• 蔡 (10/5): 想放鬆身心嗎？請跟我來...「日月潭」！ - 我們訂的是「湖景豪華雙人房」！很喜歡這間飯店的地點~“在碼頭旁”！走到陽台就是“滿滿的”「湖景映入眼簾」...不同時間、不同的「湖光山色」！清晨猶如「潑墨山水」；不用走出戶外，就可以看的到“第一道曙光”~美不勝收！無論是分享「屋內陳設」，或是「陽台景緻」~都讓我朋友為之驚豔！紛紛向我詢問「飯店地址」，是值得推薦的飯店！價廉物美、物超所值！ 小冰箱關合不是很順手！其他都很好啦！
• DR.EAMS (8/5): 來吧 - 每次來都住這裏 因為是兩張單人床併湊成一張雙人床，如果能換成1整張雙人床會比較舒適，因為床與床之間的接駁位不太舒服。

• Ruiqing (7/5): 开门见湖，下楼即到码头 - 最大的优势就是地理位置很好，楼下就是水社码头，离水社码头的客运站也很近，从酒店阳台能看到日月潭湖景，早起看日出或日落步行都很赞。 酒店设施相对陈旧，很多地方都有明显污渍与损耗，如厕所和洗手台等。早餐人很多，要提早去吃要不需要等位。

• Andreas (8/5): Super - Fruehstueck top Zimmer, etwas in die Jahre gekommen und angeschmuddelt. Ansonsten trotzdem ein sehr gutes Hotel vor allen Dingen die Lage und auch der Preis waren sehr fair.

• Kitling (7/5): Over all it’s a nice place to stay. - Close to the pier. Room is clean. The shower has no curtains and the water keeps splashing out. The elevator is very small and the door closes too quickly.

• 蔡 (2/5): 房內的設備老舊/個人使用工具清潔度差 - 12/8入住1506房(冷氣剛啟動時,嚴重漏水........, 需使用數分鐘後才停止積水~沒有拍照) 12/8入住1606房,電視下方的置物櫃台晚上有很多小蟑螂,(可能是從飲水機排水孔爬進屋內的), 另外屋內的白色瓷杯中有一個在使用前發現是沒有清洗過的(12/9退房時有向櫃檯人員提供照片反映~蟑螂/茶杯髒汙)，這次的入住感覺很不舒服.

• 土豪哥 (6/5): 超賣換飯店可以先說嗎？？ - 我跟家人，是為了這次花火節預定的，離施放煙火的地方，從房間陽台看出去就可以了，免於在外跟人擠在一起。 我提前預定的是水沙連大飯店，結果當天被安排到碼頭休閒大飯店，四人房的空間非常狹窄，家人有點不喜悅，花了這麼多錢入住，結果是隔一棟一樓連同的飯店，因為之前有帶家人入住過水沙連大飯店，家人的反應很不錯很滿意。

• Anita (3/5): - Except the location nothing was good abt this place The staff at the restaurant were very baised. They treated white ppl courteously us very rude which is completelyunacceptable. The brkfs which was supposed to be till 9.30am were closed by 8.30..whatever we ate was leftover and cold. Secondly the balcony insect protection door was broken. Overall experience was not great 😕
• kevin0938 (8/5): 是個能讓假期加分的住宿選擇 - 位置在水社碼頭旁，房間內有面日月潭的小陽台，周邊不論用餐、逛街都挺方便。 停車需停放於飯店外的收費停車場，需步行前往飯店，略有些許不便之處。

• JULIE (7/5): Vue incroyable, bien pour un court séjour, mais je n'y passerai pas trop de temps - L"emplacement et la vue exceptionnelle sur le lac La chambre est petite, et manque de rangement. La salle de bains est inondée après chaque douche, et il faut faire longuement couler l'eau pour avoir de l'eau chaude. Manque de prises dans la chambre. Le ménage n'est pas fait, et donc les poubelles ne sont pas vidées. Le prix vaut pour l'emplacement mais pas pour les équipements.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - El hotel está bien situado para hacer excursiones por la zona.Teníamos unas vistas espectaculares. Pero hay una contradicción con poner orquídeas en la habitación y tener los cristales tremendamente sucios con manchas de dedos grasientos. Quita el encanto de la vista. Sábanas y baño limpios. Desayuno buffet muy correcto y personal amable.

• Josh (4/5): - The property is in excellent location and nice but rooms have not been maintained at all very worn tap fell off when using, all metal is heavily corroded, mirror is so damaged you can hardly see yourself, toilet was cracked, bugs, last persons shoes still there, very hard bed, A/C comes on and off with huge temperature swings enought to wake you up every couple hours. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Staff was very helpful but need google translate.
