- Verified traveler (2/5): Do not stay there - First thing you see when you turn on the TV is 4 channels of porn, without choosing them. Glad I did not bring my children with me. Everything old, dated, no amenitiea in bathroom except a paper thin bar of soap and less thwn half a roll of toilet paper. Based in the warnings on the check in window, it appears this hotel caters to guests renting by the hour, junkies and trysts.

- Khalilah (2/5): - Only thing I like was mark who try to check me in he was awesome but the room was horrible I mean horrible I thought I was in a cartoon a crack motel I mean the roaches own it you walk in the door there every where I mean it a was a gang meeting for the roaches the toliet was so low if I sat down I need help getting up I thought I was being prank there no way these ppl charging any thing to stay there I will be reporting them to the better business bureau I feel every one should that place a is a harzard and Expedia nee to stop advisement for them they policy is no refund after 10 minute ok tragic if it ain't Marriott don't trust these side place over charge for experience of bugs

- Verified traveler (2/5): - I’m gonna start this review with the fact that I not only had to pay over 120$ at Walmart to get my own bed sheets, comforter, pillows, cleaning products & scented sprays (because of the horrible smell in the room) AND I was also charged TWiCE for the room which luckily I noticed and fixed in the morning! Also they had the audacity to charge me 20$ cash on top of the room fee, after the fact.. because I was told I was “early” for check in even though my card was already charged. There was water stains on the walls, mold above the hot tub area, all types of stains on the pillows, bed sheets and floors. The room smelt horrible & the “internet & cable” they claimed to had did not work and the cable consisted of 2 Chanel’s. The phone for “services” did not work and the room was said to be a non-smoking room yet had a big ol ashtray on the bureau. Over all I give this “motel” -10 stars . Shake my head.

First walking in the smell of cigarettes filled my nose and then nothing in the room actually looked clean. Chairs were dusty, bed poorly made, and i just didn’t feel comfortable at all sleeping there. Just ridiculous. This place is honestly a joke.

The carpet was horribly stained and the dead bolt was broken. The t.v. was chained to the wall. We didn't take our bags in because we were afraid of catching bedbugs. There was no lobby. Just a sketchy "microwave room". I was in such a hurry to leave the next morning that I left my entire outfit lying on the bed. When i called to ask about it they said they hadn't seen it.

- Brandyn (4/5): Dry showers and next door tricks - Went to use the shower before leaving for the day. Turned the shower on and no water came out!! Went and told the owners and all I got was a "I'm sorry." Within 15 minutes of getting there also noticed noticable prostitution in the area. So with that and the trailer park next door, doesn't seem like the best area to be in. Least the bed was comfortable!

I called my bank and they confirmed that yes an extra unauthorized charge was made from Miami Inn & Suites on 6/2/19. I just made a claim with my bank and they are now investigating. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY STAY AND TREATMENT BY THE STAFF. Very disheartening.

- Verified traveler (4/5): My Recent Stay - It’s in a good neighborhood. The office staff was nice, but the conditions of my room were very dingy. My nonsmoking room definitely reeked of cigarette smoke. I noticed holes and cracks in the bathroom wall and front door, very poor lighting, and chewing gum stuck to the bed headboard. The place simply could have been cleaner and is in desperate need of updates. It was only $58 before tax, so I guess you get what you pay for.
- Sarena (2/5): Worst place to stay!! - This place looked ok from the outside but after getting my room and going inside I was highly disappointed. I should've checked out as soon as I took a look at it but I was in a rush to secure somewhere to lay my head at for the night. This room was unclean, the linens were dirty and stained and upon further inspection was flipped to the opposite side for use instead of them changing the linens. I had to go out and buy new sheets to sleep on as well as buy spray for the bed and room. I wasn't going to take any risk on getting bed bugs or anything else from the state of that room. Last but not least the security of the door did not make me feel safe once inside. There was no additional latch to place across the door, and you can tell the door had been kicked in seeing you could see the door wasn't flush against the door board. I will never stay at that place ever again!

The walls and floors looked horrible. The wifi they said they had didn't work. We were able to get a full refund and left. Definitely was not pleased with the appearance of the room. Staff at hotel were nice and friendly. But room was not some place I could stay.

- Mark (61) (2/5): Worst motel room ever seen - Stuck at Midway airport overnight at 1 am on the night before a music festival, this was about the only room to be found. Front desk was behind bullet proof glass, which apparently had been hit by a bullet. Scantily dressed person behind us asked if the desk sold condoms. On the way to the room, sign on wall forbidding (among other things) narcotics and prostitution. Room was lit by green led rope lighting around the mirror on the ceiling. We ended up sleeping on top of the covers, as the mattress looked like it should be murder evidence. Only highlight was the shower had plenty of hot water, although the soap had the texture of wax.

- Desmond (2/5): Bad experience in Chicago midway - We select this place through orbitz but when we went there its looks unclean surrounding area and room carpet is black too dirty, pillows and bed sheet were not clean. they do not change bed sheets and towels daily I had to ask people to come for cleaning during my 5 day stay. it was very unpleasant to stay in just use that room to sleep only. did not even eat anything in that room. Unfortunately cannot go to another hotel because already charge for 5 days through my card.

- Teshon (4/5): Miami Inn - The hotel was a disaster in my opinion. The room and bathroom were dirty. My girlfriend and I cleaned them since we got there at night and no maids were on duty. The TV aired obscene movies that were inappropriate for children. And every night we tried to sleep , there was always noise outside of our door. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
