• A_RU_73 (9/5): Il posto ideale per godersi la natura - Al Casale si respira aria di famiglia: l’accoglienza è stata molto calorosa. Il giardino è bellissimo e curato, la camera assegnata era pulita e profumatissima, con piacevoli richiami ai profumi di una volta. Il bagno, ampio e con vasca/doccia, è perfetto per rilassarsi nella quiete del luogo. Colazione semplice ma genuina, con prodotti freschi preparati con cura dalla proprietaria. Consigliato per chi cerca tranquillità e autenticità. Un aspetto da considerare è che la struttura è raggiungibile esclusivamente in automobile, essendo immersa nel verde incontaminato. Più che un limite, però, questo si rivela un grande valore aggiunto: la posizione isolata permette di staccare davvero dalla routine quotidiana e godere di silenzio, natura e totale relax.

Ci tornerò sicuramente ancora molte altre volte. Ringrazio tutti per la loro gentilezza. La signora Isabella e i suoi figli Stefano e Paolo sono persone molto gentili e attente. Grazie per il meraviglioso fine settimana.

• Susi (9/5): Relajante, agradable y muy feliz - Nos encantó el entorno, el desayuno y la casa en sí. Es preciosa. Encanto especial extra que tenían animales y destacaba Frida, una valiente anfitriona feliz de saludarte todo el tiempo. (Era una cachorra de perrita). Los desayunos son variados y locales, lo preparan todo ellos a tu gusto. Tienen en cuenta absolutamente todo. Agradecimiento especial a Stefano, el hijo de Isabella, por su detalle con nuestras preferencias alimentarias. Personalmente, creo que la cama de la suite principal de matrimonio puede mejorarse un poco el tema del colchón, ya que daba la sensación de estar algo desnivelado.

Isabella kookt fantastisch, Kira helpt altijd, heerlijk rustige locatie dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden Op foto’s is het net of je vanuit je kamer naar je zwembad kan, maar kamers hebben geen eigen buitendeur en je hebt ook geen prive zwembad zoals vermeld staat op booking.com
• anna (10/5): Sentirsi a casa in un piccolo paradiso - Consiglio davvero a tutti un soggiorno in questo angolo di paradiso. Io e mia madre abbiamo trascorso qui circa una settimana ed è stata un’esperienza non solo estremamente rilassante, ma anche speciale, perché ci siamo sentite come in famiglia. Isabella ci ha accolto con calore fin dal primo momento, facendoci sentire a casa e viziandoci ogni giorno con piatti deliziosi. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, con un giardino incantevole dove rilassarsi in piscina. Le camere sono impeccabili nella pulizia e i letti davvero comodissimi. Un’esperienza che consigliamo assolutamente!

• Kym (3/5): Poor - The host was friendly When we arrived at the specified time we could not access the property as the gates were locked. We pressed the buzzer several times and attempted to message the property. As there was no telephone reception we had to drive 20 mins and attempted to call a number of times. Eventually someone got back to us and we drove back to the property. We had previously messaged that we would have an extra person and were told that was no problem. Even though we don't speak the language well we were aware that the female staff were complaining loudly about this. We sat outside to eat our dinner and were surrounded by 9 cats climbing on the table and trying to eat the food. I love animals but this was a bit much. The following morning at breakfast we were asked what time we'd be leaving. Check out was until 10 but we were asked to vacate our room earlier and told we could leave our bags. They said they had other guests arriving (check in was 2pm) I have never left a negative review before, but I have also never felt so unwelcome.

I had the absolute pleasure of spending 6 nights at Il Casale Del Sogno, and it truly lived up to its name — a house of dreams. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the most gracious and kind hosts. Their hospitality was heartfelt, and they were always ready to help with anything I needed, making me feel right at home. The property is immaculately clean and beautifully cared for. The view is simply outstanding — waking up to it every morning felt like a gift. One thoughtful touch I especially appreciated was the provision of mineral water instead of tap water, a small but meaningful detail that reflects the care the hosts put into every aspect of the stay. Evenings by the fireplace were magical — peaceful, cozy, and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you're looking for tranquility, comfort, or a romantic escape, Il Casale Del Sogno is everything you could hope for and more. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. I’m already looking forward to returning. Thank you Isabella for an unforgettable experience!

• Ben (10/5): Relaxing, enchanting, with a kind and attentive host - A fantastic location between Rome and the Sea. Casale Del Sogno was a wonderful place to spend time, so peaceful and relaxing, set in beautiful grounds with an excellent swimming pool. when it came time to leave we were very sad and could have easily have stayed another week! Lovely sweet breakfasts each morning, with an excellent evening meal available with prior notice. I will definitely be returning with my family, I can not rate my stay highly enough, it was enchanting. Isa was a great host and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, right up to our departure, couldn't have wished for a nicer experience.

Isabella and her sons were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were traveling with our baby and they were so thoughtful and accommodating. The house is beautiful and the location is ideal, being both in the picturesque countryside but also close enough to Rome for sightseeing.

Great place for families or those who love nature with lots of green and for animal lovers as there are nice and playful guard dogs for security as the place is massive. Some cats to fend off any potential pest such as rats and mice. Lovely breakfast presented outside daily for guest, nice and clean pool. We had daily walk around the country home in the wood. The host and everyone working here were excellent. Will deffinately recommend and revisit. It's a shame that Isabella, the host felt unwell during our last two days.

• Adam (10/5): Best place to stay outide of Rome - A real oasis in the country side - Everything about my stay was fantastic. Beautiful place outside of Rome. Will always stay there when returning. They were particularly kind and helpful when my car window was broken and i needed to get it quickly repaired. I even got my tires changed with their help! They were sooo helpful and kind all i can say is that hosts like this you dont find easily ever. Thanks again soo much!

The host was very nice and took care of my wife and me in every situation - recommended a place for a dinner (and it was great), prepared a wonderful breakfast and share some stories with us at a coffee table. We loved it.
• Bradford (7/5): if you are looking for suckusiin and a pool, look no further. - lovely Hilltop Location… Pool … nice grounds… art gallery bedroom…super nice hosts… neat drive up to the place through a private gate. really great breakfast. too far away from restaurants… too many stairs to do loft bedrooms, better another style room. Prefer SKY TV for channels in English too, not just channel 39.

The family are lovely and so welcoming. amazing house and facilities. Took a trip to the supermarket with the hosts. Loved looking at the stars and planets at night and dining Al fresco.
