• Katherine Meléndez (9/5): - Nos dejaron entrar antes a la habitación. En general es sencillo pero cómodo, y tiene lo que se necesita, está cerca del aeropuerto y como a 15 minutos del Dolphin mall. Tiene transporte gratuito al aeropuerto, eso fue maravilloso, y desde muy temprano lo tomamos. Nos atendieron bien. Todo me pareció bueno.
• Douglas Stevenson (10/5): Super bien calidad-precio si lo que necesitas es una corta estancia cerca al aeropuerto - Cuando llegue llame por el servicio de shuttle, pero como no estaba disponible asumieron el costo del Uber. Es un gesto de rectitud con el cliente que valoro mucho. Las instalaciones son antiguas pero nada grave.
• Williams (6/5): Not sure if I would stay there again. - I liked the distance from the airport to the hotel. I stayed there 2 separate layovers. The first one was good when I stayed at the front of the hotel. The second time someone kept turning the knob on the door. This was the back side of the hotel. They need more lighting and the guest were noisy.

• Diana (7/5): Good night sleep - Quiet. Smoky smell in room (as if someone had smoked there) I’m from overseas… I couldn’t call the hotel for the free airport pick up. Had to get local taxi which was horrible and had to pay $20 for his rudeness and bad driving. There needs to be a way where overseas travellers are able to call the hotel for free (WhatsApp). The airport shuttle from the hotel was excellent as were all the staff.

• Luis (7/5): bien, en recepción fueron amables - la cercanía con el aeropuerto al momento de reservar se me ofreció taxi, me fue difícil encontrar taxi en el aeropuerto.
• Paola (9/5): - Está muy cerca del aereopuerto, la habitación estuvo perfecta para la noche que estuvimos. El señor que nos ayudó con el check-in muy amable, tuvimos una habitación en la parte posterior por lo que estuvo muy tranquila y pudimos dormir muy bien. Hay lugares para comer a 5 minutos caminando por lo que estuvo super. Que tengan desayuno

• alan1996travel (1/5): Seedy hotel - Airport shuttle Looked like a "Rent by the Hour Motel"--seedy, glass partition at reception with a small opening to pass through your payment and a larger opening to pass through the many bottles of liquor and cigarettes that were for sale on shelves on wall. Room had old, damaged furniture with saggy beds and threadbare linens and 60s bathroom with sink that did not drain. I just sat in a dirty chair to wait until it was time for me to go back to airport.

Pomimo potwierdzonego wcześniej transferu z lotniska do hotelu, recepcjonista odmówił przysłania kierowcy. Wprawdzie oddał mi 10 USD, które zapłaciłem za Uber, ale niepotrzebny stres po długim locie z Europy i komplety brak profesjonalizmu. Cena mocno wygórowana. Ten hotel nie powinien kosztować więcej niż 60 USD

• Lisamarie (7/5): Small no frills hotel. with free shuttle. - The check in staff was very friendly and accomdating. They allowed for early check in and helped with charging my phone. The room was fairly large. The ice machine worked well. The hotel was clean. The hotel is old. The furniture in the rooms is old and outdated. The towels are pretty thin and rough. Thye do provide small bars of soap. Most annoying was that the cleaning staff was very loud in the hallways, and even with the do not disturb sign on they interrrupted.

• Diane (8/5): Good clean economical location - Location to highway. Plenty of eating locations within walking distance. Free parking onsite. Very spacious room. No refrigerator or microwave. 2 steps to enter the room so had to get luggage up steps which is inconvenient for seniors.
• Jazlynn (1/5): Families beware! - Roaches in room, prostitutes in parking lot, and no cribs even though the request for 2 was made and approved with a separate email confirmation. We were even told at check in they would bring the cribs up for our twins and after waiting several hours and going back to front desk to check on the status they said they only have 1 and would bring it up and they brought up a rollaway bed and given attitude told to deal with it because they dont have any cribs on property...not that they dont have any available...that they dont own any. So why was it approved and confirmed several times???
• Langiu (6/5): Non quello che mi aspettavo - Posizione favorevole in quanto si trova a pochi km dall'aeroporto. Il resto difficile valutarlo per una sola notte. Non un buon odore nella struttura, tutto sa di vecchio, ma probabilemte perchè tutto è vecchio. Stanza molto grande, il letto oltre ad essere un accumulatore di polvere perchè chiuso "a cassetto", non l'ho trovato comodissimo. Anche il bagno è abbastanza grande, ma senza bidet. Diciamo che anche per una notte è difficile non storcere in naso.
• Cherry (1/5): The WORST place to lay your head. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! - I didn't like ANYTHING about this hotel, other than its location. I did not like the room which was very old, the lock on the door is flimsy, the door had big gaps once closed from inside to outside the light streamed thru, the peephole and doorjamb had tissue stuck in it, the toilet was very discolored, the dresser belonged in the garbage, and the bed was hard. Oh yeah, one wall is all mirror. You know what type of hotels/motels have that. The headboard of the bed I believe used to have controls for vibrating with speakers. There was a hole where the control used to be, and the speakers were so caked up with grime that you didn't know what it was until you looked very closely. During my stay, I had an extra door jam device to feel a bit more secure, and I put my suitcase on the door which led to the outside. On my walk to my room, there was a room with a naked man laying across the bed and a woman sitting up in the other bed smoking. YES, their door was open for all to see. During the night, I heard a loud scream from a woman, then a GUN SHOT. After the gunshot, everything got quiet. I eventually peeped out my window to a bunch of cop cars with their lights on investigating the shooting. THIS PLACE WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE. I WAS SO AFRAID I WOULD NOT GET OUT OF THIS PLACE ALIVE!!! I've never felt this way about any hotel I've visited during all my travels.

• Keeton (4/5): - I liked that is was close to the airport. Not far from the port. The morning staff amazing The night stuff was rude as hell. He could not tell us nothing about food in the area . Charging $5.00 for a key card and it had to be cash. You do get it back. It's the point of matter. He was rude. I asked to buy two bottles of water. He says do you even have money. Like wtf. Seen the biggest coach roach. One of the beds felt like it was to fall apart.

• Michaela (4/5): Would not book that hotel again. - Close to airport Price for this hotel was way to high! Room was sufficient but bare as a prison cell. Air Conditioner made a rattling noise , so we had to shut it off. We paid $ 198 and the day after the cancellation period Booking.com offered it for $ 90. Very unfair!

• Tyrone (7/5): Aceptable si solo es para llegar a dormir - Parqueadero, Espacio Las sábanas y colchas picaban, como si tuvieran ácaros y el agua de la bañera se salía hacia el área del inodoro y lavamanos porque la cortina no era lo suficientemente larga o se podría instalar puertas en la ducha.
