• Andrea (8/5): Fabulous city - and a wonderful hotel - in the perfect location - Fantastic location - with fabulous shops, bars and restaurants in every direction. Beautiful building (as every building seems to be in Rome!) - smart room, comfortable bed, decent shower, helpful and friendly staff - and all right on the doorstep of the Vatican. We simply walked to all of the places we wanted to visit: the Coliseum, the Vatican, the Trevi Fountain, the Stadio Olympico - plus dozens of wonderful squares / piazzas - so the location couldn't have been more perfect Nothing - we literally loved everything about Rome and our accommodation - we will definitely be returning, and staying here again

The staff were exceptional, assisting with out of hours booking in, assisting with restaurants, metro, access to sites. Honestly, nothing was too much for them. Bravo. • Matteo (10/5): Super, je recommande - Super communication avec la personne responsable de l'accueil. Un petit soucis de chambre a été régler très rapidement et efficacement ! L'emplacement de l'hôtel est optimal avec une station de métro à 10minutes mais aussi la possibilité d'aller au centre ville à pieds (env20-30min) en passant par de très beaux endroits. On m'a également conseillé des restaurants ainsi que des activités à faire, je recommande fortement.

• Antonia (9/5): Top Lage - sauber - überaus freundliche Mitarbeiter! - Das Zimmer und das Bad waren super sauber und von der Größe perfekt! Michele war der perfekte Gastgeber und hat sich sehr gut um alles gekümmert. Er versorgt einen mit viele Tips für die Gegend, ist ständig erreichbar und war immer der freundlich. Die Lage war auch super! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig zu erreichen, wobei die Gegend etwas abseits vom Touristen-Trubel des Zentrums liegt - also perfekt! Es war nachts etwas hellhörig in der Nacht, sodass man das sehr laute Schnarchen im Nebenzimmer gehört hat. Das würde mich aber auf keinen Fall daran hindern, die Unterkunft nochmal zu buchen!

• Alessia (10/5): - Check in velocissimo e comunicazione con l' host eccellente, molto presente. Nonostante la posizione su Via Cola di Rienzo, non si sentiva quasi nulla. La camera era pulita e asciugamani e lenzuola erano profumate. Sulla scrivania si trovavano una macchina per il caffè con delle cialde e un bollitore con vari tè, molto comodi! In più erano disponibili anche uno snack e una bottiglia d'acqua nel mini frigo. Il tutto era posto in modo accurato ed ordinato. Il materasso e i cuscini erano comodi e morbidissimi, ho riposato benissimo nonostante abbia difficoltà a prendere sonno di mio. Sono stata solo una notte perché mi serviva un appoggio per poter prendere un treno il giorno dopo, ma se in futuro dovessi aver bisogno di qualche notte in più, lo prenderei sicuramente in considerazione!

We didn’t hear the neighbors. The heated towel rack in the bathroom works on a limited schedule, so sometimes our towels were a bit wet.

• Emma (10/5): Perfect, I didn’t want to leave. - Bed & Best is in a great location, a few minutes from the Vatican, on a great shopping street, 2 metro stations close by and a bus stop right outside the door that takes you to the historic centre in minutes (if you don’t feel like walking). The Prati district also feels very safe. This was my 2nd visit to Bed & Best and the return trip didn’t disappoint. The room was very comfortable, plenty of space and spotlessly clean ( we had the economy double). Michele and Fabio are amazing hosts and make you feel very welcome without being over the top, you feel like they genuinely want you to have a fabulous time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this as a great place to stay and will definitely be back. Loved everything

They were not only helpful and thoughtful, but also punctual, friendly, and genuinely caring—everything you could wish for in great hosts.   The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, and the location couldn’t be better—perfect for exploring Rome on foot. We truly appreciated their flexibility in allowing an early check-in and helping us store our luggage on the last day since we had a late afternoon flight. These thoughtful touches made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable.   We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and highly recommend Bed and Best to anyone visiting Rome. Fabio and Michele are fantastic hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit to this beautiful city!

• Masanori (10/5): - This is a truly wonderful hotel. Although I arrived very late at night, Michele at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful during check-in. The facilities are not luxurious, but they are clean and equipped with everything you need. The shower door closes properly, so the bathroom floor doesn’t get flooded, and there are no moldy corners or unpleasant odors that you sometimes find in older buildings. The location is excellent: there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, a metro station nearby, the famous Castroni shop and the Barbini restaurant right next door, and Il Gianfornaio within walking distance for breakfast. Both the Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo are also within easy walking distance, which made my stay very convenient. I am very grateful to the hotel staff for making my stay so pleasant.

Mi casa en Roma. - Es un hotel bonito, pequeño, sencillo y muy cómodo en donde Fabio y Michele están al pendiente de todos los detalles y te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en tu casa. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Muy amables todos los que ahí trabajan. Está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de El Vaticano y del Castello de San Angello. A casi todo lo demás se puede llegar caminando y para El Coliseo, el autobús pasa justo enfrente del hotel. El vecindario es muy bonito, muy seguro y con muchas tiendas, restaurantes farmacias y supermercados.

Excellent staff, easy access to main tourist attractions, central location, safe and clean building (especially as a solo female traveler), and good access to airport shuttle and public transit. He stayed in contact with us when our pre-arranged airport pickup was delayed and ensured our transport arrived smoothly. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, warm, and welcoming. The hotel itself is spotless. While the room is small, it's well-equipped, the bathroom is clean, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable in the +34°C heat. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of major attractions, cafes, restaurants, and public transportation. The only downside was the mattress, my side was quite soft and began to sink when I lay down, though it was still bearable.

• Philip (10/5): Great place for an affordable price - A good place to stay if visiting St. Peter’s basilica or anything in Vatican City. Just a brief 10 minute walk for half the price of hotels in the area. Staff was very accommodating when arriving and gave great suggestions for food and directions. A short walk got us on the metro, so we explored much of Rome from here. Highly recommend.

Alue oli rauhallista ja shoppailupaikkoja oli riittävästi lähistöllä. Kaiken kaikkiaan oikein mukava paikka, voimme suositella.
• Marian (10/5): Perfect - A well equipped, really clean room with a super comfortable bed and Michele was the most helpful and pleasant host. Was really quiet too, despite its great location in Prati. The towels are a little thin. But it didn’t spoil our stay

• Jason (10/5): Hidden gem in the Prato area of Rome - Three day solo trip to Rome. Property was well located in close proximity to the metro, restaurants, and shopping districts. Friendly staff. I arrived early and they allowed for early check in. Room was clean and comfortable. No frills but it was perfect for what I needed. With its location, the lack of included breakfast was not an issue. Plenty of local places to try and recommendations were made by the staff. Price wasn’t bad in comparison to nearby properties. Would stay here again.
