- Lopez (10/5): Todo tranquilo, cumple realmente. - Cumplió mis expectativas realmente. El espacio, la piscina, el desayuno. Además dejaron que guarde mis cosas en lo que llegaba la hora de mi retorno. Lo único pero creo que es por preferencias, es que, las almohadas eran muy grandes.

- Veronica (8/5): Good if you don't mind some noise - very attentive and cheerful staff, clean rooms, good location, decent breakfast and the little pool was a nice plus to cool off during the hottest hours very noisy - the windows and room walls weren't goos at isolating the constant music staff like to listen to starting early in the morning, noise from the kitchen and from the adjoining rooms

Durante las noches había ruido en la calle, a veces no lo sentía por la profundidad del sueño pero hubo una noche que sí y otra fue cuando alquilaron al costado de mi habitación y la persona no dejaba de hacer ruido, imagino que habia tomado demás. Tuve que pedir que hicieran silencio. Felizmente ayudó.

- Franziska (10/5): - Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem Hotel. Jeden Morgen gab es auf der Dachterrasse ein anderes Frühstücksangebot. Unser Zimmer war sauber und groß. Das Personal war sehr nett. Wir verbrachten Silvester hier und hatten eine wirklich gute Zeit.

El ropero, la silla y mesas de noche, súper viejo todo. En el baño, le faltaba un pedazo de luna por donde se veía desde arriba todo nuestro baño. En la noche se metió un murciélago. La atención pésima.

Mi cosa favorita del lugar fue la piscina que ofrecía el hotel, terminar los días largos en la piscina era relajante. No me gustó la falta de variedad del desayuno, solo había una opción disponible y en 2/4 oportunidades eso nos dificultó empezar bien alimentados el día largo que nos esperaba.

Piscina pequeña, instalaciones antiguas. - El lugar se encuentra a 6 cuadras de la plaza de armas de tarapoto, pero relación calidad precio, no lo recomiendo. En relación calidad precio, no lo recomiendo, sus instalaciones son regulares, pero las habitaciones tienen equipamientos antiguos, ventiladores viejos, toallas en mal estado, una piscina demasiado pequeña, no lo recomiendo para el precio que cobran. Tienes muchas mejores opciones con ese precio. Yo vengo de Lima y ese hotel tendría un precio real de 50soles por noche, más no pagaría.

- Helena (8/5): Very good - Do not book Amazon Brest. They stole some of our personal belongings and now they do not take responsibility for it, even though the staff intentionally left the door and window of our room open while we were out. The structure is dilapidated. Stains on the walls, shoddy bathrooms, used furniture, rusty refrigerators... a disaster! They started construction work, after we already paid for a week and more, with jackhammers and an insane amount of noise daily (7 hours a day x 7 days a week) without even notifying their customers. They did not give us any discount for all the inconvenience caused. They have not compensated us for our losses yet. When we confront them they do not even bother to respond, but blame their customers for their ineptitude and mistakes. Scammers, shady, unreliable, immoral, lazy and much more. Avoid them like the plague!!!
