• Steven (5/5): It gets the job done. - Its simple and the cheaper fair in town that has a breakfast option and thanks Rickies for providing breakfast. Compring the price to the city, there are few amenities. No Gym, unless having no elevator equals being the stair master. No covered parking nor means to plug your car. The ice machine has been out of order for over a month, same with the entrance doors. The lighting fixtures of the room are outdated by a couple of decades and give you the horror film estetic when you turn them on. The door latch is almost falling off, and noticeable signs of forced entry in the past. I was charged the $100 incidental and my full stay when I checked in, which is the opposite of most places that charge when checking out. It's been 3 business days, and I still haven't been refunded for my incidentals, so I'll wait two more before I contact them.

• Vickie (7/5): Budget hotel for field workers - Room was clean and comfortable Staff were not able to put us in a room in the main hotel building, booked 2 rooms and requested together. We were separated into 2 separate buildings not in the main hotel. Buildings mainly for field workers? The hallways smelled awful. The separate buildings were not that nice and did not feel as safe or family friendly as the actual hotel would have felt.

I took a pic and told the man at front desk. He apologized and retu my deposit but BOOKING . COM DID NOT REFUND MY 146.33 yet! I’ve been going back and forth with the booking .com and manager and still no refund!

• ERYCK (6/5): - PROS Good location, room was clean, quiet, bed was comfortable, WiFi was fast, the building was built in an interesting way using modules on a hill.Check in was fast and gentle. CONS Breakfast was terrible, the poorest I have ever taken in similar hotels. Food was cold, even when I went to the food hall about 7:45am and they close at 9am. There was no milk or cream in the corresponding jars and no staff around. Hash browns were that bad, that I ended throwing them away. If you have limited mobility, do not go to this hotel, there are tons of stairs with no elevator. Even the breakfast hall is in the basement. The lady at the check out took a long time with the person in front of me. She did not even tell me “I will be with you in a minute”. I noticed a bucket with used key cards on the counter, I just threw mine there and left.

West wing: entry doors to the building didnt lock behind you. West wing hallway stunk so god damn bad of weed and smelly hot feet to the point where i had to hold my breath because it was nauseating.. and very HOT! Every hallway was brutally hot, no air flow. Room cleanliness was ok but could have been better. Breakfast was subpar. I wouldn’t recommend grabbing the yogurt and granola. No coverings for either of them. So bacteria and hair etc could easily fall into the constantly open bowls. Definitely not wheelchair friendly if you are not capable. 2 sets of Stairs only to the food room, no elevator.

The only minor inconvenience was the long walk to the room from the parking lot with several stairs before getting to the room. Not all our luggage has wheels to move around. :(

They seem to be experiencing problems with people hanging around the property and have access pretty tight. But a broken Ice machine made getting ice very difficult. The staff was very willing to go upstairs in the main building to get us ice. Restaurant was nice but slow.

The area is seedy, the beds are terrible, it’s basically a motel…an over priced one. It’s gross and old. I was told there was new management and it has declined severely.
