- Itzel (8/5): It was ok - The location The bathroom looks old, they need to be remodeled, the mattress was kind of hard, they need new mattress

- Y283HAjenniferb (10/5): Beautiful Oasis in the City of Uruapan - I used to stay downtown in Uruapan before discovering the price to stay at the Mansion del Cupatitzio was very reasonable. I am here once or twice a year for art collection tours, and my guests always love this hotel.
We just enjoyed yet another fabulous stay here. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the shower has excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water and the pool is gorgeous and heated!
I cannot say enough about the restaurant. We missed Sunday Buffet this trip, but that’s noteworthy. Our meals were all delicious. They offer a good variety of dishes that are creative and beautifully presented.
The staff are all really wonderful and friendly. Antonio is very helpful and kind, Susanna in the restaurant was wonderful, as was Esteban and the other servers. One of our guests had laundry done, and was pleased with the service.
The hotel grounds are immaculate and pleasing. It is also quiet at night, due to the location being outside of the busy centre, backing onto Uruapan’s treasured National Park. Nothing beats waking up early and finding that the park entrance is merely steps away from the hotel lobby!
If you’re coming to Uruapan, definitely consider staying here. The value is well worth the price, and the tranquility ensures a deep rest so you can wake up feeling refreshed and ready to explore Michoacan’s famous avocado city and her outlying Meseta region, which is bursting with special handicrafts that are famous across Mexico.
- Edwin (10/5): - Beautiful !
- Kerena Rebeca (10/5): -
- Alejandro (10/5): Totally recommended - Loved the ambiance
- SUSANA (10/5): - Great family hotel

- Dwayne George (6/5): - Beautiful grounds, close to centro and good staff.
No fridge or ice machine!
- bradleys693 (10/5): Gem in Uruapan - great location next to National Park and walking distance to main part of town. We were lucky enough to have stayed when they were offering Mezcal tastings. The Junior suite we stayed in was elegant. Great service. The breakfast buffet was awesome.
- Roberto (10/5): Nice place - Great staff. Next to a park. Has a pool. Pillows were to soft. Shower was very small. I have a 38 inch waist and a 44 inch chest. I had to squeeze the shower door past me.
- Maria Spease Maria De Los (10/5): - The only negative is that there was a party close by. Very loud music. Also fireworks near by. Maybe because the Day Of the Death Festivities.
- Agne (9/5): Superb -
- Andre (10/5): - Set on a beautiful park, river, waterfalls.. and the hotel is stunning. Absolute hidden gem. Well worth the visit
- Brahe (8/5): Great spot - Proximity to parque national Sizable room, but no fan no A/C
- Frederick (9/5): A very satisfactory way to celebrate my wife’s birthday - Good food and spectacularly easy access to the Parque Nacional, one of Mexico’s most wondrous landscapes Nothing. All very pleasant
- Jill (10/5): - The hotel is well located for the Parque Nacional del Agua. The inside grounds are beautiful with unbelievable plants throughout the area. The beautiful fountain with pottery is really great.
- Manuel (10/5): - Nice
- Jesus (10/5): Exceptional -
- Victor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rodolfo (10/5): - Property was clean, pool was great. Walking distance to national park was an ease. Services met expectations. Looking forward in staying again in the near future.
- Laura (8/5): OK. The hotel should pay attention to the restaurant food and service. - The old style colonial building of the hotel, the gardens. Careless presentation and quality of food.
- Rosalind (9/5): We enjoyed our stay and will return again - The property is gorgeous. The location for visiting the National park is perfect. The hotel garden and pool are lovely The beds are very firm.
- Ramon (9/5): Superb -
- Ed (10/5): - National Park is literally next to the property. I’m used to walking and enjoyed a daily 1 mile walk to the downtown area. I found good deals at the craft shops in front of the main entrance to the park. Picked up some nice souvenirs to take home there.
- Anthony (9/5): Superb -
- Aide (10/5): - Staff was lovely and property had a magical feeling along with the national park.
- Luis (10/5): - Todo estuvo muy bonito

- Matthew (10/5): - Great 👍
- John (10/5): Came for one day, stayed for two, and enjoyed ever moment of it. - Old fashion charm. Impecable service. Lovely grounds. Fine restaurant. Lovely location. That’s five for five for me. And inexpensive. My GPS pointed me to the back door but this happens so often I don’t get bothered. And not the hotel’s fault. There is no AC but there are big windows onto the garden and fan and we are at 5,000 feet.
- David (10/5): - Excellent, nice rooms, great staff, relaxing and great location!
- Abraham (10/5): Exceptional -
- Monica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karla (7/5): Beautiful place to visit but not to stay - It’s a beautiful place to visit. The national park is right next to it and we could hear the beautiful river’s sound from our room. Staff members are very attentive and the restaurant’s food is excellent. There is no AC inside the rooms. We stayed here during spring break and it was very warm in room 202. These executive rooms get sunlight all day making them extremely warm at night and all they were able to provide was a little electric fan.
