- Hiroshi (7/5): 駅の近くで、便利・安心な宿。 - 駅から近く、コンビニもすぐそばで、とても便利だった。 スタッフも親切だった。 お風呂につかって、お湯が溢れ出し、お風呂場の湯船の外側の下にある排水溝のふたが持ち上がり、お風呂場の床がお湯でいっばいになってしまった。溢れたお湯が、スムーズに流れて欲しいと思いました。

- h (5/5): 残念だった。 - 近くにコンビニがある。 部屋のカーペットに髪の毛が沢山落ちていて、気持ちが悪かった。ユニットバスの天井にも髪の毛が付いていて、気持ちが悪い。掃除機がきちんと掛けられていない感じがする。チェックイン前の8時半くらいから、清掃スタッフの話す声が廊下から聞こえて来る。掃除機の音もする。 浴槽に湯を貯めて浸かったが、湯垢が付いたままだったので、スポンジで浴槽を掃除してから使用した。

- Sivakumar (8/5): Over all, fine. - Location is convenient. Well cleaned and nice place. I asked for an extra blanket for my baby. The night staff on the reception was not responding to me, simply said no. It was little uncomfortable for me.

- kayo (4/5): - ドッグフレンドリープランで予約したが、喫煙部屋のツインルームで、ゲージもなかった。タバコの匂いはもちろん、壁や絨毯はシミだらけ、TVやデスクにはホコリが積もっていた。人間よりも敏感な犬には決して適さない部屋だった。 ベッドのスプリングが体にあたり寝心地も最悪。 スタッフも、部屋も清潔感が全くないホテル。 もう利用することはない。
- SAKIKO (8/5): - 禁煙のお部屋をリクエストしてましたが、喫煙しか空いておらず、初日は消臭剤でなんとか乗り切りました。 翌日、スタッフの方がお部屋の消臭作業をしてくれたので、臭いが気になることもなく、快適に過ごすことができました。 施設、設備の古さはありますが、ポットやレンジも備え付けてあり、便利です。

- Charles (3/5): Bearable - The only aspect of this hotel I was happy with was it's proximity to public transport. The carpets were grimy, there was dust and grime on many flat surfaces. I will not say that the sheets and pillow cases were dirty but they were grey rather than white. I have never stayed in a hotel in Japan where the bedding was anything but white clean. I also note that the property is not the building shown on the Bookings.Com thumbnail.

- Yoichiro (4/5): - 機能的に足りていないところはないですが、備え付けのカップの蓋が埃まみれだったり、コンセントプレートが外れかかっていたり、ベッドに備え付けのスイッチ類のところがカバーが壊れていたり、マッサージ機がボタンを押しても動かなかったり、トイレットペーパーはどう考えても設備に対して大きすぎるペーパーで全然くるくる回ってくれず取り外してペーパーを巻き取る必要があったりなど、そんな感じの部屋でした。とはいえ空気清浄機は動いていて変な匂いはしなかったし、バスルームも普通で、ベッドは清潔です。機能的には足りています。

- Lars (5/5): The best days of this hotel lie behind it. - Hotel was in walking distance to the train station, with access to subway and bus networks. Plenty to restaurants and minimarts nearby. Hotel in,total was dirty, A/C not working properly. Some armatures in bathroom were broken.

Under the bed was terribly dirty. This hotel described itself as a "budget" hotel, but the price was the same as other business hotel chains. I'd hoped that they wouldn't skimp on the cleaning services...

- Verified traveler (4/5): 清掃は徹底してほしい - 入り口ドアの蝶番に蜘蛛の巣。ベッドヘッドにはうっすらとほこりがたまり、使う前のバスルームには自分以外の髪の毛、シャワーカーテンには穴が空いていたため使うたびにどう頑張っても床はびしょびしょに濡れてしまう。レースカーテンはところどころ外れていた。喫煙可能部屋とはいえ匂いもかなりしていた。古い建物なのは仕方がないが、せめて清掃と部屋設備のメンテナンスはきちんとしていてほしかった

- MASAYUKI (2/5): - ホテル経営者、遠藤により、 ホテルの利益を上げる為、ホテル施設の冷房が使えない環境としていた。 事前に、冷房が使えない等の伝達はなく、客から宿泊料金を支払わせておきながら、冷房費用削減の為、蒸し暑い環境に放り込み、宿泊客に無理強いをしていた。ホテル側からは、窓を開けて寝ろ！との事だった。 フロントの従業員ですら、あまりにも、暑い為、スーツのシャツをズボンの上に出し、第三ボタンまで外して、暑さを凌ぐ始末であり、最悪の環境。 現地にて、2泊分を、キャンセルしたが、払い戻しはしないとの事だった。
