- laura (7/5): - Everything was ok. The room was very large, the location in a very dynamic area " Pink Zone". Taking Uber to the airport was about 10 euros, so dont worry about their shuttle, €25\per person. Uber picked us up within 10 min.@this location....3.a.m. The bed in rm.5 had a huge hump in the middle. I had to get up at 3 am to go to airport. I didnt speep well in the bed, but it could have been because I was anxious about waking up on time.

- Michael (10/5): Super B&B - Our room, No1, was fantastic in decor and size, with its own ensuite bathroom. The location was excellent, within walking distance of everything you need. Isabella was so cheerful and helpful at breakfast and the other times we saw her. Luana kept in touch to assist in everything else which was really helpful. It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

Mooi ingericht oud herenhuis. Prima dubbel persoonsbed. Houten vloer. Self check-in. toilet beetje raar opgesteld. Heel gehorige kamer, geluiden van buiten en bovenverdieping tot 23 uur.

Ready response to questions by WhatsApp The address given, 180 rua da Boavista, is not true. it is actually an alleyway up some stairs and at the back of buildings. More than half the photos are of the area and some photos only of inside. 3 outside the norms steps once inside. nowhere is it indicated to mind your step when going into the room (nr 4) which lies some 10cm deeper. luckily I held onto the door handle thereby avoiding a fall but I still twisted my back the mattresses were lacking mattress protectors. very soft feather pillows. the firmer pillows which serve as decoration didn't look clean but I may be mistaken. there was a tv which didn't work and wasn't checked before arrival.

Al met al niet wat je verwacht van een verblijf. We hebben nauwelijks kunnen slapen en kregen ons geld niet terug van die nacht. Wel van de volgende nacht die we niet bleven.

Como a porta do banheiro que estava sem guia, a luz do wc com mau contato e faltava onde pendurar as coisas enquanto tomava banho. Coisas simples msm. Só para não dizer que estava perfeito para nós.

- Emilie (10/5): great location for the price, in a lovely area with plenty of culture and food in walking distance - Amazing location and such great value. It was really nice to get breakfast each morning before exploring, and it was really fresh and tasty. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they helped me get rid of a cockroach! We walked pretty much everywhere, which was very easy to do from there.

To że łazienka nie miała działającej wentylacji, duża wilgoć i pleśń na fugach, wystarczyłoby naprawić wentylację i pewnie nie było by żadnego problemu

La colazione è sicuramente da migliorare poca scelta, ma davvero poca ed inoltre anche se apprezzo tanto l'utilizzo di prodotti non in plastica diciamo che per un minimo di igiene all'interno di un B&B sarebbe buona prassi servire marmellate e burro in monouso. Il bagno era pulito, ma molto usurato.

Tienen un desayuno muy correcto y atención del personal en todo momento Las dos noches que estuvimos no hubo electricidad. En la primera noche volvió hacia las dos de la mañana, a la segunda eran las siete de la mañana. No pudimos cargar móvil ni aparatos electrónicos. Esperamos fuera solo casualidad puntual
- FERNANDA (7/5): - A localização é excelente. Fácil acesso a pontos turísticos a curta distância por ônibus e metro, sendo possível com caminhada, não muito longa. As funcionárias Isabela, Jessica e Luana foram muito prestativas e simpáticas. O café da manhã é simples, mas gostoso. Foi possível tomar café antes do horário oficial. Agradecemos! O banheiro (pelo menos no meu quarto) tem degraus, que podem ser perigosos para idosos e até impedir acesso de pessoas com dificuldade de mobilidade. A luz acabou nas três noites da minha hospedagem. Na primeira noite que ocorreu, ficamos sem água quente para aquecer os chuveiros.

- Douglas Henrique (10/5): Perfeito! Em tudo perfeito! - Absolutamente tudo. O quarto estava maravilhoso. O café servido é completo e isto inclui opções de cereais e frutas. O serviço de cozinha completo também. O quartos são gigantes com janelas e varandas para a rua. E o que falar dos staff? As meninas são maravilhosas. Nós acolheram muito bem. Fazem tudo com carinho, educação e qualidade. Simplesmente a melhor hospedagem da vida! Nada.

- Tracey (7/5): Not the best. Poor room - The location in relation to Time Out was good. Check in instructions clear and easy. Kitchen was excellent. The one staff member we met was lovely. Nothing to write home about but adequate and varied cold breakfast offerings. A self service buffet but eggs could be cooked on request. The freshly squeezed orange juice was nice. Shower in external bathroom was superb. The bedroom. Had all the appeal of a hospital side ward. Noisy squeaky floorboards no matter where you stood. Tired beds. Two chairs neither of which were comfortable. Beds placed either side of bedside tables with lamps. Neither lamp able to be plugged in due to no plug socket in the close vicinity. An extension was provided but would have trailed across the door. We had to move the beds from one side of the room to the other to utilise the plug socket on that wall. A drab picture, lank dull curtains and a view of the narrow alleyway added to our disappointment Exterior bathroom. Carefully edited photos on the website omitting the ridiculous steps that placed the sink at knee high unless you stood ground level and reached awkwardly across the side angle. No plug. Breakfast was nothing special. Ham and cheese served in tupperware. Not the freshest of bread rolls. Fruit that was spoiling rapidly but not changed. The same hard boiled cold eggs came out of the fridge daily. Multiple unlabelled mason jars contained various cereals that mostly looked like a variation of the same. Dishes and plates on a shelf far too high for me to reach without assistance. Pots of jam with nowhere to place the jam spoon afterwards. Just a few changes could have made the breakfast experience so much better. My views represent my opinion of room 4 and external bathroom 4 only. I believe we had the worst room available. Quick glance through the doors of other rooms suggested far nicer options. Nutshell. Avoid room 4 especially if an older or less mobile traveller. Lastly. The request to bring a fridge magnet and the insistence of a receipt for refund, met with a " do you want refunding for this" put us in the awkward position of saying no. Not the cost, just the principal. The additional pounds paid for the magnet on top of an overpriced room just grated.

Duży plus za dodatkowe kaloryfery, którymi można było podwyższyć temperaturę. Nieszczelne okna, przez które słychać sporo z ulicy. Łazienka była w kiepskim stanie (pęknięta płytka, nieprzyjemny zapach).

The had messaged several times about when i would be arriving so that i could be met. I answered immediately that it would not be late, we would arrive at 6:15pm. It was 6:17 when we arrived and could reach no one until we stopped another guest to get another phone number other than the one given on Booking. My policy is usually , if you dont have anything nice to say, dont leave a review, but i felt it should be said. I must have caught them at a bad time.

- Diana (2/5): Finger weg von dieser Unterkunft! - Die Lage ist sehr gut, mitten in der Stadt, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Jeden morgen gab es frisch gepressten Orangensaft, danke dafür. Direkt am Eingang des Badezimmer ist eine kaputte Fliese gewesen. Diese war gesplittert, und stellt eine Gefahr dar, wenn man nachts unbedacht barfuß ins Bad geht. Da die Fliese direkt am Beginn des Bades ist, kann man sich leicht verletzen. Die Vermieterin interessiert das leider sehr wenig. Auf meine Reklamation hin, sagte sie, das der Handwerker dafür einen Tag benötigen würde, und das dies, solange wir das Zimmer bewohnen, nicht möglich ist. Im Badezimmer und im Schlafzimmer gab es sehr viel Schimmel, es war schon ziemlich heruntergekommen. Wir hatten 2 Tage lang kein warmes Wasser gehabt. Die Vermieterin (die wir nie zu Gesicht bekommen haben) reagierte überhaupt nicht auf meine Nachrichten. Ich empfinde diese Unterkunft als Abzocke. Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt. Für 3 Personen standen nur 2 Bettdecken zur Verfügung. Es dauerte einen Tag, bis ich eine weitere Bettdecke erhielt, allerdings ohne Überzug. Als ich diesen bekam wurde die Decke natürlich nicht bezogen, das konnte ich selbst machen. Lissabon selbst, die Portugiesen und das Flair in dieser Stadt ist toll. Diese Unterkunft jedoch, mit den ganzen Mängeln, dem Schmuddel, der Vermieterin die sich um nichts kümmert, und 2 Tage ohne warmes Wasser empfand ich als extrem unangenehm. Ich habe einen Ekel entwickelt, in dieses Bad zu gehen. Es roch sehr unangenehm, ich vermute das lag an dem Schimmel und den eventuell maroden Leitungen. Ich bin kein Mensch, der sich schnell aus der Ruhe bringen lässt oder der Kleinigkeiten moniert. Doch die Summe all der Dinge, die ich bei Asul B&B erlebt habe, hat mich dazu veranlasst, meine Erfahrungen hier zu teilen.

- Rahel (7/5): Top Lage. Immer wieder gern - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war top. Zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten konnte man gehen. Wenn nicht gut gelüftet wird im Zimmer nachdem 2 Personen geduscht haben, war es sehr feucht und hatte einen leichten Gestank. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Das WC war SEEEHR nahe am Schrank. Wenn man einbisschen kurvig ist, sollte man das beachten!

- Anna (6/5): Rewelacyjna lokalizacja! - Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Doradzili w każdej kwestii /parking, zwiedzanie/. Okna nie są szczelne, przez co w pokoju było zimno, a pod oknami był deszcz wpadający do środka. Toaleta uszkodzona, przez co w łazience śmierdziało.
