- Anna (10/5): - The hostess, Josee, is very warm and welcoming. The entire ground floor of the house is the B&B, which includes a large, comfortable living room and full kitchen. Our room was also large and comfortable with a great bed and spacious living space as well! Breakfast was excellent, the backyard pool area has tons of seating and amazing views of the lake and the whole valley. Overall, an excellent stay.

As this is a Bed & Breakfast, we had the great privilege to experience Josee's delicious Eggs Benedict. This made my husband's Birthday weekend very special. - Marissa (10/5): - We were lucky enough to get the B&B to ourselves in the dead of winter. Jossee was very accommodating to our dietary needs and gave us complete privacy. The breakfasts were excellent, our room was nicely appointed and we made good use of the both the hot tub and the double tub in our room. The common area is very nice and having some fridge & freezer space was great. If you want some exercise, there are great hills to walk in the area or it's 5-10 minutes to drive to the waterfront. We're definitely going to try to come back in the summer to make use of the pool!

The pool area is a nice place to relax in the mornings and after the heat of the day has passed in the evening. The bed was nice and comfy and the area was extremely quiet even though it was only a few minutes by car to downtown Kelowna and the malls. We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay there.

Unfortunately, we ran into health issues the night we arrived after our Wedding and ended up in emergency the whole time we were there and did not get to fully enjoy the potential of the Villa!! Sherri kept in personal contact with the entire time offering any assistance she could!!! The room, the grounds, and the hostess were TOP NOTCH!! Sherri has offered us a FREE do over for our first anniversary!! How amazing is that!! She has great suggestions for a spectacular Romantic experience I would HIGHLY recommend this experience to any and all who want a special piece of paradise!!

- Andrew (6/5): - Hotel had difficult access to room for my wife who was using a cane. Several trip hazards in the room and no effective air-conditioning. Breakfast was set by host with no input from us. Most we left as a result. We left early because of access and room challenges for my wife. Hostess was very gracious and helped where she could, including complementary wine and treats. Lessen for me is to do more research about the facility before booking.
- Randy (10/5): Perfect Romantic Getaway - Had a great stay at A Vista Villa. Sherry, the innkeeper, has done a fabulous job creating a a romantic getaway location in the suburbs of Kelowna. We stayed in the Regal Suite which had a private deck and great views of the lake and area. Lots of wonderful touches from Sherry to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Nice breakfast included, pool, relaxing environment and comfortable room. There are a few local restaurants but they are not within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here.

The pool is a salt water pool that is warmed and the fire pit is lots of fun. The jacuzzi tub is amazing . It’s quiet and relaxing. We had a really great time and will be back.

Great view of the city, clean and had everything that was needed. Quiet and a good location. A nice jetted tub
- France (10/5): Romantic getaway - Our stay was awesome from the moment we arrived. Sherry was very welcoming and the Villa is beautiful. Very quiet room and very comfortable bed. There is fresh fruits and cookies available at all times and the continental style breakfast is very nice. Also minutes drive away from restaurants and even downtown Kelowna. I would definitely stay again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Outdated design, old style B&B - This is typical B&B, only 4 rooms, well maintained but really old-fashioned design. If you are in your Retired couple you will probably like it as it Feels like you get back into 80th. Our suite had very weird layout- no privacy at all. Only bathroom had a door, but the sink are and shower/bathtub did not have any separation from bedroom. If you want to change or shave your legs- you have to do it in front of your husband! No window in a bedroom, only one window in second room, that looks out to the pool, and only solid blinds. so if you want to get some sun or natural light into your room -you have to be prepared to be completely exposed to other guests, that are spending time by the pool. The owner markets the property is 'luxury' but in reality you get a feeling of 2.5 or 3-star properly: e.g. all bathroom amenities are provided in dispencers or large-size bottles, with hand made labels, no individual soap or shampoo as any decent hotel provides now to the guests. Old fashion coffee machine, and extra charge for 'gourmet' coffee. Locations is Far from everything and you have to drive to any place to get food or drink (no kitchen on the property). Very quiet area, close to goof course.
- Darlene (10/5): Beautiful Views - Villa Vista lives up to its name with beautiful views, a peaceful and relaxing retreat with many lovely touches- fresh fruit and snacks always on hand. Movies to view, maganzines of all sorts. The rooms have special touches of fireplaces and candles. There are a couple of sitting areas to enjoy and Sherry keeps the place spotless and shows great pride in her BnB.

- too bad (6/5): - Service was great, though was not in favour of having to pay for the sauna, massages, private movie rooms-different breakfast items could help as we got either fattening or plain crisp. Would like to see eggs. Parking was a nuisance, never mind being harassed by the owner for not giving her a 5 star!!!
- Steve (10/5): Best part of the trip! - We stayed at the Vista Villa for 3 nights and extended it to a 4th. We were at first a bit reluctant to stay at this style of setting but were blown away within 3 minutes of our arrival. Absolutely beautiful yard, pool, view and room. Sherry is a world class host who makes sure you have everything you could ever want, and leaves you with total privacy. We will never stay anywhere else in Kelowna!
- Porcha (10/5): AMAZING!!!! - My boyfriend and I decided to spend a few days in Kelowna, and I booked this hotel last minute after reading all of the great reviews. I originally booked the Majestic suite for a 3 night stay. We arrived shortly before 4PM, and were promptly greeted by Sherry. She allowed us to check in early which was perfect as we were exhausted from our drive. She surprised us by upgrading our room to the Imperial suite, which was BEYOND lovely! We were really impressed with the entire resort - it was very clean and tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere was really relaxing. The pool was fabulous - we went for a swim daily and were even lucky enough to have it all to ourselves during our stay, which was a bonus for us. Sherry had a lot of great suggestions for things to do, restaurants to eat at, tours to book, etc. and was always on hand if we needed anything at all. We enjoyed our stay so much that we ended up extending it by another day! Overall we had a FANTASTIC experience at this resort - couldn't be happier with our stay, and I will definitely be recommending A Villa Vista to everyone I know!!!

- Jessie (10/5): Very comfortable and relaxing - The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy. You can tell the proprietor of A Vista Villa put a lot of thoughts into the arrangement of the place. Massage chair adds a wonderful touch, especially after a long drive. Highly recommended for a couple looking for a relaxing getaway.
- Michelle (8/5): Breathtaking Views - If you plan on staying at this lovely bed and breakfast, I recommend the Regal suite. It has the best view and you have your own private terrace to take it all in. My husband and I are very private people and the owner, Sherry respected that. If you love to socialize, a bed and breakfast should be on your to-do list. Cons: it would have been nice if there were options for breakfast and the bed was worn in - dipping near the headboard. You notice a difference if you lay down with your head at the foot of the bed. Also, make sure you shower before all the guests get up. The water is shared and affects the temperature and shower head pressure. Pros: great location, views, amenities, privacy, hostess was accommodating and had lots of recommendations. I loved the thoughtful little touches she had, with the welcome sign on our door, snacks in the room and VIP suite. If you plan on a bed and breakfast, this location is a must.
- Spencer (10/5): Romantic Getaway! - What a wonderful gem! Highly recommended for a romantic getaway. Everything there is excellent - ranging from the host (Sherry) to the facilities....everything was top notch! The rooms were immaculately clean and the ambiance of the place is to die for. From watching the sunset from the VIP lounge to spending quality time in the heated pool is definitely something I'll reminisce about for years to come.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - while driving to the property was initially confused as it is located in a residential neighbourhood...upon arrival Sherry (the owner) was excellent in greeting us and guiding us to room location and describing all the amenities etc...stayed in the Royal suite and i must say i was surprised that it was a room in the basement of the house...had a frosted basement window and also a frosted basement window in the bathroom...so essentially no view at all or natural light in the room...the house is a walkout design to a lovely backyard with pool...if i had known that it was a basement room i would not have booked...the backyard area and pool were wonderful and a lifesaver from my perspective...the property decor is somewhat dated but Sherry keeps it extremely clean and she provides excellent personal service and wonderful small touches...which you do not get in a Hotel

A luxurious soft king sized bed, a deck to lounge on, and a heated saltwater pool, among other things was like paradise! Sherry is lovely and truly went above and beyond for us. We can't wait to come back!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Clean and comfortable - The hostess was wonderful. She greeted us when we arrived and gave us a quick tour of the property and our room, then left us to do our own thing. I contacted her a few times during the stay via text message and she responded promptly. After the first night I inquired if she had a small fan available, as I am used to having some white noise when sleeping and the room was very quite. She said she would turn on the central air for us (which she did) and would see what she could do about a fan. When we left our room a short while later there was a fan waiting for us outside our door. She did everything she could to make our stay best that it could be.
