• Kate (10/5): - The villa was beautiful! Beautifully designed and decorated, amazing pool and everything you need. Donny was a gem and really made the stay extra special. It was a nice quiet location with great views of Nusa Dua.

Donny in particular was always available and would respond to texts/calls with questions about things to do within minutes. The place itself was lovely and well air-conditioned. Included a water filter which we all used liberally with absolutely no bali belly. Would absolutely look at staying here again if we came back to Bali.
• Cătălin (9/5): Overall, it was very good - The villa is beautiful, located in a quiet area, away from noise and traffic. It is very spacious and cleaned daily. Danny and Edy, the villa managers, are present most of the time and help you with anything you need. You will need a scooter or a taxi to reach the main points of interest. The villa needs a few repairs: one wall in the ground floor bathroom requires repainting, the facade needs cleaning, and the living room doors need better sealing, when it rains heavily, water gets into the living room.

Leakage from rain water to bathrooms and rooms Pest control needs to be done. Grab wont take your order its too far from good restaurant. Delivery will ask for 10$ tip minimum to deliver
• Lindsey (8/5): Villa was fab and the hosts Donny and Eddie were great and really friendly. They couldn’t do enough for us to ensure our - Property was fab! Well looked after. Pool area was prefect for the kids. Location, too far away from everywhere and had to pay for a driver to take us to anywhere. We also had 3 young kids and the two rooms upstairs were only accessible via the outside balcony. This meant the kids had to stay downstairs with myself or husband sleeping on the sofa as we weren’t comfortable leaving them upstairs by themselves.

Book this villa for your family and have the most relaxing getaway with access to beautiful beaches - We seriously loved everything about this huge villa and did not want to leave. My husband and I stayed here with our 8 and 11 year old children for 6 days and had the most amazing time. The staff were so attentive and helpful. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to the restaurant areas, which we loved because we were looking for a relaxing getaway in a quiet area. We were able to order grab or cook food at the villa if we didn’t feel like going out in the evening. Checked out so many beautiful beaches and will definitely be back to stay at this villa. Nothing. We loved it so much.
• Naoel (8/5): Jolie villa mais excentree - Jolie maison spacieuse. Eddie et Ronnie sont des hôtes très serviables. Mais ce n’est pas gratuit … Villa qui a besoin de rénovations et emplacement très excentré. Route très sinueuse et très sombre pour y accéder. Le ménage dans les salles de bain n’a été pas fait tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner 150k est en peu excessif pour ce qui est proposé… Le service de transport propose par Ronnie est un peu élevé par rapport à ce que l’on peut trouver sur Bali.

• Tom (7/5): Nice Villa, but a bit tired and isolated - Donny was very friendly and met us at the airport and transported us to the villa (for an additional cost). He also drove us around during the day, when needed for an additional cost. He was always on hand to pick us up when required and offered good suggestions for trips. The breakfast was prepared each morning for an additional cost, but was quite basic and by day 3 we had worked our way through all the options so some variety and additional options would be great. The villa is very spacious The villa didn’t feel particularly clean and some parts of the villa are looking tired - paint coming off the walls, the sofa in the living room is incredibly creaky! The showers seem to drip constantly and the pipes make loud whistling noises quite regularly. The villa is located at the top of a hill, so it is quiet but not easily accessible and nothing is within walking distance of you want to go to a shop or to out in the evening. Make sure you also get a detailed price list from Donny with regard to transport - great to have him as an option for transport, but it is much more expensive than a taxi and the charges vary. The maids prepared breakfast and cleaned up after, but didn’t clean any of the rest of the house unless specifically asked (despite being told we could expect them to do 4-5 hours a day included in the price of the villa). The maids also have direct access to the villa through a door that cannot be locked in the villa. The pool was very cold - great for a quick cool off but we didn’t use it much as we had a young child with us and it was too cold to keep them in the water for more than a few minutes. A little disappointing as we were hoping to use this regularly.

• Donna (1/5): Far from luxury - Nothing Stay at DK Villa extremely disappointing , and we feel completely misled and overcharged for what was promised to be a luxury experience. The condition of the villa, staff conduct, and the level of misrepresentation were beyond unacceptable. Firstly, the villa is nothing like the photos. The images and videos online must be from when the villa was first built, because what we arrived to was worn out, damaged, and badly maintained. The kitchen counters were cracked and stained, paint was peeling off the walls, and the place smelled of damp. The master bedroom had a serious leak from an exposed pipe, pouring water into the walk-in wardrobe and leaving our clothes soaked and mouldy. This is a health hazard, not just an inconvenience. Adding to that, the TV in the master was smashed, and none of the other TVs worked either. We were greeted with dirty towels and stained bed sheets on arrival – completely unhygienic and disgusting. For a property marketed as premium, this was disgraceful. Despite being sold as a private villa, our privacy was constantly invaded. Staff live in the garage and repeatedly entered the villa through a side door straight into the main living room without knocking or warning. We had no way to lock internal doors, and this left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. What’s worse, several amenities listed simply didn’t exist or weren’t functional: • No in-room minibar • Broken iron • Not enough glasses • Only two sun loungers had cushions out of four • tennis court wasn’t accessible (staff were living there) • Hot water unreliable and pipes whistling The “unlimited taxi service” is a scam. We were told it was included, then charged 600K IDR for just two short return trips. And upon check-in, we were pressured to hand over 1.5 million IDR as a security deposit, we refused. The villa is also located on an active building site, surrounded by noise, dirt, and steep, unwalkable roads.

• Arjen (10/5): Luxury villa to spoil yourself and your loved ones with best driver from Bali at your service. - The villa DK is very centrally located and yet very quiet in Nusa Dua. The villa is very spacious with large bedrooms and kingsize bed and beautiful bathrooms. The pool is a gem and there are several places to sit outside close to the pool, upstairs on the balcony and on the terras above the house which gives you a view of the whole area of South Bali. Breakfast was great with fruit, eggs and toast. The real secret treasure of the property is Donny the English speaking driver who was always available to drive us around and introduced us to many places of cultural value, like different temples and performances, top beaches, shopping opportunities and of course a whole series of wonderful restaurants where we enjoyed wonderful specialised local cuisines. He knows so much about where to go and what there is to see. The staff is always ready to help like with our laundry or providing massage after an intense day. The villa is in a residential area, and although shops are not to far away, you will need to organise transport.

If you are looking for privacy, cleanness, space and a beautiful place to lounge next to the private pool, this is a MUST. The host were excellent and always accommodating. A little pricey on car service but by far the best driver we experienced in Bali. Would highly recommend this villa to families holidaying together. The Villa is located at the top of a hill which makes the view amazing but transport to and from the Villa difficult. We couldn't walk around the area which was fine for us because we used transportation the entire time we were in Bali.

• Sarah (10/5): Villa DK is not only a stunning villa but a team of beautiful people who will make sure your stay is beyond more than yo - I could not fault villa DK Bali. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Donny and Eddy who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Not only this but the whole staff were excellent. From the girls in the morning who came in and made us a wonderful breakfast to Eddy who made us feel like we could message him anytime if we had any concerns. But what really made our stay wonderful was Donny. Donny went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible stay while we were in Bali. Donny drove myself and my family anywhere we wanted to go and sometimes (actually most days 😂) these requests were met with little to no notice. Donny and the whole team at villa DK were friendly, approachable and did everything in their power to make sure we had a wonderful time at the Villa and beyond. The villa itself was clean, comfortable and modern with a touch of Balinese throughout. The pool is superb and my kids spent countless hours in it. I even enjoyed the pool myself and I hate the water no matter how warm it is outside. The pool was extremely inviting because the water was not freezing. I will highly recommend Villa DK Bali to all my friends and family wanting to travel to Nusa Dua. Absolutely nothing.
• Karunanithy (6/5): Disappointing and frustrating but we managed our stay. - We did not have the breakfast. The villa is situated in a very remote location away from amenities. Best thing about the property is the pool. Donny was driving us around and was very helpful. He did whatever he could to assist with the minor issues. There was mould build up on the ceiling in the lounge and bedrooms. Airconditioning was leaking in the lounge and the bedrooms. The shower was leaking and as a result water was building up outside the room near the stairwell going down to the lounge room. When it rained, the bedroom floor got wet. There is no laundry in the villa and as such you will have to look for a laundromat. Overall the property has not been maintained. Without a vehicle you are not able to get out of the property. Not convenient to walk out to the main street as there are no proper roads.

Outdoor shower in downstairs bedroom amazing. Driver Donny was fantastic. Very good English. Knows the area very well and takes you anywhere you want outside Nusa Dua ( for extra cost). Breakfast was quite basic for extra cost. Pool and bath towels not replenished if didn’t ask. So can be very wet as things don’t dry very quickly. Would suggest more towels available. Would also suggest maybe plastic cups for use outside. As glass breakage is a cost of 75000 each.

• Brian (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious villa kept in immaculate condition large rooms beautiful art all over with amazing views from top walkways, located near benoa it was nearby everything we needed and not far from Nusa Dua. the staff Were amazing we used Donny as our driver and tour guide both days speaks very good english and nothing was too much trouble really made the family feel special and the kids absolutely loved him, any thing that was required was delivered via the housekeepers on premises immediately. The only real critism I could make was that the stairs leading to the 3rd floor lookout area had an unstable handrail, And some taxi drivers had issues finding the property. And it's a decent walk to any shops nearby however the driver there happily takes you anywhere and is equipped with large van for hotel transfers can't recommend enough

• Hulau (10/5): Exceptional - The villa is very comfortable and clean. Pak Donny and Pak Edi is very accomodating. Huge pool, huge rooms (no charge of extra bed). Located secluded but not too far from main road. Very recommended! It's not like we dont like it but maybe it's better if there is signage and lighting in the intersection before the villa as it very dark at night with narrow road.

We stayed with a group of friends and it was very comfortable for all of us. The open living was great and it meant we could relax by the pool and have some beers and snacks! The property itself was great. It was about a 13 min scooter to Nusa Dua and then about 25 mins to Uluwatu.

• Sian (10/5): The best experience ever! - We loved everything and everyone! Super friendly staff- Donny, Eddy, Nitta and Fefa were all so lovely and kind. Donny met us at the airport and took us to the Villa and showed us around. The size of the Villa was great- very spacious and clean. It is a perfect spot if you want some peace and quiet- the pool was wonderful, as was the outdoor shower! Donny will take you anywhere you ask him to go, just text him a short while ahead of time, and he will be more than happy to take you. We loved it and will definitely come back again. Nothing.

You can't just go by foot, need to ask to go somewhere. However someone is alway ready to help and drive you anywhere you want.

Donny and Eddy, the villa's drivers, drove us to various locations. Donny also assisted us with a banking matter. Nusa Dua is a much quieter location than other areas we have visited in Bali, which was ideal for our 2 night stay before returning home. We would highly recommend this lovely villa.

They went above and beyond to do anything we asked and were so kind & caring. Donny is the host & organised everything for us and his recommendations were outstanding. If you are wanting a 5 star stay without breaking the bank this is the place. everything was amazing but if you like staying central this may be a little our of the way. but its only a beautiful 10 minute drive to the beach and they have a private driver on call for you at anytime. so not an issue at all.

The building, pool, spa, hut and other improvements were all as good as we have enjoyed anywhere in the world. The staff were lovely and made us feel compktely at home. Donny the manager very helpful and friendly and we loved Eddy who was there for us day or night with anything we needed,one of the most gentle lovely human beings you will ever meet,he gave us lots of local information as he was driving us wherever we went.He made our stay very special. Villa was very clean and comfortable,though it could use a little repair,paint peeling off the ceiling and walls in the master bathroom.With strong wind and heavy rain water leaks in from under doors,kitchen window and one window in master bedroom, but was quickly mopped up once we notified Eddy plus Donny put in weather strips to main entrance doors which helped. Perfect Villa to just relax and unwind with its tucked away location but Eddy always ready to drive anywhere you want to go.

My daughter was scratched by monkey and he drove us to a few hospitals looking for rabies vaccine. We couldn't thank him enough. We stayed during the rain storm so water came into the villa in the living, kitchen area and upstairs bedrooms. Perhaps the villa needs a bit of waterproofing work.

Les employés sont au petits soins pour les clients, et ils ne font pas semblant, à n’importe qu’elle heure du jour ou de la nuit il sont présent. Merci à Eddy et Danny d’avoir contribué à ce magnifique séjour. Un service professionnel hors du commun. La villa est lavé tous les jours, des petits déjeuners frais préparés chaque matin par la dame de ménage, qui tient à ce que la villa soit toujours propre. La piscine est nettoyée tous les deux jours, un traitement spécial anti-moustique est également mis en place. 100/20

Not very near to Nusa Dua center, but when you want to go Nusa Dua, driver bring you everytime for free. When you want to go other places, you must to pay extra like, jimbaran 150k, sanur 300k, ubud 300k rupiah. İ think this prices are a little expensive, it must be more cheaper. Breakfast is not very good if you compare to Turkey. Private pool, jakuzi and open air shower are wonderful. Villa staff, dony, eddy, and other staffs are wonderful. Especially, we liked Mr. Eddy very much. Anyway, if i have a chance to come again bali, probably i will come to Villa Dk again..
