Room was small but clean, you can sleep comfortably at night since there’s no noise issue. Special thanks to Ercan for his hospitality, he even helped us get tickets for a concert!🥰 Everything was ok

When we were about to leave he called us a friend of him for taxi for half the price from the outside taxis (and yes we know the prices we are foreign). • ARTEM (5/5): Buena ubicación, pero limpieza y gestión del pago muy decepcionantes - Lo que más me gustó del hotel fue su excelente ubicación. Está muy cerca de la plaza Taksim y de la calle Istiklal, lo que permite acceder fácilmente a muchos lugares de interés. Además, a poca distancia a pie hay una parada de autobuses que van a los aeropuertos, lo cual resulta muy conveniente. A pesar de su cercanía con la calle Istiklal, que suele ser muy concurrida, el hotel es sorprendentemente tranquilo y se puede descansar muy bien. En el check-in en recepción me insistieron en pagar en efectivo (euros, dólares o liras turcas). Cuando pregunté por el pago con tarjeta, me dijeron que era posible, pero con una comisión adicional, lo que aumentaba el precio indicado en Booking. Esto resulta bastante incómodo y poco transparente. Finalmente tuve que pagar a través de la página de Booking. La limpieza de la habitación era muy mala: había pelos en el suelo del baño de huéspedes anteriores, basura en la moqueta, la ropa de cama tenía agujeros y la cortina tenía una mancha negra que parecía de cigarrillo. No es el nivel de limpieza que uno espera de un hotel.

However, the rooms are in need of renovation: the furniture and interior look outdated, and the space in the room is quite limited.

No dia do check out consegui um taxi facilmente através do recepcionista. Tem um supermercado Çok no final da rua e locais para tomar çay em frente, com um restaurante MUITO gostoso também, e que fui muito bem atendido. Dá para ouvir o barulho dos quartos vizinhos, o que para mim NÃO foi um problema e vai depender da sua sorte em ter ou não hóspedes vizinhos barulhentos.

I could hear the neighbours talking. The bathroom size was okay, but it was very strange that there was no safe to keep valuables, but they have offered me to keep the valuable stuff in the other hotel’s reception safe which I did, but whole time i was worried tbh. The heating system was very weak, and on cold days the room could feel freezing.

В первую очередь — отличное расположение: он находится в самом сердце Таксима, на одной из самых оживлённых улиц Стамбула. Дорога от площади Таксим до отеля занимает всего 5–7 минут пешком, при этом рядом есть всё необходимое — магазины, кафе, транспорт. Отдельно хочу отметить персонал отеля. Ресепшионисты Эльджан и Серкан — очень отзывчивые, дружелюбные и внимательные. Каждый из них искренне старался помочь по любому вопросу. Им — особая благодарность. Номера в отеле чистые, уютные и ухоженные. В номере есть все необходимые удобства: телевизор, кондиционер, чайник, стаканы, фен и другие мелочи, которые делают проживание комфортным. Соотношение цены и качества полностью меня устроило. Остался очень доволен проживанием и с уверенностью могу рекомендовать этот отель.

• Leonidas (8/5): Κοντά στην πλατεία Ταξίμ και δίπλα στον πεζόδρομο - Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο, πολύ κοντά στην πλατεία Ταξίμ και στην 2η παράλληλη από τον μεγάλο πεζόδρομο. Αν ήταν στην Αθήνα κ ο πεζόδρομος είναι η Ερμού, θα ήταν στην Πραξιτέλους! Υπάρχει σχεδόν δίπλα από το ξενοδοχείο περίπτερο και σούπερ μάρκετ 15' μακρυά από τη στάση λεωφορείου που σε πάει στο αεροδρόμιο Πολύ καλή τιμή για αυτό που προσφέρει Αν κ έμενα στον 3ο όροφο το βράδυ μέχρι τις 2 , έχει λίγο φασαρία από τα καφενεία στο ισόγειο, ο δρόμος δεν είναι και ότι καλύτερο. Οι πετσέτα μπάνιου ήταν ξεχειλωμενη.

• Evgeny (10/5): - Небольшой, но очень уютный номер в минуте ходьбы от улицы Истикляль и пяти минут от площади Таксим! Отзывчивые и дружелюбные ребята на ресепшене, всегда готовы помочь с любой проблемой! Вокруг много кафешек, где можно вкусно и дешево покушать!) Однозначно рекомендую и сам планирую останавливаться здесь в дальнейшем!
• ELENA (9/5): - the hotel is well located just behind istiklal cd. you can find easily restaurants,shops even bars in close distance. the room was very clean and warm,the space was enough for a couple and the bed comfortable.the bathroom was very clean too and there was always hot water... check in was super easy.the staff there , especially Eljan, were very kind and helpful!! the only problem in this kind of hotels are the total eclipse of soundproof.....you can hear everything from next room.
• Pavel Ginev (3/5): Если бы не клопы, всё было бы хорошо - Удобное месторасположение для одной ночи, когда надо перевести дух между двумя полетами. Меня жестоко покусали клопы. Прошло уже три дня, а следы от укусов все ещё остались. К тому же постельное белье было грязноватым.
• Berat (10/5): - İstanbul’daki bu otelde harika bir konaklama geçirdim! Konumu mükemmel – Taksim Meydanı’na sadece yaklaşık 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde, şehrin tam kalbinde ama yine de sessiz ve huzurlu bir ortamda. Oda çok temiz, konforlu ve modern döşenmişti. Personeli özellikle övmek istiyorum – herkes inanılmaz derecede nazik ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle Serkan harikaydı! Her zaman ulaşılabilir, restoranlar ve gezilecek yerler hakkında harika tavsiyeler veriyor ve kendimizi tamamen rahat hissetmemizi sağlıyordu. İstanbul’u ziyaret etmek isteyen herkese bu oteli gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

• Muhammad (4/5): - Location is superb. AC was not working, No help in this what so ever. I saw insect inside my bed, so was uncomfortable. Location is very good but expect the noise. Not suitable for light sleeper. Will not consider this hotel again.

• Anna (8/5): Рекомендую к покрывалу застелить кровать с дополнительной простынь - Эльян, сотрудник отеля был очень вежлив. Быстро нашли. Мы заселились 5.10, уже немного прохладно, хотелось бы одеяло вместо покрывала.
• Hamza (10/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit perfekter Lage - Eine wirklich tolle Lage und man hat alles was man braucht im Zimmer. Nochmal ein extra Dankeschön an Ercan, der uns während des Aufenthalts und bei der Abreise sehr weitergeholfen hat. -
