• Patricia (9/5): Hotel muy acogedor - Solo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento hacia el alojamiento, en particular a su recepcionista Ángeles. Fue muy amable y servicial y nos ayudó a contratar el transfer al tour de Glaciares. Asimismo, nos reembolsaron la estancia porque la compañia Flybondi nos canceló el vuelo y no pudimos llegar a tiempo. Aunque está un poco alejado del centro de Calafate, el hotel es muy tranquilo y acogedor. La zona del desayuno es muy tranquila y amplia. Se escucha bastante lo de la habitación contigua, pero no es un gran problema porque a la noche hay mucho silencio. Si queréis algo en el centro de Calafate no es vuestra opción, pero no está muy alejado del centro y relación calidad precio está muy bien.

• Jillian (10/5): Convenient one night stop in transit - Very accessible to the bus depot and pick up for the airport. Not close to the main area of El Calafate but taxis/ubers are very accessible.

The hotel room is clean & comfortable with attached bathroom. Spacious lobby with fluffed up azure blue sofa & cushions await guests. There are 2 computers in reception area for use of guests . At breakfast time, there are delectable home made pastries & lots of cut fresh fruits, including dessicated peaches.

• lonelyexplorer86 (10/5): Nice and relaxing experiences hotel in El Calafate - Nice experience of three nights in this relaxing hotel, it was a little bit outside from the centre but you can arrive with an easy and pleasure walking. The room was very spacious with a bed very comfortable and a large bathroom, all perfectly clean. Breakfast it's various and yummy with many local prelibacious. If you have booked some tours you can receive updtae from the reception by a message to your mobile phone. All the staff was very kindly, absolutely recomented!

Dividimos a nossa hospedagem em duas datas para ir até El Chalten e foram muito solicitos para deixarmos parte da nossa bagagem no hotel. Das duas vezes o quarto estava disponível antes do horário de check-in, sem custo. Café da manhã bom, camas e chuveiro excelentes.

The Breakfast Buffet offers a large choice and the hotel probably served the best hotel coffee we had on our Patagonia trip. Located a short walk outside of the bustling centre meant that it was nice and quiet, too.

• travelagentGA (8/5): Budget Stay with Homemade Breakfast - We recently stayed at this hotel through a travel supplier and overall had a pleasant experience, especially considering it’s a budget option. The staff were very warm and welcoming throughout our stay. English fluency was limited—only one staff member spoke some English—but everyone was kind and did their best to help. Breakfast was good. Everything was homemade with a surprisingly good selection, and the breakfast staff were attentive and made the mornings feel relaxed and enjoyable. The room itself could use a bit of an update, but for a budget stay it was clean and acceptable. Our window didn’t close perfectly, though being on the second floor made it less of a concern. The room came with a kettle, which was convenient, but we did wish there had been a small fridge.

No tiene aire y tampoco ascensor, en caso de andar con adultos mayores. Escogí este sitio porque se veía mejor que los demás, pero si volviera elegiría un lugar más cercano al centro.

Bem localizada, o recepcionista Juan foi extremamente solicito, a comida é boa. - Quarto muito confortável, próximo ao centro (descendo pelas escadas fica muito perto), todas as companhias que realizam os passeios conhecem e buscam na porta. O café da manhã é simples e gostoso. Pela noite, o recepcionista Juan nos recebeu para o check-in muito bem e deu todas as instruções para desfrutar ao máximo da cidade e hotel, sendo extremamente solicito e simpático. Embora o chuveiro seja muito bom, ao fechar a cortina fica apertado ou acaba molhando muito o banheiro. No mais, tudo perfeito.

• Jose (10/5): Excellent location, spacious rooms, and outstanding reception service, with breakfast staff attitude being the main area - I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very close to the bus station and only about five minutes from the city center, which makes getting around extremely easy. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service provided by the reception staff was outstanding. They offered assistance with reservations and logistics that truly exceeded my expectations, showing a high level of professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Overall, the experience with the front desk was excellent and highly appreciated. Unfortunately, the positive experience with the reception staff was slightly overshadowed by the attitude of the cafeteria/breakfast staff. They seemed unmotivated, sad, and even somewhat upset, which felt out of place considering the overall quality of the hotel. This is clearly an area of opportunity for improvement, as it contrasts with the otherwise high standard of service offered throughout the property.

• Saul (8/5): Quiet well-run hotel - Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful in finding a laundry and taxis. We chose this hotel partly because it is close to the bus station, where we were arriving from Puerto Natales. But it is not as close to restaurants and shopping as several other hotels (10-15 minutes walk).

El desayuno estaba muy bien, destacar las medialunas recién horneadas (con diferencia, lo mejor de lo mejor) y el jugo de naranja natural.
