• Marcia (1/5): Concerned witj my safery in case of gas leakage. - Stay away. This property had a gas heater in the on suite, what can be very dangeours in case of gas leakage. The bathroom is very tiny and it does not have a very good ventilation. The gas heater maintenance was overdue since 03/2025. I have complained to booking because thia property should be unlisted for good. It is very concerning sleep in the bedroom aside the gas heater with no ventilation. Safety issues. Gas heater inside the bathroom and bedroom is just aside it.
• Fabiana (9/5): - Excelente localização e uma ótima estadia, Vera é muito atenciosa. Apartamento super confortável, tem tudo que precisa. Estacionamento bom, porteiro agradável e simpático. A única coisa que nos incomodou foi o lençol da cama, toda hora saia e embolava. A única coisa que acredito que possa melhorar. O restante foi maravilhoso.

• Richard (10/5): Apartment with hotel benefits. - Fabulous location. Ideally placed for access to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Great lounge area with smart TV. Good shower and a second toilet. Useful kitchen. 24 hour manned reception but with all the benefits of an apartment. Pool, spa and gym looked nice but were closed during our stay. As was the in-house restaurant which gets great reviews for its vegan buffet and we would have loved to try it. Spa, gym and pool were closed for refurbishment during our stay. Air conditioning is very noisy.
• Martins Teixeira (8/5): Experiência foi foi muito boa, caso tenha de retornar ao Rio de Janeiro procurarei o imóvel novamente, contudo creio que - Localização excelente, funcionários atenciosos, tamanho do flat para duas pessoas é ótimo, ter um banheiro e um lavabo é ótimo, cama da suíte muito boa, mobiliário muito bom! Não possui filtro de água potável na cozinha, te da suíte não pega canais ( inoperante), chuveiro precisa de manutenção !

Very roomy apartment. I had a couple of little issues and the front desk helped me immediately! The balcony did not have much a view but happy to sit in the fresh air having my coffee and enjoy the birds flying above me

• J (6/5): Good but in need of some upgrades. - The location is excellent. The apartment is relatively roomy and well as the garage. TV with streaming services. Checkin was fast and easy. The bed was too tight and the air conditioner was noisy. The bathroom no amenities and the ehxaust fan was not working.

• Marilia (8/5): - Great location, good apartments. However, some need better maintenance. We had to switch apartments because the fuse in the first one blew when two showers were used at the same time. Lack of communication led us to have a car in the garage while work was done in it and we were told we could not leave with the vehicle as it would damage the work. They ended up finding a solution, but that was a stressful experience that could have been avoided with better communication. All they needed to do was to warn us not to park in that part of the garage the previous day.

• Catia (8/5): Insatisfeita - Gostamos muito da localização e do apartamento, porém fiz a reserva para 4 adultos eu meu marido e dois filhos de 23 e 25 anos, no site dizia que as instalações teriam 2 camas de casal e no apart só havia 1 cama de casal no quarto e na sala 1 bicama ( desconfortável), nem era um sofá-cama decente...

• monique (6/5): Caro pelo custo beneficio - Depois que me trocaram de quarto a minha hospedagem ficou melhor mas pude perceber que existem alguns quartos ruins e os melhores são reservados para os "conhecidos "dos donos .E isso não fica claro no momento da reserva ou seja se ficar nos quartos piores não vale a pena o valor . Existem hotéis na região bem melhores e com café da manhã incluído e com o mesmo valor.Aguns funcionários são bons ,outros péssimos, não tem noção de nem o que existe no prédio. Tratam a gente como se fosse um intruso, com desconfianças e como se não tivesse pago e caro ,para nos hospedarmos lá. As meninas da faxina são ótimas não tenho que reclamar .
• Francisco (4/5): Hotel sin las condiciones contratadas - Llegando al hotel me informan que no tendrán desayuno Buffet y la solución es que salga a comprar a un supermercado, cuando éste fue un servicio que yo contrate con anterioridad. Me informan el mismo día de llegar que la piscina estará en manutención toda la semana. Además las toallas sucias no las cambiaron todos los días. Lo único rescatable fue la conexión WIFI, el equipamiento y la ubicación del Hotel.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Bom custo beneficio - O quarto não era aquele das fotos. E logo na chegada, fomos surpreendidos com a surpresa de que não servia mais o café da manhã. Só no dia seguinte que recebemos uma ligação de que o café seria servido no quarto. Um café simples. Ótima localização. Alguns serviços disponíveis. Quartos espaçosos e confortáveis, mas alguns são reformados e outros não.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Value for money - The building is in a premium location in Ipanema, one block away from the beach and walking distance to the most iconic restaurants and bars. This hotel has serviced apartments, very practical for families or business trips. They also have a spa, a pool (not very nice) and free morning tea (however, hard to get the working hours: we tried at 7, 8, 9 but every time we went there the service was over). Staff is helpful and kind. Few of them speak English (just the manager) but they will try to help you by any means. Aircons work great, rooms are clean and tidy, bathrooms are quite small but nothing to be concerned about. They don't provide towels to go to the beach so you might need to get one from a shop. The rooms have kitchen facilities, 1.5 bathrooms and living room. The value for money is outstanding taking into account that is very well located!
