep and since i love to take a bath sometimes that was really nice. The water pressure was good and there was enough hot water to fill it twice that evening as my daughter likes to take a bath too. We didnt run out of hot water. The room has a small fridge and microwave in it and that was nice as well.

The 3rd guy, somewhat of a brute was rude, wouldn't look you in the eye, was vaping in the lobby while totally ignoring customers. They obviously live on the property - having plastic lawn chairs and a grill by the back door - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The grounds were completely overgrown... think Jumanji.

- Sister (10/5): - Comfortable bed!! Quiet place. Able to darken room fully! Old-school tub with real tile. Cute metal tea/coffee pot. Polite staff. What more can you ask from a 2-star hotel? They even have laundry facilities available. Halls and room a little musty, but running the a/c cleared the smell. Pool appeared a bit on the murky side, despite a chlorine-tablet floatie bobbing around. We did not attend the complimentary breakfast, but there was a waffle maker, yogurt, juice, etc. available. I liked the split staircase with wooden banister leading to the second floor. NOTE: Be sure to request a room on the first floor if you don't climb stairs; there is no elevator.

- Rebecca (4/5): - This will go down as one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. We arrived late at night. It was around 3:30 or 4 in the morning. When I got to my room, I found trash on the floor. The bathroom had pee on the toilet seat and on the floor and the sink at the vanity was dirty as well. I went to the front desk to get help and was told there was nothing they could do for me. Then the girl working the front desk handed me a bottle of Lysol and a towel so I could clean my toilet and use it. The next day, someone was supposed to come clean my room. It didn’t happen until the afternoon. Then the next day I had someone in my room first thing in the morning, waking me up because they were finally responding to the fact that my room needed to be cleaned. So not only was the communication with customers is terrible, the communication amongst the staff was also not great. I will never stay at this hotel again.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Should have stayed at the Holiday Inn - Front desk workers do not speak english very clearly. Said there was no milk for breakfast, but some appeared an hour later. Room was not adequately stocked with bathroom linens. When we asked for more towels, we were threatened with another $30 charge for an additional guest that we already paid during check-in. One worker sprayed the lobby with a deodorizer including tables, and front desk surfaces several times, presumably, to mask the musky odors that were present throughout the building. Workers were constantly talking on speakerphone which only added to the unpleasantness.

For a very average window that overlooked a weedy parking lot. No usb outlets, a very old cable (not smart) TV, no light bulbs in the lamps and the thinnest, cheapest toilet paper anyone had ever seen.

My room appeared to be quite clean and tidy. but had a musty odor even after running the ac so I don’t know if there’s a mold /mildew issue that’s not visible. I did not use the pool or eat the free b-fast so I can’t comment on those amenities. Overall, it was a decent value.

No big deal, they had extra rooms available. In the one room, the TV didn't work. They couldn't seem to fix it, so gave us a different room. I felt bad though, because I later realized I'd left my phone charger in the original room, so had to get the front desk guy to come open the room for me. He was very nice about it! But, then we come to the breakfast. After looking at the limited options, we decided to find breakfast elsewhere.

Tbis year with new staff they tried to hush us and kick us out of the lobby after 5 mins, it was only 6pm. We werent having it especially since it was not notified that the pool was shut down. Our players were mad about this and bored. We only went there for the pool. We will no longer use this hotel moving forward.

- Douglas (6/5): - i paid extra for a hotel with a pool at check tn we were informed the pool is closed for the near future. i was not offered a discount. i paid for an extra guest but only had 2 towels. they never came in for room service to at least exchange towels and remove trash. trash in parking lot needed addressed. the overall hotel was dated from drapes to carpet. i wiill not stay there again!!!

We found the lobby as very dark and not inviting (trying to save on light bill ?)We asked for a king, however one side of the mattress had a big lump in it. Wife was very uncomfortable. Our room heater made awful noises and sounded like it was going to fall apart. Noticed that lamps very old and not useful with no plugs or ports for today's devices, had to get on floor to reach plugs. Did not try contennial breakfast and no decafe coffee. Most likely won't stay again, because Holiday inn offers so much more for about $30 to 40 more.

- Steven (8/5): good hotel - nice hotel, clean facility. beds were a little too hard. I've stayed here before and didn't have a bed that hard. Good restaurant attached to hotel
- Jennifer (6/5): - The night lady was very sweet and helpful, but most times it was just a group of guys in lobby and behind the counter. We were there for 5 days mainly just to sleep because of being a truck driver our kids came over the last night to visit and swim and one of the guys came up and made us pay for the kids to swim in the pool. The bed was not comfortable but the room was clean and very spacious we had the hot tub suite.
