Prabu (7/5): Not Bad Not Good - Room is very clean but bathroom is not clean as we expect. The rooms which is closer to lift if not suitable for Kids. Because in our stay we stayed near to the lift. whole night life sound. so much of disturbance. neighbor room people also keep on shouting, open and close the door very loud. Very horrible night. whole night my kids not able sleep peacefully. Bathroom need to clean a bit more with

Variety of food available at walking distance, for any groceries have supermarket and many shops near by. to enjoy movie have cinema with neat and clean ambiance. Taxi is available, grab and go jek also available for taxi. You can order the food deliver to your doorstep by using grab. Many night clubs and karaoke near to this hotel to enjoy night life. any looking massage, plenty of massage available around this hotel. Its value for money hotel and at such a economical price doesn't need any improvements. Only breakfast is not available in the booking as hotel don't have breakfast facility. But no need to worry. lot of food available around the hotel according to your budget needs.

Kelvin (8/5): Worth the money and easy to access to various shopping malls and food court. - The staff was very helpful.I booked Lovina inn at nagoya instead of the one near BCS mall.He was able to settle the issue promptly.He even suggested to me to book through the hotel watsapp instead of those travel website There should be some security feature like card access system in the lift and the staircase should be locked to prevent unauthorized people from gaining possible access to hotel rooms.
