• Antonio (4/5): Habitacion 504 - Habitación 504. Hay una clara necesidad de mantenimiento y reparación. Comenzando con el baño de abajo tiene malos olores propio de problema de tubería. El microondas en la cocina le falta una pata y cuando se usa se mueve incesantemente. El pequeño banco de madera debajo de las escaleras tiene una tablilla completamente suelta. La calefacción no funciona en la planta baja. Las puertas correrizas de los armarios en las habitaciones no operan bien. Las máquinas de refrescos y comidas están mal atendidas. La máquina de alimentos no opera y la máquina de refrescos estaba prácticamente vacía.

Køkkenet meget slidt og uden opvaskemiddel, børste osv. (åbenbart standard mange steder i Sydeuropa, men stadig meget lidt hygiejnisk at der ikke kan vaskes ordenligt op). Poolområdet var super lækkert med stor pool, græsområde og snackbar.
• Desire (8/5): - Es un alojamiento muy tranquilo, nada masificado. Con ambiente muy agradable. Echamos de menos que nuestro apartamento tuviera terraza privada, ya que todos los demás si que tenían. Los apartamentos de una habitación no tienen placa de cocina, es un fuego portátil.

• Jennifer (8/5): Good location in El Puerto - Good location in El Puerto, with plenty of street parking and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Going to the center of town will require a car / taxi, or a 30 minute walk. Having a kitchen is convenient when traveling with a family. Better than your typical European hotel, but the rooms could be cleaner. I recommend asking to stay in the main building, instead of the rooms across the street. This was our 6th trip staying here, and we would definitely stay here again.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - 3 bis 4 Appartments sind auf leicht unterschiedlich gebaute Häuser aufgeteilt, die zusammen in einem wunderschön angelegten und sehr gepflegten, von einer Mauer umgebenen Areal stehen, das wie ein botanischer Garten (inkl. Tafel mit Übersicht der ca. 90 Pflanzen und Täfelchen an jeder Pflanze) angelegt ist. Einzig die Geschirrausstattung des Appartements ist etwas dürftig, so dass die Zubereitung von mehr als Fertiggerichten schon zu einer Herausforderung werden könnte.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Der Garten war super. In dem zweier Arpartment gab es kein Balkon/Terasse wie in der Beschreibung von Expedia beschrieben. Die Austattung der Küche ist sehr spatanisch. Die Sessel habe Ihe bestezeit hinter sich. In dem Innenpool gibt es defekte Fliesen im Pool und im Aussenbereich. Der gesamte innen Poolbereich ist renovierungsbedürftig. Leider sprach nur eine Dame am Empfang gut Englisch. Deutsch Grundkenntinsse gab es bei keiner Person.

Trés décu de l'appartement vu le prix qui ne les vaut pas (2 nuits à 304€) ... à 20' de la plage à pied
• Francisco (8/5): - La recepción fue estupenda, al estar en temporada baja nos ofrecieron una mejor habitación y acceso a la piscina climatizada por el mismo precio. Los jardines y demás zonas exteriores están muy bonitas El desayuno me pareció caro, aún así volvería a repetir en este hotel.
• Elodie (8/5): (presque) parfait ! - Lieu magique dans un écrin de verdure et de fleurs, au calme. Le personnel est majoritairement aux petits soins, pour garantir un séjour presque parfait. Le seul petit hic, la piscine intérieure : accessible seulement 2h par jour aux enfants. Et quand cela tombe pendant le sieste du petit, et bien tant pis, pas d'accès ! Ce qui est fort regrettable, surtout quand on choisi expressément un hôtel avec piscine intérieure pour pouvoir se baigner en toute saison avec un petit bout, et que cela n'est annoncé nulle part avant l'arrivée. Mis à part ce désagrément, séjour très agréable dans l'ensemble.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Oh So Tired - Setting aside minor points such as a freezing pool, ignored bed request and a power cut, the main issue was that the apartment was tired. Probably state of the art in the 1980's, it is now very tired. We prepaid for three nights but checked out after two, not a word was said, no query as to why we were leaving early. I suspect that the staff are well aware of the situation.
• enrico (8/5): NICE HOTEL - We were in an apartment of the hotel with two bedrooms, a lounge, a little kitchen (with all services comprising a washing machine too) and two bathrooms, one of which with a shower. It was good for us (four people). A very nice thing was that from the apartment it was possible to reach the swimming pool: a very well kept artificial turf was between the swimming pool and our apartment. Another interesting thing was a private bus service of the hotel to go to the beach: a very useful service to avoid the use of the car since close to the beach all the parkings were full of cars. The hotel staff was gentle and the rooms clean. The overall impression of the buildings of the hotel was very positive. I recommend staying in this hotel/apartment if you go close to Cadiz
• Rosa (8/5): Awesome spot! - Great location, I've always loved Vista Hermosa, the centro comercial next door is fantastic for drinks, dining, shopping. It's the best part of town as well. Apartment was great for the price, and the pools and grounds were gorgeous.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Pleasant Hotel in a quiet area - We spent a week at this hotel, which is situated in a quiet residential area, a short distance from the town. There is a regular bus service to the train station and beach. We were upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment, which was comfortable and very clean. It had a kitchen area, which needs updating. It was equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, a small hob, microwave, washing machine and iron. There was no kettle. There is a decent DIA supermarket nearby. The living area was furnished with a dining table and chairs a settee, armchair and television. There was an outside sitting area, which had a table and chairs. The beds were very comfortable, the bed linen of good quality. The bathroom was dated and slightly cramped, but the shower pressure was good. There was a second bathroom with a toilet and washbasin. The gardens are pretty and very well maintained. The restaurant only opened for breakfast. The buffet breakfast for ten Euros is very good value. There was no bar service. The reception staff were efficient and very helpful. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex, although signal strength is variable.
• PATRICK (8/5): - Second séjour dans cet hôtel. Chambre plus petite que l'année précédente, mais propre et agréable. Le comportement du personnel est très "neutre" (ni désagréable, ni particulièrement attentif ...). Le petit déjeuner est de qualité. Un hôtel qui offre une solution intéressante pour Cadix (navette à partir du port) et ses environs.
• Barbara Saleh (10/5): Super hotel with easy access to Cadiz. - The staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful, they spoke excellent English. It was not problem for them to add our friends to our booking just two days before we arrived. They even upgraded us to two, double roomed apartments next door to each other. The apartments were well equipped and comfortable. The heating was on when we arrived which was great as it was cold outside.

• M.Carmen (6/5): Habitación adaptada lejos de todo - Solicité una habitación adaptada ya que me desplazo en silla de ruedas. La habitación está poco adaptada. Baño bastante correcto, pero la habitación muy justa para pasar la silla. Pero lo más molesto es llegar hasta ella, ya que está lejos de la entrada y la recepción y el terreno, aunque es bonito por el jardín botánico, es muy dificil de pasar con la silla por el terreno desigual. La cafetería todavía está más lejos del apartamento adaptado, por lo que ir a desayunar es una verdadera "excursión". La atención del personal muy correcta. El establecimiento podría ser muy bonito, pero le falta renovación.

• david (8/5): Muy agusto - La verdad que hemos estado muy cómodos. La piscina esta bien , aunque un pelin más grande seria mejor. El entorno de la piscina está muy chulo y bien cuidado y está lleno de plantas muy variadas. La terraza de la piscina también está muy bien también. en cuanto a las habitaciones , muy bien el tema de la limpieza, y del mobiliario :el sofá estaba un poco más pa allá que pa acá. el aire acondicionado perfecto. la cocina muy funcional aunque veo el frigorifico un pelín pequeño, como los de las carabanas. el menaje justito. el personal, hay de todo, algunos muy agradables y otros mas secos. En cuanto al aparcamiento muy bien ya que en la acera del apartahotel hay de sobras. En definitiva lo valoro como un hotel de 8 o 8,3.
• Peter (10/5): Hotel en entorno maravilloso - Estuvimos en un apartamento con dos habitaciones, en una sola planta. Los hay en dos plantas, que son un poco incómodos. Los jardines que rodean a todos los apartamentos y a las distintas piscinas son como un maravilloso jardín botánico. El personal es muy amable, el desayuno sensacional. A mejorar el mantenimiento de los apartamentos, algo desgastados. En nuestro caso en la ducha el agua se perdía por el tubo, y en general un poco anticuado e incomodo.
• Family (10/5): Lovely hotel with fab staff in great location - Spent a week with young family. Perfect location for exploring surroundings (we had a rental car) or simply staying poolside. Hotel was practically perfect, could do with a bit of tlc in apartments but do not let this be a factor in not staying here as the staff and all round loveliness of the hotel is second to none. A wonderful stay.

• anitha (10/5): Haven of peace and tranquility - We stayed in this apartment as a family for 10 days. It is in a quiet and high end residential neighborhood.The aparment is set amidst a lush wonderful gardens which are a haven of tranquility and serenity. The apartment was cleaned everyday and had all amenities. The only comment we make is to change the toaster which is really an outdated old model and not particularly apt from safety point of view. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us very welcome. I would definetly recommend this hotel-apartment complex to others, it has an appealing spanish quality and there are plenty of shops,cafes,tapas at walkable distance.
