• Meghan (1/5): Shockingly Sub Par - If I had been there for pleasure the proximity to dining and nightlife would have been fun. I selected the hotel due to its close proximity to the VA hospital at which my husband was admitted. There was a very loud festival going on directly outside of the hotel which I could hear clearly in my 5th floor room. I just wanted sleep and the live music didn't cut off until 10 pm. The parking garage was a nightmare as it was available to festival goers as well as other businesses and restaurants in the area. The breakfast was like what you would get at a holiday inn express. All I wanted was a banana and they were all black. Spent almost $300 for the most miserable 11 hours. The bed was too hard, the noise from outside was unacceptable, everytime anyone up and down the hallway opened or closed their door it is so loud it wakes you up, the room smelled like an animal had previously urinated on the carpet. The room was fairly small. The coffee pot was a joke.

The spaces are perfect for sitting down and having business conversations, with a calm atmosphere that allows people to talk comfortably without major interruptions. The lobby is spacious, well-lit, and thoughtfully designed for sharing time not only with coworkers but also with family and friends. We loved the décor and the vibrant chair colors, which create a modern and inviting ambiance. Definitely a great place to combine work and relaxation.

They were fast on bringing what ever we requested. Comforter, towels and toiletries etc. The breakfast was delicious. They had for the 2 weeks that we stayed various items. It was fresh and very flavorful. The sitting area was clean. The pool area was tended very well as well as the pool. Once again the staff was very pleasant on greeting us and when we were leaving as well. I would stay at this Residence Inn again. Thank you.

True hospitality! The rooms were extremely clean and were upgraded to a room with a view of the plaza. A wonderful place to enjoy the light show at night and the sunrise in the morning

Clean room, nice gym & the walk to restaurants are GREAT! (BTW, I had an above average BLT/fries from the hotel that was surprisingly good! I mentioned to Zack, I will be coming back and this visit has made me reconsider Marriott as my backup hotel chain.

• Teona (10/5): CAN'T WAIT TO STAY AGAIN! - Very nice property, close to restaurants within walking distance, parking is in a parking garage, the attendant even cleaned our shower for us when she replaced the towels and wash cloths, very beautiful hotel, breakfast was GREAT. The only thing I didn't like is the connect four game was not working properly. Oh, and we did have to ask for another comforter upon arrival because there were a couple of small brown stains on it.

• Luis (8/5): Great discovery on the lake nona area - The location is amazing. The hotel was clean and the facilities were nice. Is a good option as it’s next to restaurants and a nice small boulevard. The pillows are very soft and that didn’t help my rest.
