• Siti (1/5): - The hotel already contact personal that money can't be refund but can come to stay any date before end of 2026. I did not stay at the hotel at all but cannot refund.The staff already tell that money can't be refund.Other hotel apps can be refund.

• Ayeda Jane (5/5): A JUST OK PLACE TO STAY, NOT THAT GREAT - I like the location..that is only the plus score. There was so many places to get food..even Zus was just in front of the hotel. It was near to UPSI too. The room was moderate. The aircond was not cold at all..just "not-a-hot-wind" only. They did not service the air cond at all I think..The toilet was ok because it was large, but the bathroom threshold was a bit dangerous to old people who did not look carefully. I nearly fell stumbled in front of the toilet. There are no kettle for people to get hotwater. At least prepare a few for those who wants to use it. The door knob was hard to open and its design was old fashion. There are no elevators and they at least need to have ONE for the guest to use. The tv and the channels are the WORST. The owner need to do something about the crazy channels. Finally, i can say that all the things there are nearly worn out and shabby. Overall the accomodation is ok, but not that good.

• ROSNAINI (8/5): - Triple room the best choose for those who come with a few member. maybe because of the huge room the air conditioner temperature is not sufficient to provide coolness for the entire room. One more thing, the hotel management should provide prayer mat because most of the hotel guests is muslims

• Goh (4/5): Cheeper but bad experience - Sorry 😔 There have two blok, unlucky we stay Block A which located at Mamak upstairs and nearby roadside. Unable sleep at night - noise, can hear people talking downstair and mid-night have motorcycle racing at roadside. Even you request non smoking room, you also can smelt opposite room who smoking in the room. 😢😰🤦🏻‍♀️

It didn’t matter whether it was morning or evening; the attitude was the same, and they failed to give clear or proper explanations whenever I asked. 2. The room environment was uncomfortable. I’m not sure whether it was the staff or guests from Room 110, but during my entire 3-day stay there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke, which made the stay unpleasant. 3. There were hidden charges that I wasn’t informed about beforehand. Because of this, the overall cost was much higher than expected. 4. When I requested a kettle, the one provided was dirty. The room itself was dusty, and to make things worse, the sink was clogged.

• Hasrina (5/5): Comfy room and good location, but noisy, small sink and hard to use TV. - Cozy bed, enough space and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is also very good. The sink was too high and small, there was noise from birds outside and the TV was a bit complicated to use.
