I was afraid of couldn’t no check in because we arrived at 12:20am and the door was close. I haven’t realized the check in was until 12am. I think it is possible to call the guest who book if they will on the way or text message. There is automatization for that. Thank you.

- Joseph (7/5): Great location, awful traffic. - The location is near many restaurants and retail locations. This hotel is also near the interstate and major roads. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. The traffic in the area is terrible at all times. Food delivery services take an extended amount of time due to the traffic, so plan on receiving cold food if you order. The hotel had a strong smell of a certain "smoked" product in multiple areas.

The front desk clerk was friendly, however, the manager on duty today, January 5, 2026 who I spoke with today around 1:14 PM about the dissatisfaction of the overall room, he made excuses for the condition of the room. And to add insult to the stay, the manager stated the room had been renovated. Surely the manager was thinking of another room not the one I stayed in. The lobby smelled stale , The room smelled stale; needed air freshener sprayed. Based on the uncleanliness of the room particularly the toilet and shower. It appears no one had stayed in that room for months nor had a thorough cleaning of that room had been done in months. One lamp had a stained lampshade. The other lamp had no lampshade at all. The heating/AC unit did not work properly, some type of staining on the heating/ac unit, the USB port to charge your phone do not work. The refrigerator has dents in it.

- U6557RRfredk (4/5): So Many Other Nice Hotels - Once you got past the pot smoke in the parking lot and up to your room there was a sticky door to close. Astop in the bathroom reveals cracked tiles and poorly caulked and wobbly toilet and pubic hair. The door to the bathroom was so out of plymb it scraped the tile floor and was difficult to close with one hand (bear in mind this is a disability accessible room we were in). The refrigerator was both dusty and dirty. The dining table wobbly and unsteady. There was no hot water in the dinette and plumbing was exposed. Based on cleanliness and state of disrepair we opted out of the free breakfast. So many great choices in the area, you can skip this one.

- Lyons (5/5): It was just ok. - The breakfast was ok. Just your typical hotel breakfast. Nothing special. Had ongoing problems with my card working for my room. Despite being on a non smoking floor - the smell of marijuana would knock me out when I got off the elevator. There was one morning when the elevator was not working at all. The cushions on the loveseat were ripped. The bed was just ok. We were supposed to have a table in our room, which we never got. It was just decent, we needed a place to stay while we waited on our new home to be ready to move in. Staff was great though.

Staff in turn gave us a can of Lysol and a fresh scent machine saying that they were booked and couldn’t change our room until next day. Shades were broken and ripped. No shower gel in the bathroom dispenser. Bathroom door terrible. Bed very uncomfortable. Was supposed to stay for 3 nights, though we checked out the next day. Manager was really nice. Offered to change our room after others checked out and another room became available. Did give us a partial refund and apologize for the inconvenience and our bad experience. Would not stay here again

I was told I was going to get refunded the difference and I have yet to see any refund. I will probably never say with this series of hotel again. - Paarth (2/5): - I stay at Home2 hotels on a monthly basis for work. (2-3 times a month) The name Home2 and the quality makes it my go to hotel. This is a literal pig with lipstick. An older hotel that is being renovated into a Home2. They claim to be going under more renovations. But our bathroom door didn't even close. We had to poop with the door open. The people here are nice and we were only there to sleep so we didn't make it a big deal initially, but there were a number of issues that should not happen at any hotel. We had 2 rooms for the entire weekend. Stay away from room 421. (edited) [3:41 PM] No soap, shampoo, conditioner. in the shower... Dirty old cutlery in the dishwasher from the last guest. 1 towel....no bed fittings for the pullout couch. Again we got everything at the front desk but those are things that should be stocked and cleaned at all times. Breakfast was a joke. One simple buffet line of over greased and cold items. There was no milk for the cereal either....No waffles?!?! My staff was not happy at all. That was our only meal until late afternoon. No milk...really? All in all it wasn't the worst stay, but for the price you pay a HOME2 this was a Home-2. Will not be staying here ever again. The La Quinta next door looks brand new!

I should have listened to reviews first On road travel I called ahead as I was concerned of poor quality rooms I ask for a clean fresh room and I got the total opposite ! Arriving 11 on no extra pillows, running around late at night trying to get them no soaps in bathroom , dripping to my wash teeth cracks in walls and a dinghy Room , awful ran out of there at 6 am , there are so many great hotels I’ve used in McDonough . avoid this place staff and manager have no interest

- Verified traveler (4/5): Not recommended! - The room had a dirty bathroom and sofa bed, strongly smelling of smoke, and they supposedly claim to be 100% smoke-free. On the app, they advertise a $50 pet fee, and they charged me $75. They didn't provide enough towels for the number of guests, nor did they provide sheets for the sofa bed, whose mattress was in terrible condition and dirty. It wasn't a good experience. I won't stay here again. The hotel is very run-down.

Just a short distance to so many restaurants and stores. Room was very clean and comfortable with big fridge. Breakfast was yummy, loved it. Recommend to all families.

- jamiehO487TB (4/5): Exceptional staff, but hotel needs improvements! - The highlight of our stay at this hotel was the young lady at the front desk, Kenya. She was incredibly sweet and very helpful. Unfortunately, our overall experience was less than satisfactory. The hotel itself is in poor condition, with dinged-up and dirty walls. This lack of cleanliness extended to our room, where the floors, walls, and shower were not clean. Upon entering, we found the floor sticky. The kitchenette lacked dish soap, the shower gel was empty, and there was only one washcloth provided. Additionally, there was no bedding for the pull-out bed, so we had to go downstairs to get it. Thankfully, Kenya was able to find some in the laundry room and also provided us with extra towels and washcloths. We left early at around 6:15 am, and when I went to prepare coffee in the lobby, I found there were no cups, and the coffee was room temperature, indicating it had been sitting there for hours. Fresh coffee should be available after 6 am. The ice maker on the third floor was also broken. As we were leaving, we noticed the swimming pool's condition, which was disgusting. While I understand that oils can form on the surface after several people use the pool, it was still repulsive. Maintenance and housekeeping need to improve their efforts to maintain the hotel. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable and provided the rest we needed during our long road trip. The area around the hotel was nice, with plenty of shopping and restaurant options.
- K4871IAzacharyc (2/5): Terrible - Had a reservation after a long day of traveling. Got in about 4 a.m. trying to get a few hours of sleep. Waited at the front desk for 10-15 minutes. My wife called the hotel. Then the employee came storming out disrespecting my wife asking if she's the one calling. My wife said yes we have been waiting for at least 10 minutes with nobody around. The employee picks up the sign and says can you read. My wife then says yes, but we also been waiting 10-15 minutes searching the hotel for an employee. She then stated again you can't read and told us she is calling the cops. My children and wife were standing at the desk as I told her I dont need you arguing and degrading my wife at 4 a.m with my kids witnessing your behavior. I asked for her name. She stated she wont give that to me. I left and called the 1-800 number. They called the hotel and she hung up on them. They called a 2nd time and she stated she was in fear for her safety. Yet she was the one degrading my wife and I asked her to stop. Probably my fault for not reading the reviews of similar experiences a bunch has had there recently. Long day of traveling and didn't pay attention. Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Truly disgraceful service. Hilton needs to do better. That girl has no business working anywhere let alone a Hilton hotel.

I paid for a king size bedroom but i had to settle for a queen size because that is all they had left. The front clerk was absolutely awesome, she tried her best to make things right however its not her fault the rooms were hot. Huge thumbs up to the manager Tiffany! She went way above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect! I also had an amazing encounter with their regional manager that was there today (wish I caught her name) She was incredible and had so much pride in her staff and represented her company with upmost respect! My deepest appreciation for the entire crew!! Can’t wait to return!

Blood and urine stains on sleeper sofa, no linens, floors filthy, bathroom light didn't work, tv didn't work, no towels/toiletries, appeared to be dried urine in corner of shower. We overheard another guest say her room wasn't cleaned at all and had beer cans all over. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in ever! Hilton should pull its flag!!!

- Sheriea (6/5): - I arrived at the property at night around 10:00 pm. I checked in and immediately left out to join the rest of my party. When I arrived back I went to freshen up for bed to discover a ball of hair in the bathroom floor and a dirty shower. I called the front desk to see if they could have someone clean it to no avail. I was told there was no housekeeping staff available. I spoke with the GM (very young and childlike) who seemed very unbothered & was very slow to respond to the conditions I have been left with entering day 2. He assured me that he would send housekeeping first thing to my room as this issue existed upon checkin the night before. However, they didn't come until around noon. Me & my 2 year old child had to wait all day to bathe. I'm more than disappointed with my stay. The kitchenette was half stocked with 1 fork and 1 spoon. I went to the front desk to ask for a can opener. The GM again said they didn't have one. The front desk clerk them got on her walkie and confirmed they I deed had one and had it delivered to my room. I do appreciate the front desk staff, the cooks & the warehouse people. They went above and beyond to rectify my stay.

Property seems a little old. Couch in my room was heavily soiled, desk chair arms were all torn and dirty. I found a dirty sock that was not mine. Breakfast was less than mediocre.

- Delamor (7/5): Could have been better. - I enjoyed the friendly front desk workers, breakfast hostess, and even the maintenance guy was friendly. Parking was quiet frustrating due to people sitting in their cars smoking weed park over the lines. The bathroom in our room316 around the shower was molding areas and stuff inside the actual shower area. The sofa bed when I took it out look like urine stains was on the mattress so it was quiet nasty. It seems they tried to flip the mattress to now show it and put a mattress pad over to cover. It was a unexpected needed to grab a room for myself and my friend who met me in the area. I was quite disappointed because usually the rooms are so much better. Then there were teenage girls runnning up and down the halls after midnight playing.

We’re both disabled veterans and this is definitely a great place to stay. It’s quiet even with all of the traffic in the area. Close to shopping and restaurants.

The front desk said that when that happenens they have to give the guest a master key to get into their room. I guest they teust you wont use the master in other guest rooms too.

No shade in the large window, parking lot light shone in all night. No silverware in the kitchen, pool water was cloudy. Breakfast awful, milk was spoiled, no coffee at 8 am, not replaced at 9 am. I will still gladly pay the $75 pet fee because he was clean and well behaved. I feel I should be reimbursed for the 57000 Hilton Honors points I wasted on this “Premium Room”.

- Nicholas (6/5): - First, in my first week there I had a huge roach walk into my room under the door to then disappear. I did find him later that night under my pillow as I prepared to go to sleep. I’m sure they will know me by this story. I killed it and left it for housekeeping and maintenance to see while they cleaned and fixed the bottom door rubber. My next issue is the house keepers all barely spoke ANY English. This is unacceptable as communication is key to share what you need. I went three days with no housekeeping once. I had to plead with management to get someone to clean the room at 5pm on the third day. They offered no compensation for the roach issue, even after saying they would, nor the housekeeping issues. I guess I got what I paid for. It’s strange because outside of those issues, the normal staff were all professional and I had no issues there. There was one exceptional housekeeper that used translator app and ALWAYS made sure everything in my room was good before leaving. The manager for the most part was very professional, not that there was any unprofessional moments, but I would have appreciated not having to beg them to clean my room that day after asking multiple times since the morning hours.
