- 英一郎 (10/5): - 1泊2食付で、晩ご飯と朝ご飯がブッフェでした。品数の多さは食べ切れないほどで、味も美味しかったです。お部屋はきれいで広く鬼怒川の眺望が素晴らしかった。大浴場も広くて快適でした。 露天風呂が屋根の部分がもう少し少ないと夜に星空を見ながら入れる。しかし上層階から見えてしまうので傾斜の屋根とかで空がもう少し見えると素晴らしいと思います。
- Suwapee (10/5): - We like everything there. Hotel staff are attentive. They respond to our questions in between our booking and arriving date. The room is very spacious. It exceed our expectation. Japanese style mattress are comfy. We have a nice view looking out of balcony. Onsen is fully equipped with good quality amenities. We opt for breakfast and dinner. Both buffet have plenty of dish options. This hotel is not new new but give you very good value. It is an excellent hotel to chill out, enjoy good food and onsen with friends or family. We like to come back and spend more nights. Hotel is around 12 minute easy walk from station. We take shuttle from hotel to station after check out. We don't know if they have a service picking people up from station to hotel.

- NATSUKO (9/5): また泊まりたいです - 部屋からの眺めが最高でした!家族4人で宿泊しましたがお部屋も広く2部屋あったので布団でゆっくりしたい派お茶したり飲んだりしたい派とそれぞれが楽しめてすごく良かったです。温泉も広くてゆっくり入れました柔らかいお湯で気持ち良かったです、とちおとめのシャンプーやボディソープが置いてあって使ってみました良い香りで癒されです。朝はロビーでフリーコーヒーがありほっとひと息つけました。建物は昭和を感じられる懐かしい好きな雰囲気でした!内装は綺麗でお部屋の畳も新しく良かったです。連泊したかった〰️!

Ha delle terme (Onsen) all’interno della struttura che però non ho avuto modo di utilizzare. La struttura è un po datata e necessiterebbe di un ammodernamento.

Naar ouderdom kon je de kamer wat vergelijken met een woning die al jaren leegstaat. Dit hotel dient dringend hun kamers en bekleding te renoveren. Eerder een 3 ster hotel dan een 4 ster.

Dinner and breakfast had a lot of choice. Bedrooms and facilities are quite old now and could be refreshed. Some places in the bedroom have marks and spots that look dirty. The absence of free towels in the onsen can be improved.

Das Personla spricht kaum Englisch und die Hygiene in den Onsen ist grenzwertig - Das Hotel bietet eine gute Gelegenheit um mit Japanern und nicht Touristen in einen Onsen zu gehen, da das Hotel vorwiegend von Japanern für Wochenendurlaube genutzt wird. Wir waren als Paar mit einem Baby dort. Als wir um ein drittes Handtuch für das Baby gefragt haben, hieß es, dass das Baby nichts für den Aufenthalt zahlt und deshalb kein Handtuch bereitgestellt wird. Da wir aber eines brauchten, wurden wir zur Kasse gebeten, was absolut nicht kundenorientiert ist! Als die Putzfrau am nächsten Tag das Zimmer reinigte, nahm sie uns wieder das dritte Handtuch und wir waren wieder bei zwei. Das Personal spricht leider nur äußerst schlecht Englisch. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr veraltet und gefühlt in den 70ern stecken geblieben, ohne nennenswerte Restaurierung. Die Reinlichkeit in den Onsen ist sehr grenzwertig. Die Onsen sind 23h am Tag geöffnet, sodass man sich ausmalen kann, welche Reinigung in einer Stunde vollbracht werden kann. In den Onsen sind Fließen kaputt und es sind überall zentimeterdicke Kalkablagerungen, was absolut nicht ansehnlich und hygienisch einladend wirkt.

Breakfast and lunch had a good variety of food sections with fresh strawberries oranges, and pineapple. The hotel also offered free shuttle bus to the train station.

The buffet breakfast and dinner were great and included some "safe foods" for kids in the kids section like chicken nuggets, spaghetti, chips etc. while having loads of delicious Japanese dishes to try. The baths were lovely especially the outdoor baths. Overall it was great value for such an awesome experience and a good location for exploring the area. No complaints, we had a great time.

The room is spacious. The service to the room is the fastest I’ve ever experienced. The buffet breakfast and dinner offered a wide selection of food and drinks. The hotel is about 800 meters to the Kinugawa Onsen station, and 7-11 is a few hundred meters away. They have shuttle van service to the train station in the morning. Staff are nice and kind. The breakfast and dinner would be perfect if some of the dishes were less salty, and the sweets less sweet.

Chambre sous forme de Ryokan pour une expérience plus typique, kimono fourni par l'hôtel pour compléter le côté traditionnel ! Personnels souriants, formule demi-pension intéressante avec buffet varié et savoureux. On transforme même votre Ryokan pour la nuit pendant votre repas ! Possibilité de privatiser un Onsen pour une somme modique permettant une parfaite relaxation après des journées de marche/visites. Rien a redire !

Très bel hôtel, très accueillant avec une très grand chambre en tatami et une superbe vue sur les montagnes et le cours d’eau! Dans le onsen privé la ventilation est très bruyante c’est dommage pour se détendre! Le futon un peu plus fin que la moyenne.

- Tzu-Jen (8/5): 是非常經典的合適溫泉房間空間寬敞景色很棒，一定要選面對河岸跟山景的房間，很乾淨。比較偏向日本當地家庭的休閒飯店，親子友善，朋友或情侶可能比較建議其他住宿。一泊二時以為是日式傳統套餐，可能沒看清楚，原來是自助餐，品質中等（但日本的中等也不用太 - 和式房型很讚超有味道。一定要加購私人湯池。

- Marina (10/5): Будь внимательны, Онсен традиционный, не тату-фоендли, но предлагают чем-то замазать/заклеить. Вид неописуемый: горн - Великолепный отель с налетом 80х, традиционный номер, Онсен выше всяких похвал, рекомендую брать полупансион
- Mallaury (7/5): Hôtel dans la montagne - Le grand onsen Les futons sont durs, les chambres sont petites et on finit par se marcher dessus si on est trop nombreux
