Rachel (10/5): Great stay - Everyone as so friendly (Thank you Sandy at front desk). The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast is waffles, yogurt, coffee. No complaints about my stay there and I will be staying often from now on when I am in town.

They had a clock in the room, but didn’t have electrical outlets to hook it up. I would not stay there again if I’m in this area
Bert (6/5): - This was an okay place to stay, acceptable for a few nights. Positives; friendly staff, comfortable beds adequately clean room. Negatives; noisy with lots of activity in the lobby and hallways that you could hear well into the night, thin walls so noise from adjacent rooms was audible, free breakfast was limited with cereal, pre-packaged sweet rolls, yogurt, coffee and a few other like items.

We almost booked another night here we were so happy with the room and service we got the suit on the second floor the jets did not work in the jacuzzi/ hot tub that was our only complaint. We meant to book a hotel right in PIke co got we chose her it was even smaller than where we currently reside so it was a romantic quite get away. LOVED IT!

Tonia (8/5): - The hotel was older but well maintained. It looks exactly how it does in the online photos. The rooms were super clean and big. It’s 2 stories but there isn’t an elevator, which was fine for us but keep that in mind if you can’t do stairs or in a wheelchair. The staff was so polite. No nearby restaurants except a Papa John’s next door at the gas station, which was also well kept and clean and a 1 minute walk from hotel. My only issue was the free breakfast. Only served coffee to drink. They had individual wrapped donuts and waffles that you cook in a little pop up toaster. Cereal or some fresh fruit would have been a nice touch. It was a nice experience. The little town has great history. If you have kids that need breakfast then I would not suggest this place but for a nice clean place to sleep it’s a good place. The microwave and fridge are good size. Fridge has plenty to of room for milk, juice etc and lots of storage and counter space. No vending machines at all.

Danny (10/5): Staying in Inez - There was a bulb out in one of the lamps. My room was clean, and the entire motel looked spotless. A Papa Johns is a short walk away. Was surprised to see an old type TV but it worked OK. No noise at night.
Shannon (10/5): - I was in town for a quick overnight & traveling with two pups… I was running the Hatfield McCoy marathon in Williamson, WV. Thelma and Carissa (forgive me if spelled wrong)… are absolutely wonderful!! They made the check-in, the over night stay and the check-out easy, comfortable and so accommodating. They were so pleasant and helpful. The room was perfect for my one night. And also easy for my two pups. The gas station with a Papa John’s Pizza location inside was the easiest walk over, convenience at its best. I will definitely return to this location if/when I decide to pass through the area again. I absolutely recommend this hotel!!

Tina (10/5): Nice hotel - We stayed for one night. We had a king suite and the room was nice, clean and spacious. It's difficult to find a bed at a hotel that doesn't hurt my back, but this one was more comfortable then some of the other hotels we've stayed at. Would definitely book again!

We have stayed here many, many times since they have opened and found the staff very friendly and the rooms clean. The hotel is begining to show its age and needs to be upgraded.

Holly (8/5): A Fine Stay for A Night - Our stay here was okay. The main things that were dissatisfying was the carpet was not vacuumed properly, the room smelled very musty, one of the bathroom lights did not turn on, the water took a long time to even warm up and that was on the hottest setting, and lastly the mini fridge kept making an awfully loud noise. The bed was comfortable and seemed to be clean. For just one night, it was a fine stay. Just needs a little more touches to make it a great stay.

There was crushed up cookies all in the floor, under the bedside that was there from the previous guests. We will stay there again.
