- WILLIAM (8/5): - The property was clean and the ski-in and ski-out options were good. There were not many areas to eat apart from the hotel. French Covid legislation means I would book 'anywhere but France' in the future. The hotel bans children under 16 from using the Jacuzzi... ridiculous, another reason I wouldn't return there.

- aaron (10/5): The best ski hotel in Arc1800 - Ski holiday . Great hotel and spot on the slope. It’s ski in/out no messing, good hotel amazing staff no problems, room had a slope view and the rooms are large and spacious, can’t fault the place best place in Arc 1800
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Fab location for ski in / ski out in 1800. You do need to take the pedestrian gondola to get down for the full sized supermarket and a range of bars and restaurants. My room was a good size (junior suite) and very comfortable. The check in process is a chore. You're asked to inspect about 7 items e.g. vacuum cleaner, coffee machine etc and then email a report of any damage or faults. Frankly, on arriving on holiday, paying well over £100/night, I think it's not a reasonable expectation that you spend upward of 30 minutes inspecting your room's amenities. Also it wasn't clear to me at all if I was expected to take out my own rubbish. There is a difference if you're staying in the apartments Vs the hotel - and when I asked about this specifically, it wasn't clear at all. A lot of staff there had only started during the week of my stay and didn't seem very well informed. Having said that it was a comfortable stay and staff were friendly. As I paid my deposit by card, it'll be a few days until I see how much of it I get back. So I can't comment towards whether this can be relied on at this stage.
- Mark (10/5): Brilliant hotel - Really lovely hotel. Clean and well kept public areas and spotless room. Beautiful balcony view of the mountains. Great location in summer or winter. Nice stroll down into the village. Free gondola returns you almost to the front door if you don’t wan to walk back. Available till early evening. Highly recommended.
- marion (8/5): Avis mitigé - Après une semaine super dans les appartements de la résidence, avis plus mitigé sur l’hotel. Problème d’évier bouché et plafonnier sans lumière dans la salle de bain signalé dès le premier jour, personne n’est intervenu. Deuxième soir beaucoup de bruit au dessus de notre chambre, la fille de la réception n’en avait pas grand chose à faire, heureusement un autre homme de l’hotel a pris en charge ma demande. La veille de partir on demande si il faut faire le ménage là encore , aucune réponse la personne de la réception ne sait pas. Peut être un manque de formation. Sinon club enfant parfait, vue au top, appartements et suites luxueuses grandes et très bien équipées. Nous resejournerons avec plaisir dans l’hotel.

- Elaine (10/5): Our second visit won’t be the last - Our 2 bedroom apartment in the hotel was beautifully furnished and a great size for 4 of us. Last year we stayed in an apartment in the residence rather than the hotel - also excellent). Only complaints are a lack of hooks for jackets, no cleaning kit to keep the kitchen clean (it’s not part of the daily clean) and a cold walk through the underground car park to get to the pool (take flip flops and towels or hire them). Parking, ski hire, small shop, swimming pool, spa, ski lockers and ski lift are all so convenient - it makes skiing a pleasure with 2 young kids. On site restaurant is excellent but also enjoyed Le chalet Candice just opposite the hotel’s ski lockers - and it was also excellent.

- sarah (10/5): Best place in Arc 1800 - Fabulous apartment on the slopes. Great location - ski in, ski out. Apartment was modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The rooms were of a good size, with loads of light flooding through the huge windows. We had 2 balconies in our 2 bedroom apartment, so could have drinks in the sunshine. Staff were always welcoming, friendly and informative. Great facilities, pool and spa on site, underground car parking and a wonderful restaurant and terrace - which we used for lunch and dinner. I will definitely stay here again when I return. Couldn’t fault it!

- Jay (2/5): - The reception manager (Oliver) was very aggressive and disrespectful. We were asked to change rooms with the incentive of getting a room with two beds, when we were moved the room was smaller and only had the one bed. As mentioned the reception manager (Oliver) refused to acknowledge the complaint and didn’t want to help at all. The new room had rubbish left from the previous guest, orange peel under the sofa and to top off our bad experience the cleaners left our balcony door wide open where anyone could have walked in and stolen all our valuables. It’s a shame because the location and property is of a high standard but the service was awful.

- Gonzalo (10/5): Excelente elección para vivir el ski a pleno - Excelente hotel, todo nuevo, cómodo, a pie de pista. Lugar para alquilar equipos de ski en frente del hotel con un 30% de descuento. Un pequeño supermercado justo en frente para hacerte de lo básico. Un muy buen restaurant en el hotel tanto para la noche como para el mediodía o las cervezas post ski. Tiene una piscina climatizada interna y externa para relajarse, sauna y jacuzzi.
- Olivia (8/5): Très bel hôtel mais... - Nous séjournons habituellement dans la résidence Eden'Arc en face de ce nouvel hôtel, que nous avions choisi cette année à l'occasion de son ouverture. Côté négatif : le nom est un appart'hôtel... mais arrivés dans la chambre, pas de cuisine ni de frigo : nous avons du jeter les denrées alimentaires que nous avions apportées. Nous avons voulu prendre en conséquence le petit déjeuner au restaurant de l'hôtel : impossible car nous n'avions pas réservé ! Il a donc fallu aller le prendre au bar dans la galerie marchande du Chantel... Le restaurant ne sert que le petit déjeuner... Nous avons donc été très très déçus pour cela, certaines chambres sont équipées et d'autres non. Côté positif : chambre spacieuse, confortable, accès à la zone piscine/spa du complexe très agréable après une journée de ski. Accès direct aux pistes skis aux pieds et accès à la station 1800 par la nouvelle télécabine permet d'aller dîner facilement en station.
