• Vicky (9/5): Comfortable, economical apartment. - Quiet neighborhood and guests. Room was comfortable. Host quickly rectified assigning us a single bed room instead of a 2 bed room. There was a constant mechanical noise coming from the attached garage, although it did not keep me awake.

• elizabeth (8/5): I enjoyed my stay it had everything I needed. - It was quite, well set up and was so handy in location It didnt have a reception so I had to call x 3 to get someone to come and check me in so I was standing out in the weather for about 20mins. The family that own it live on the first floor and guests are on the second floor. Its not what I expected but once I got checked in I enjoyed my stay very much

• Gardiner (6/5): - This is more of a vacation rental than an “inn”. I stayed here twice in late September, both times got sent to a separate property several blocks away from the one pictured. It’s effectively 4-5 bedroom/bathroom units, sharing a common kitchen/dining area. Nothing wrong with that, but not what I expected. Maintenance was quite good, but the check in procedure was awkward—go to the posted address, and the owner hands you your receipt with the address of the place you’ll actually be staying hand written on the back, along with the pass code for the entry door. The first time, the owner forgot to write down which room to go to, and I wound up walking in on a couple that had already checked in.

Weird floor plan we would have been sharing a bathroom if other rooms were occupied the whole place was bad and seemed to be in a bad part of town. There was a homeless person curled up in the street as we left in the AM in the Dark!!! Very creepy.

Hatten 2 Deluxe DZ gebucht und satt dessen eine Fewo mit 3 Schlafzimmern erhalten, na ja, ganz ok bis auf die dann nötige Kautionszahlung. Kein Essen verfügbar. Aussanlagen müssten dringend erneuert werden, keine 4 Sterne jedenfalls. Langwieriger check in Prozess, obwohl vorab bezahlt.

Sharing a place with a stranger, I don't think so! - No where in the booking does it say you have to share a room with a stranger, yet, when I arrived I was told someone was in the other bedroom???? If I wanted to stay in a Hostel type facilities, I would have found a hostel. I was stunned to find that I was expected to endure that. I do NOT recommend this place, unless there are 2 of you that wish separate rooms. For a single old lady, stay away!!! What I said above! You have to share with a stranger!!!!

Zei nauwelijks gedag en begon direct allerlei bevelen uit te delen en werd zeer geïrriteerd op het moment dat ik geen idee had waar het over ging. Hij wilde me zelfs wegsturen.

• Christine (10/5): - Booking in was easy then we had to drive about 5 to 10 mins away to an amazing set of units. Ours was ib the middle one, on the ground floor which was great. Everything was as described plus more! The shared kitchen/table/living room was like it was ours. Our room was behind the kitchen, the latter was super. The laundry was also super- 2 x $1 coins for a wash and dry - detergent supplied free. The sound proofing was very much appreciated. We drove to 4th Avenue to have tea the first night, walked thru Whitehorse the next day. All good. Thanks Nothing!!

• Teri (6/5): - Interesting we were given the 3 bed 2 bath townhouse it was clean inside but looked like they were in the process of updating bed was very comfortable and the shower was upgraded but the appliances weren’t anything special and seating was very limited it could be a very nice place

The check in was easy, but odd because we had to remove our shoes as the lobby was actually the owners dining room. We were there for three days and there was no cleaning or towel change.

Never used the place only our room and our bathroom. If its shared then please say so. the price was pretty steep for sharing.

Just outdode the door was a kitchen/fining area that could be used by all those staying. Beds were comfortable, room was clean.

There was no reception on the premises, so no suggestions about Whitehorse were available. That said, it was in a fairly good location, 15 minutes on foot from downtown. The premises would have been very quiet except for a frequently varking dog in the house next door. Ideal for people who want to supply or even cook their own groceries and meals

• Norman (5/5): Not happy - Room ready at check-in time Booked two rooms each with own shower facilities. When arrived we got placed in one unit which had three bedrooms and two bathroom facilities of which only one had a shower. Think this arrangement was because we had previously stayed and booked an Air B&B unit with each bedroom having it's own bathroom -- with full facilities (shower). He said we would be in one unit again but still thought full facilities for each bedroom. Second point - we stayed in 3 other accommodations in our trip around the Yukon - each would supply coffee/tea but this place had nothing except left overs from previous occupants. The coffee maker still had coffee grounds in the machine (I suppose previous people supplied own coffee and filters) - like, who cleans the unit. What a way to run a place. Owner? works out of his kitchen for registration - ordered to take off your shoes ..... Sorry - won't be returning here or making any recommendations to friends
• David (8/5): - The facility is a collection of standard housing home with the room for rent individually. Noise proofing between units is home standard with thin doors. It would be more accurate to describe this business as guesthouse. Which is fine. Given that fact, the pricing is a little surprising to me. I spent that kind of money staying at JW Marriott but this was the only one of 2 option in Whitehorse on Expedia that day. Again this is a guest house, not a hotel.
