Guest Reviews
- Warren (9/5): Beautiful hotel at a very ideal location for entry to the National Forest Park. - Beautiful hotel in a great location. We were given upgrades to both our rooms which was very nice.
Unfortunately the outdoor AND indoor pools were both closed for maintenance and renovation.
The breakfast was a letdown given the huge variety. I’m very easy to please and happy with an omelette, but there was no egg station here besides the fried sand boiled eggs. They did make an omelette at my request but had zero ingredients besides egg.
There are tour buses constantly beeping each other with loud air horns at early hours of the morning.
The upgrade we were given kind of makes up for the above, so it’s hard to say if I’d stay here again. One more thing was the handheld for the bathtub was blocked. I opened it up and there was a slimy residue which was the cause of the blockage.

- denise (10/5): Best hotel in Zhangjiajie - We had a very pleasant stay at the Howard Johnson hotel. The property itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and offers everything you would expect for a relaxing visit.
What truly made our experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service provided by Mr. Tom. We faced some challenges due to the language barrier, and his support was absolutely fundamental throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to assist us with patience, kindness, and genuine care, making sure we felt understood and comfortable at all times.

- Josh (8/5): Huge rooms in a nice hotel - Hotel and staff lovely, good location for Zhangjiajie national park. Room was huge with loads of space and relatively comfortable too. Shower and bathroom was also big. Really nice hotel and room. Only issue was we couldn't get the air conditioning to work. The unit would make noise but would not cool the room at all. As we weren't staying long we didn't complain to reception.
- Justine (8/5): Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. - Room was large and the beds comfortable. The housekeeping could have been more thorough and the room cleaner.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Resort Stay Near Nature
My stay at Howard Johnson Neodalle Resort Zhangjiajie was fantastic. The resort is beautifully designed and set in a peaceful environment, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring Zhangjiajie’s stunning attractions.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with modern amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. I especially appreciated the quiet surroundings and resort-style layout, which made the stay feel like a true getaway.
The staff were warm, attentive, and helpful, always ready to assist with transportation, sightseeing tips, and any requests. The facilities were well maintained, and the overall experience felt both comfortable and welcoming.
I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie who wants a relaxing, high-quality stay close to nature. None

- Mohammed (10/5): Highly Recommend the Hotel .. انصح فيه وبشدة - It’s the best hotel in town with no doubt. I would like to Thank Tom who was helpful and supportive during our stay. Very professional person and made our trip easier and excited One comment to keep in mind, kindly provide an international breakfast for foreigners, it’s very important for us as I’ve discussed this topic with many foreigners during my stay
- OMAR (10/5): -
- Faye (10/5): Fantastic hotel and superb staff!!! - Reception Manager, Kiki was fantastic! She is a true ambassador for your Hotel. She assisted us with our stay and we really appreciate it. We will absolutely recommend Howard Johnson Neodalle Resort to our friends and family. Thank you Kiki and also thank you to Elisa with our check-in.
- TATIANA (9/5): - The location is unbeatable. The mountain view is fantastic. Rooms are comfortable and clean
- Ahmed (9/5): -
- Martyn (10/5): Great place to stay when exploring the mountains. - Excellent stay and welcoming staff. Great location for exploring the mountains. The fresh noodles for breakfast were delicious.
- Guok (9/5): Excellent overall - Location and room WiFi was poor
- Jung (10/5): Lovely - Nice hotel Free breakfast
- Dr. Kristila (10/5): Thank you, Leon and Tom for everything! See you soon either in NYC or China! 😀 - This was such an amazing hotel in every way! But what I would love to highlight more than anything is the efforts the staff make to address any and every need you have. I personally want to make sure I name Leon and Tom for being so supportive and making so much effort in making my stay incredible! I cannot wait to visit China and Zhangjiajie again and will definitely stay here every time! Furthermore, the location to the National Forest Park is unbeatable! N/A
- Sabrina (5/5): Things to improve - The hotel has nice facilities, but it clearly needs better maintenance — for example, the carpets in both the common areas and rooms are stained, and the toilets and shower tiles show marks from age and use.
The property is conveniently located near Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, but it’s about 35–40 minutes away from other main attractions like the Glass Bridge/Grand Canyon, Tianmen Mountain, and the 72 Wonders Building. Zhangjiajie National Park itself can easily be seen in one day. Unfortunately, the hotel smells like cigarette smoke throughout, and it caters mainly to large Chinese tour groups, which makes the atmosphere noisier and the breakfast area extremely crowded.
The breakfast buffet is almost entirely Chinese food, with very few Western options, which makes it difficult for guests who aren’t used to eating Chinese dishes in the morning. On top of that, the pastry items always tasted stale — I stayed for three days, and the breakfast was exactly the same every single day, unlike other hotels that rotate their menu. It honestly wouldn’t be surprising if some of the leftover food from the previous day was being reused, as it tasted noticeably old.
The staff is friendly, but no one speaks English, which made communication very challenging. The only receptionist who was said to speak English barely understood most of what we asked.

- Lucas (8/5): - Tom dong front desk made our stay ! Incredible service and follow up.
- Andrey (10/5): - Персонал, если англо-говорящий, то делает все возможное, чтобы удовлетворить все пожелания. шапочки в бассейне не выдают, нужно иметь свою, или бежать покупать не понятно где
- Mohamed (5/5): Not a Crowne Plaza! - Location Old and rundown
Staff did not speak English
Basic breakfast
- Pravin (6/5): Enjoy the property but not the hospitality. - Room was great. We booked 4 executive rooms with lounge access. But the hotel denied us lounge access and after lot hassle they gave us 4 beers as a "favor". They asked us to pay for the breakfast at the time of check-in which we did. Later we came to know that breakfast was included in the lounge access so we kind of felt cheated there.
Manager was rude and unwelcoming.
Not expected from a five star property.
- Roberto_JQ (8/5): Enjoyable Family stay at The Crown Plaza Zhangjiajie Hotel now Neodalle Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Hotel - This large Hotel offers clean and comfortable facilities but will benefit from a minor upgrade. Conveniently located to one of the entrances to the Park and a short walking distance to the Chinese Opera House, local shops and restaurants. There is a small night market every evening. The hotel caters to large tour groups, so you will find large buses parked at the entrance; inconvenient for some but the water fountain in the front of the hotel compensates for that small inconvenience in the evenings. BREAKFAST: (if you are not in a tour group, avoid going to breakfast from 7 to 8 am which is when large groups come to eat before their departure) The breakfast buffet offers many options including cook to order noodles, many styles of dumplings, stuffed Chinese buns, a variety of Chinese dishes, fried eggs, hot and cold cereals, salads, fresh fruits , baked goods including waffles and toasted bread. If you are a coffee person, you may be a little disappointed of their espresso machines; weak coffee taste and usually long lines to get your coffee. The western breakfast choices are limited to fried eggs, baked goods, fruit and cereals but the staff is attentive and accommodating if you can speak Chinese. When visiting the parks, I strongly recommend to hire a tour guide from the agency inside the hotel, we used their services and were very satisfied with their experience. The tour service included transport to and from the parks( I had to use crutches because a broken foot; the guide knew all the tricks to get us to the front of the lines and to board the buses) Overall, I will give this Hotel a 4.5 because the lack of bilingual language personnel, the sometimes chaotic breakfast atmosphere, and the minor needed upgrades to the facilities ( bath towels, are too old and urge to be replaced) . Hopefully we’ll come back and see the improvements next year. Thank you Neodalle.
- Lucy (7/5): Good -
- 731catherinel (10/5): Large hotel in convenient location - We really liked this hotel for it's convenient location and easy walk into the town for shops and restaurants and super near to the national park. We had a very large room with a fabulous bathroom.. although I didn't like the glass door to the toilet! The room was clean and we had a lovely view of the gardens. What we didn't like so much is the lack of mirrors in the room and the coaches parked out the front...but minor inconveniences. The breakfast options were considerable...although not much western choices and not much English spoken. There were western food options in the hotel bar if that's your bag. The hotel also has a fountain display in the evenings.
- VibrantAurora (10/5): Crowne Plaza - central, comfy & clean - The hotel appeared to have been renamed, its location is right ‘in the suburb’, next to Pullman hotel, cultural theatre, lines of restaurants and local shops for an evening walk.
We were warmly received by two young but very hospitable receptionists - Allisons and Ivy. Their service attitude is commendable.
The hotel is packed with tour groups but it didn’t bother us as they usually arrive late at night and leave early in the morning. 张家界 is a highly sought after travel destination so it’s understandable.
There are two towers and each has its own restaurants for breakfast. We stayed in tower one which has a quieter ambience. Breakfast choices are quite similar but here has freshly brewed coffee ☕️.
They have huge massage facilities in rooms of 20 or 30 beds (gulp) which fit the whole tour group at one go. Private rooms are very limited and our pre booked massage room was given to more demanding customers. We were redirected to one of the huge rooms and were interrupted multiple times during the one hour massage. Totally no awareness for guests privacy.
Despite the unpleasant massage experience, Crowne is still a nice hotel, our room was smoke free, clean and comfortable
- Sze (8/5): Very good -
- Hazrin (7/5): Good - The hotel is large and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms that made our stay pleasant and restful. The service was consistently good, and the staff were helpful and accommodating whenever we needed assistance.
It was also very easy to get a taxi from the hotel, which made getting around stress-free. The location is convenient—just a short drive from the entrance to the forest park, which was perfect for our visit. There are also plenty of shops, local eateries, and convenience stores nearby, so we had no trouble finding food, snacks, or anything else we needed during our stay.
Overall, it was a great base for exploring the area, and we appreciated the comfort and support the hotel provided throughout our trip. We decided to dine at the restaurant in the lobby and ordered a pizza. However, it took almost an hour for our pizza to be ready, even though there were only three other tables ordering at the time. After waiting for quite some time, we asked if they could bring the food to our room. When placing our order, we specifically mentioned that we didn’t want any meat or ham on the pizza, as we don’t eat pork. Unfortunately, our request wasn’t taken seriously, and we were served a pizza with both ham and meat. This was quite disappointing, as we had clearly communicated our dietary preferences.
However, the manager came to our room and apologized for the mistake. She immediately instructed the kitchen to prepare a new pizza with no meat, which we appreciated.
- Clarina (10/5): Great hotel with great service - very nice hotel, staff was very friendly l, especially Tom Dong who helped us contact our next hotel. location is very close to the east gate of the national park and speaks very good English. The pool and sauna was closed for maintenance.
- Deepak (9/5): Superb - Big clean rooms, helpful staff
- Barkerfamily (6/5): Useful hotel for visiting Zhangjiajie Scenic Area - This is a huge hotel which has a lot of Chines tour groups staying there too.
Our room was huge which was great but the view was over to the staff quarters at the back. There are rooms at the front and side with better views.
The breakfast buffet was the usual mix of Asian and Western although items weren’t always replenished as quickly as they should have been and sometimes we just couldn’t wait and missed out on items we would have liked. Also the restaurant is at the back of a cavernous lobby and was sometimes a little cold.
It’s in walking distance to the Wulingyuan gate of the Scenic area and you can also easily walk to the little town where there are lots of restaurants. There is a nice river on the way to the town with lots of stepping stones across it.
It has a sound and light fountain show at the front of the hotel at about 5pm (or maybe 6pm) each evening which was really nice.
- Siegfried (10/5): Great experience - Grand hotel with amazing large and well designed rooms
Perfect location
Great breakfast buffet Restaurant is set up Lunch and dinner for groups and has hardly options for two people
- 971danielk971 (8/5): Close to national forest east gate - The former crown plaza hotel is around 15 walking minutes to the east gate of the national forest, which is very convenient. The hotel itself is ok, not so great as we thought, but still fine. The rooms are spacious but already little bit old (especially the carpet). The breakfast is nice for Chinese, but not for western people.
- Cheng (9/5): Great hotel in a good location - Staff service is very good. Especially front desk staff Alson. He went out to help me with my extension of stay which has a bit of complications due to my booking online. Executive tooms comes with lounge access. Not very clear whether the executive rooms comes with breakfast which most hotels will provide
- James (10/5): Upgraded room, great location, great club lounge breakfast! - Great location, modern hotel, good breakfast selection, especially in the club lounge! They upgraded our room from an executive king to a suite, which was fantastic! The property is still “in between” owners, our room keys say crowne plaza, some signs say Neodalle, our taxi driver called it naballi and soon it will say Hyatt.
- Anthony (8/5): Very good -
- Janna (9/5): Good place to stay, buffet had a lot of food but same every day. After the 2nd day I got bored of it. - Good location, clean room, huge breakfast buffet The crowds at breakfast
- Martin (8/5): Very good - Modern, large rooms. Maybe best place in town. Massive overcrowding at breakfast. Ridiculous prices for laundry.
- Yi (10/5): Strongly recommend tourists to stay here - The location is excellent. It’s closed for everything. The room is clean and the bedding was comfortable without any odd smell. Its full bathroom is modern and well designed. The buffet breakfast was high quality. The cleaners did the very good job for keeping the room clean.
The most impressive part is the staff service. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Alisa Xiang is a such sweet girl. She gave us a big smile and detailed help. When my husband got sick, the manager with staff delivered a special meal to our room. Our hearts were melting.
- Siok (8/5): Very good -
- Namphuong (7/5): Nice facility but with low quality breakfast experience. - Room is nice and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast area is too crowded. Food selection and quality is below average.
- heinzhuynh (6/5): Okay place - Central location.
Room is large
Lobby is huge
Breakfast is ao average even they have more choice for food
Central location to visit surroundings of Zhangiiajie
Staffs are friendly and helpful
Not many hotels here . So I have stayed 02 nights
- Maria (8/5): Very good - Staff was starring at me in group while I was reading the menu at the restaurant. Felt pressured to purchase food quickly and ordered something I didn't want.
- Francesco (6/5): I had a feeling of going back in time to a good 20th century China hotel. - Nice location near to ZhangJiaJie attractions.
Very good local food restaurant near to the hotel
Large room.
Good travel agent inside hotel: I was satisfied by their services, please consider it for a pleasant sightseeing Breakfast: a huge room with a lot of food (mainly Asian). Quality of food (both asian and western) was below average.
Breakfast room is huge and food is scattered along several locations, please ensure you look around!
Cleanliness is below average.
Aircon is almost turned off during the day. They turn it on at night.
Mainly tourist hotel, so sometime the lobby and breakfast room is very crowded (mainly senior Korean guest: they like ZhangJaJie very much!)
Wifi did not work in hotel lobby. It was working in the room (you still have to use VPN to reach most western websites) but the speed in the evening is very slow.
- 404Rochelle (10/5): Memorable Stay with Zhangjiajie Neodalle Hotel - The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Zhangjiajie and the surrounding areas, the rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfasts are great and the staffs were friendly and accommodating. Great place for a family holiday in Zhangjiajie.
- Wojciech (10/5): In general, we are satisfied with our stay. - Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast didn’t resemble European breakfast as there was only Chinese food.
- smallfish42 (10/5): This is an excellent hotel !!! - We had a wonderful stay. Everything you need and high quality.
Good location - short walking distance to restaurants, comfortable beds , clean modern room, good breakfast.
Special thanks to Leon, who made us feel very special and can speak good English.
- Husain (4/5): Disappointing - Bed was comfortable They have inconvenient policy which they switch the AC every day from morning until evening.
During this time it’s really hot inside the room.
The internet connection was so bad and slow.
- Luc (10/5): Exceptional -
- poggibonzzi (10/5): Wonderful! Marvelous! - Neodalle Zhangjiajie aka Crowne Plaza is likely the most luxurious hotel at Wulingyuan. The room, decor, the amenities, the location, the service, are all top notch. It is very walkable to the night market and to a large selection of restaurants as well as about $1.20 by Cab to the main park gate. While few on the staff understand English, there seems to always be at least one on duty who does. Service is 5 star... one of the reception people spent nearly an hour helping me rearrange my train tickets, she did it with enthusiasm and graciousness that was a pleasure to encounter. Breakfast was a generous spread catering to different nationalities. I was very pleased with our stay here and can think of no better place to stay in the area. Zhangjiajie National Park is adjacent to Wulingyuan and 40 minutes by cab away from Zhangjiajie the city. Wulingyuan has many hotels and restaurants; it is also more "mountainy" in atmosphere. In reading Tripadvisor reviews, I was led to believe Xibu Street will be the "main street" in Wulingyuan for tourists; this is not the case; Wuling Street is the lively main street. Xibu street did not seem to have survived the pandemic. Finally, Trip.com offered much better rates than Booking.com for Neodalle.
- Pari (9/5): Superb - Rooms very nice and friendly staff Not much open after 9pm for food.
- MandP2010 (10/5): 5 star hotel in a great location. - This is an incredible hotel very close to the national park entrance. The facilities and staff are excellent and 5 star. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are huge and lush, we payed for 3 nights what we would pay for one room n an equivalent hotel in London. Overall, this was excellent value for money and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast has to be seen to be believed and the nearby town is full of shops and places to eat. For the best local food, avoid the huge restaurant’s and try the small local family places, especially the street food over the main bridge and in the local shopping area.
- Fang (6/5): Despite the hotel itself being great, I probably will not return here. - The property itself is clean and well-maintenced. It is clean, spacious with great atmosphere. Firstly, the front desk customer service is not great while the parking staff members went above and beyond. The front desk declined me checking in with a Chinese passport despite I had no problems checking in with my passport for the past one month in China and buying tickets with it. Front desk staff members do not seem to be well trained for the system as well as customer service.
Secondly, the price on booking is vastly different than that of the Chinese website. I had to pay taxes on top of the more pricy room rate for the same room than booking the room through the Chinese website.
More tranings on regulations, communication and better customer service will be great for this hotel.
- Luc (10/5): Exceeded my expectations - I would choose to stay here again. - My stay was excellent. The room exceeded my expectations, in features and size. It was quiet and elegant. The breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious. The staff tried hard and was very helpful, even though I did not speak Chinese. I used the laundry and the massage service, and both were excellent. I would choose to stay here again.
The overall hotel was nicer than the listing presented. Unavoidable in most hotels throughout China: there was lingering smell of smoke in the halls, fortunately my room was spared.
- Lilit (9/5): Superb -
- Garnik (8/5): Very good - The food is not good and the workers don’t know english. The hotel is very noisy.
- Stefan (9/5): If we could, we would have stayed longer... - Nice hotel, excellent location, facility all you need, good buffet
- Veronika (7/5): Nice and quiet place, great facilities, convenient location - Great location, 10 minutes drive to the National park. All clean and comfortable, the staff speaks English Poor choice of food. If you are a fan of Chinese cuisine, you’re good. We wanted something different, so that wasn’t quite enough for us besides, I’m vegetarian and most of the food was either containing meat or deep fried
- Christian (8/5): Nice-looking hotel in a decent area. - The staff were very professional and helpful. It's pricey (and the breakfast isn't particularly good).
- David (9/5): Overall, the service, food, room and location was fantastic. - The breakfast was fantastic and the hotel’s location was close to the main park enterance. There were no English speaking channels on the television. Only Chinese.
- Ailton007 (10/5): Great hotel and location to explore Wulingyuan Scenic area - Friendly staff, spacious rooms and fast WiFi. Descent Chinese food restaurant downstairs and close to scenic spots in the area (Wulingyuan and Tianmen Mountain). Pullman next door has western food it understandablt less options these days given COVID and all.
- Traveller_Oldie (8/5): Best Place to Stay - This is by far the best hotel to stay in when you plan to visit this area. The room was spacious (we were three people) with everything that you would need and more. The breakfast is wonderful with both Western and Chinese food and a wide selection. It is close to all the activities and within walking distance from the town. Definitely would recommend this Hotel.
- nbh2801 (10/5): Amazing place to stay - extended our stay - Very friendly stuff. Like the breakfast. Like the musical fountain at night. Very clean spacial room. Comfy bed and love the balcony. Walking distance to the town center for restaurants and shops. 5 to 10 mins taxi to Wulingyuan entrance.
- gankor (10/5): Beautiful rooms and service - Very good service at the reception- we checked in late at night having taken a flight in from Xian.
During check-in, the reception very kindly took the initative to ask whether we would like twin beds for the other room which our 2 teenage sons would be occupying. They generously offered an upgrade for our sons to a Deluxe Twin room which was more spacious.
The rooms exceeded our expectations- very spacious and comfortable.
Wide breakfast selection. As IHG members, the hotel made sure to prepare something special for us every morning in addition to the buffet spread. Nice, thoughtful gesture.
On our last day, we met the Front Office Manager, Eason Xia. He was extremely solicitous and went out of his way to walk with me to the massage center to help with translation.
The only downside was lack of options for dinner. Perhaps because it was winter, the only food available in the hotel was a limited menu at the lobby.
Nevertheless, this Crowne Plaza property exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend.
- fiasco-ss (8/5): Comfort close to National Park - Anticipating far less, arriving late at night, this Crowne Plaza was way above expectations. From the moment of walking in the door to the entry lobby, large enough to house a sporting arena to the room and the dining this was a comfortable stay.
Situated in the town of Wulingyuan it is very conveniently placed for a multi-day exploration of the Zhangjiajie National Park. It is a short walk into the entertainment area of the town for attractive night-life.
The room initially looked plain, with a strip window along the far wall but comfort is squeezed in, with a massive sized bed and a well appointed bathroom. There is a rounded bath tub and a separate shower cubicle. The frosted glass window dividing it from the bedroom can be switched to clear at the touch of a switch.
There are ample charging sockets for devices. No extraneous noise and no street noise. The morning light highlighted the reason for the high narrow window, as it displayed the mountain tops on the near horizon without giving a view down at the busy street below.
The wifi worked reasonably well. The signal was good but the refresh speeds, as per most of China, were poor.
There were two breakfast rooms: one for the coaches and one for other guests. The range of food was wonderful and extended to the show of a noodle chef making his wares fresh and straight to your bowl.
We negotiated our way to use the indoor pool which included being told off for not wearing caps.
Without a doubt it is worth staying here in preference from commuting from the main city down the hill.
- agoh69 (10/5): Superb and awesome stay! - Great location with great room and service. Stayed for 4 nights as IHG gold member was upgraded to a suite room.. surprise. One of my room is paid and was booked at higher fare . Upon checking in, I was told the rate has come down as mush as 400rmb and ask me to cancel the earlier one and rebook with this new rate.. I thought the reception could have ignored but really thanks for their honesty. The room is 2672 which the heating is uncontrollable which could be very hot. I have to open the window to sleep but air quality is bad and noisy! The sliding door to the toilet also broken down! The breakfast is the best with lots of choices and tasty especially the fresh noodle cooking station. The staff is attentive and recognise me and family after day 1 on what we prefer to eat and drink. They served the same thing every day and made special drink and food for us eve morning ! Fantastic and overwhelming... the location is great and 15 mins walk to the nearby town for dinner or shopping . 2 mins walk to watch the local performance. Very convenient location to access to all the attractions and very attentive staff! When I called for wifi issue, the staff came in less than 5 mins and bring me another router to solve the issue...the bed is comfy but prefer a thicker pillow! When I checked out today, they came out to greeted us goodbye and provide us all a bottle of water each! Highly recommended hotel in Zhangjiajie!
- travelwith_bre (10/5): EXCELLENT choice of hotel! - Normally I stay at Hiltons or Marriotts and let me just say this Crown Plaza lived up to what would be my Marriott standards! I have to say basically this Crown Plaza hotel was the JW Marriott of the Zhangjiajie Wiling yuan area! Staff is very friendly and helpful. They help you arrange tours and taxis if needed. Water pressure in the shower is OUTSTANDING! Rooms are BIG, clean, and smoke free. I can’t find one single negative complaint about this hotel. I highly recommend a stay at this location and would defiantly stay again myself!
- Kalai2808 (10/5): Superb and pleasant stay - The room is very big & nice. The buffet arrangements and the foods are very delicious. The Room Service staffs are very helpful. Although they could not understand English, they managed to translate via online translator and convey to us. I am happy to stay in their Hotel.
- ChristinaC3947 (6/5): Good service but poor breakfast buffet - We stayed at Crowne Plaza Wullingyuan in October for four nights. Services from the check in front desk was wonderful especially Eason Xia, Assistant Front Office Manager, who provided us with the best services from order a cab for us to asking if we need any help any time we ran into him.
The services from the front desk to the room cleaniness deserve a five star.
The day before we checked out the hotel, my husband accidentally left a glass on the edge of the sink, and it slided off to the sink and broke. My husband then pick up the broken pieces and left it inside the remaining of the glass so the cleaning staff will see it rather than threw it away in the garbage. The broken glass was still at the same place where he left it when we came back in the evening. The next day after we checked out and on our way to the airport, the hotel called and said that we broke a glass and that they are charging us 30.00 Chinese Yen for it. Why they didn't talk to us the day before unless the cleaning staff was not doing a thorough cleaning job and didn't see it. I thought that was very tacky of the hotel and called us after we already checked out and charging us 30.00 for a glass.
Breakfast buffet was a joke. Every hot items are barely lukewarm except the cook to order noodles. The cooking staff made the food ahead of time and left them under the counter which was not heated. And the food quality was not good either.
