• DanaP223 (10/5): A great choice if you want to be treated well - The best customer experience I have had at any hotel in a long time. The staff here are so welcoming and wonderful and deserve to be recognized for their hospitality. I was warmly greeted when I arrived by Courtney at the front desk. What a breath of fresh air and kindness she is. She was so helpful and kind during check in that I was really blown away by how great she was. Sometimes someone’s attitude makes all the difference. I recently had the WORST customer service ever from staff and management at the Crockfords LXR in Las Vegas and couldn’t stop thinking that staff should come to SLC to learn a thing or two and see how it’s done right. Everyone at this property was so kind and accommodating. I have nothing but praise for this staff. What a difference! The room was large, comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was great especially if you are going to the Delta Center- you can’t get any closer. I was there for business but it was very convenient with parking right behind the hotel conveniently accessible. I would stay here again. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

Staff noted my room so housekeeping would add coffee packets in room daily. Beds were very comfortable! Billing was awkward due to third party booking but have never experienced this before. Normally one charge per room for stay in lieu of multiple charges daily with different amounts. Office Manager had to correct the system. Thank you. Place sign in washroom that towels are changed every other day in lieu of a note in the room key holder. I never see the key so I did not read the insert. I have also complied at other hotels when I see the sign in the room.

Our room was spacious and well appointed. The pool was great. Hotel food was excellent and they serve decent coffee in the mornings. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city. Highly recommend this hotel if staying in SLC!

• Josephine (10/5): - I really loved the room set up; comfortable bed, sofa. It was nice to have microwave (which a lot of hotels do no have these days). Helpful staff and walkable area. Felt safe
• Katherine (2/5): - Check in staff was wonderful and room/facilities were clean. While getting ready Saturday afternoon, my co traveler was using a hair straightener that burned her hair, which momentarily set off the smoke alarm. The next morning, I received an email informing me I would be charged a smoking fee. I immediately went to the front desk to address the issue and explain that there was no smoking or vaping of any kind in the room. At the desk, I was informed that only a manager could reverse the charge and there was no manager there. The staff member stated she would make a note and a manager would get back to me. Two days later, with nothing heard, I called the establishment and was told again the manager was not available and she would get back to me. With nothing heard by Friday, I emailed the manager and now another week later have still heard nothing and was charged $300 (twice the cost of the room) for something that I did not do! Will never stay there again and will discourage others as well.

• Krystal (10/5): - I really enjoyed my 5 night stay here. For the price it was a great walkable location to many nice shops and sights to visit. The hotel smelled great and was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful in giving recommendations and directions for things in the area. I like that the restaurant serves Starbucks drinks and gives free drip coffee after 10:30. I just wish there was an outdoor pool! The coffee bar inside the rooms could also use improvements. But overall a great place to be!

• 476calebc (2/5): Terrible Experience - I was fraudulently charged $300 for smoking. At no time did anyone in the room smoke or did the smoke alarm go off. We were never notified of the charge until checkout when they emailed the invoice. Staff refused to issue refund.
• Jiaying (10/5): - The location is great and the staff are super nice. Recently, the road in front of the door is under construction, which makes it a bit hard to find.
• Yao-Hua (10/5): - There are limited options for dining or breakfast, making it quite inconvenient, otherwise it’s a good place to stay.
• Farida (10/5): - The receptionist started my stay off fantastic. She was super friendly, personable and fast. From there everything was great. The location, parking was easy, the rooms nice, clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

• Harlie (10/5): Great overall - It was very clean and the staff was very attentive and helpful. The only two qualms I have is the overnight parking is $24 each night and the bistro was a little more expensive. The bistro was still delicious though.
