Guest Reviews
- lucas (9/5): Overall above average - U would have love to experience a full day stay, so I could enjoy the graduation I came for, but overall okay facility for location I could have used a morning coffee, lol. I wasn't able to use the tub to soothe my permanent painful spine, since tub didn't hold water
- Barbara (7/5): -
- Guerra (10/5): Quiet and clean place - Nice people
- Mignogna (10/5): Needed an affordable place at the last minute. Staff was friendly. Although the decor was dated, you could tell that imp - Clean, quiet and affordable No coffee maker

- Deeanna (3/5): Convenient to Pulaski, but that is the only positive. - It was convenient for a night to visit a new area. The front desk service was kind and accommodating. No bedbugs here. There were bugs in the room. The underside of the door had a gap which provided and open door for bugs. The a/c unit was dirty to the touch so much so that after adjusting, I had to wash physical dirt off my hands. The counters and floor were also dirty. The beds were not comfortable (hard and thin mattress) both my husband and I were sore and stiff the next day. The shower was okay, but the bathroom itself was tiny with no room for error if you know what I mean. It had missing towel racks and to turn on the lights near the bathroom, you had to flip the switch at the door. We were charged for two pets. We had guinea pigs who do not roam on the floor nor are they at all destructive and are always safe and sound in their enclosure if not being held. The charge was $20 extra for one night with them.
- bobbie (2/5): No room cleaning, no fresh towels and I killed a huge spider in the bath room -
- Warnock (4/5): It sufficed. - The wifi usually worked well. The plumbing is old, and the faucet/shower connection in the tub did not work well. The tub an sink were both rusty. The drapes were old and holey. The room was never cleaned and the towels and sheets only replaced upon request. The sheets were stained and had burn holes. There were no hangers in the closet.
- John (3/5): Poor - It was inexpensive and located near the home of the relatives I was visiting. I have stayed at the Inn a number of times over the last ten years while visiting local relatives. The place has slowly gotten worse. The bad odor of all the rooms and the not so good wifi were the worst things. I was here this time for the funeral of my last relative in Pulaski so I will not be coming back. They really need to deodorize the rooms.

- Robert (5/5): Passable - The price wasn't too outrageous and they are pet friendly The bathroom is too small. The beds were hard to sleep in. The water pressure in the shower constantly changed and would almost scaled you and freeze. Not pleasant at all
- Robert (5/5): Passable - the beds are comfortable having to pay extra for my service animal. Having no smoking rooms. The water does not stay at the temperature or pressure
- James (8/5): - Nice

- Valerie (1/5): This is no place for family oriented, or non drug users, to stay in comfort and feel safe. - There is absolutely nothing to like about this motel. I don’t recommend it to anyone looking for a restful, comfortable, safe place to relax, and sleep. The walls were dirty. The bathroom had chit all over the walls beside the toilet. The sink didn’t drain. There was black mold in the closet, and the bed was nothing but springs. When I pulled up in front of the room there were two men standing outside near my room. One of them approached me and acted like we knew each other. I hurried into the room and closed the door. Later, after I had gone to the store and returned, ate supper, and was getting ready to lie down for the night, there was a knock at my door. It was the same man, and the employee from the front desk appeared to be tagging along with him. He put out his hand for me to shake, and asked how I was doing. I told him I’m fine, refusing to shake his hand. He gave me a dirty looked and walked away. I closed the door, and continued to put my blankets that I had brought from home, over the disgusting linen that was already on the bed. I layed down, found a show on Tv, and was almost ready to fall asleep, when I started smelling something that made me sick, and people next door, or outside, hollering and laughing. I packed everything up, put my clothes on and loaded everything into my car, went to the front desk and told them I wanted my money back and I was leaving. I told her how dirty the room was, the sink is not draining, a strange man was knocking on my door, even though she was already aware of that because she had been right there, either with him or walking past him when he knocked. She wanted to go check my room before she requested the refund, as if I could have left that room in any worse shape than it was when I got there. She comes back and says she noticed I took a shower… I told her I had not taken a shower. I purchased Clorox bathroom cleaner while I was out earlier and scrubbed down the shower, toilet and walls, after putting on gloves of course. She said if the room was dirty she could clean it. She was looking for an excuse to refuse a refund, as though taking a shower would have sufficed..
- Jessie (8/5): Very good -
- Ramona (10/5): Ok for the money! - Room was ok! Needed some updating but it was clean and quiet! Stayed 3 nights with my husband and 2 children.
- Cassundra (1/5): Bad - When I first got there the room was okay the bathroom just tiny then all the sudden he decided to downgrade me when I asked to stay another week they put me in a room that hadn't been clean this route like pee and feces extinct to real badass spots on the bed and had feces spots on the wall The room that I was in at first they basically forced me to move some type of bug start coming inside the room it's got dust bunnies everywhere if you look inside the windows dust bunnies it's all up in the windows some type of flies you can really see them they live in it's a lot of meth amphetamines going on I was told that The manager uses meth as well they have a baby on site It was terrible very very terrible only thing I like to buy it was a ice machine crushed ice You guaranteed to catch your disease if you go there I watch them clean and it was a disaster they don't clean anything only thing they got is clean sheets and towels everything else is dirty and probably hepatitis infested Ice machine crushed ice
- Stephen (4/5): I was in room 105 and do not recommend staying here. - Check-in was easy. Parking was free and in front on the room. Plenty of counter space and a full sized refrigerator. I’m traveling across the U.S. and back. I’ve stayed in 20+ hotels so far.
The mattress was below average and caused discomfort. The bathroom condition is well below average and I refused to shower here. The AC is well below average, loud, and put out a dust or mold into the air, which was highly unpleasant. I turn off the compressor and just ran the fan with the door open to clear the air for the rest of the night. Walls were thin and could hear neighbors.
- Daniel (7/5): Good value - Excellent staff Too remote
- Kathleen (2/5): from mold in frig to over all very dirty - the staff was friendly the bed sheets had blood and dog paw prints on them, dirty sheets
- Studdard (5/5): Passable -
- Spenser (6/5): Pleasant -
- Dominic (10/5): - Excellent
- Angela (10/5): Recommended for best and reasonable price for motel - Motel we going to when visit pulaski TN Nothing
- Tyra (6/5): - It was ok. The price was great for our late night check in and 6 sleep hour stay. Room must have been a smoking room because of the faint smell. I had requested non-smoking. It was old and looked as though it had not been updated since it was built in prob 60s...BUT it was clean and we only needed to sleep there a few hrs get ready and leave. There was no iron or hairdryer and the towels were dingy but clean. Bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. Overall it was not bad. Area was very quiet. I would stay there again if needed in that area.
- Roy (8/5): Very good -
- Verified traveler (2/5): Needs updated - Needs updated. Beds terribly hard and uncomfortable.
- Jody (4/5): Yuck - I am so glad that we bring our own blankets and pillows and I've stayed in low budget hotels but for me to have to put my own blanket on top of a made bed and use it that way yuck is all I can say my husband went in to take a shower lay down the foot rug and it was still dirty with footprints on it that was hair still in the shower wall I wore my shoes in the hotel room....
- Noreen (5/5): Passable - Very pleasant staff- seemed a little stressed out with the kids but very pleasant. The bed was nice-sheets fresh. There were no coffee pots in room-the heater/conditioner was noisy, parking spots narrow. It was quite a ways off of the main road. Could use some updating but I think there’s a lot of construction workers there so I get it.
- Banks (7/5): Good -
- Brianna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomas (10/5): - Its old and need updated
- Reader (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (7/5): very clean and heat worked good - conveniently located no where to eat
- Jake (2/5): Very poor -
- Mary (8/5): Very good -
- Tia (4/5): Disappointing -
- eddy (8/5): - great stay for money
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Devon (10/5): - Clean
- Devon (10/5): - No hot water
- Malieha (8/5): - Convenient
- ELLEN (8/5): - Spacious and very comfortable room and well maintained. It had all the amenities we needed although it wasn't fancy
- William (8/5): Efficient - Not fancy but clean. Quiet.
- Grammi (8/5): - Rooms need to be updated and the toilet leaks, but the beds were clean and comfortable.
- Stephanie (2/5): Terrible experience - It was a very unclean place and when we got it looked as if they was Fumigate it . From bugs I did not stay and left there right away ot a place for family
- Nikki (2/5): - Bed bugs
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Cheap price, cheap room, but clean. Good quiet night.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Ok did not really want cat to stay even though the website says they accept pets, paid 10 extra per night
- Stacy (4/5): - Old run down extremely small bathroom. Needs a make over better locking system on the doors.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not recommended! Do not stay here! - Very dirty, and nasty. The bathrooms ware disgusting and the whole unit smelled. The pillows were dirty and the front desk person you can barely understand.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - If all you were looking for was a bed, you got that. Zero amenities, no ice. My wife had to get ice from manager/owner. Owner lives on site but not in the office, at all. He takes weekly rentals and I looked he had a few doing just that. . I am going to cancel my next month stay there. Hey It was my fault. You pay $60 for a room, you get a $60 dollar room. This picture looks nothing like what I was hoping to find.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Low quality bed and a roof... That's it. - It is a bed and a roof. There is nothing else positive to say about this place. We're happy that we didn't get murdered, but it looked like that might be a possibility. Very uncomfortable bedding and the staff were rude when I checked in.
- William (6/5): Good enough, - Nothing special, clean and quiet. Good for the money.
- Jason (8/5): They are what we thought they were. - You get what you pay for. The front desk clerk was nice, the room was spacious and relatively clean. Very quiet area with the exception of the loud AC. Just a little outdated but for the price it was as expected. Nice for a quick, inexpensive overnight stay.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The place was not very clean. It had cigarette ashes on the banister, bathroom was very small, bathroom drain did not drain well and the toilet always acted like it was clogged but then would flush. Very weird. My water from the shower was fine but my cousin stayed in the room next to us and she said hers smelled of sewage. Will not be staying there again
- Verified traveler (4/5): Ok for an overnight place to “crash”. - The manager provided good service. Friendly and accommodating. The room itself was from another era. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was tiny! I prefer taking a bath over taking a shower. The bathroom was so tiny that it was difficult to close the door and when closed it was very claustrophobic. I couldn’t take a bath because the tub was very small. It was about 2/3 the size of a standard sized tub. There was no plug available, so filling the tub with water for a bath was impossible. Had it been possible, I wouldn’t do it because the cleanliness was suspect. I wore sandals in the tub when I showed. We bought cleaning products that contained bleach and sprayed and wiped everything, even the walls in the bathroom before we showed.
The carpet was also suspect and our bare feet never touched it. There was a small refrigerator and a microwave in the room but the freezer compartment of the refrigerator seemed to have never been defrosted, which reduced the space available to keep our perishables cold.
It’s ok for one night if you’re traveling and need to crash before resuming your journey, but for a multiple day/night stay, I’d stay in another motel if possible. Next time I’m in the area, I will definitely find different accommodations. As the old saying goes “you get what you pay for” and we did. Traveling on the cheap, sometimes pays off, in this case, it didn’t.
- Verified traveler (6/5): A roof and bed. - Fair, the room was small and old. The bed had clean sheets but the comforter was not.
The overall condition is fair and ok for an overnight stay if all you expect is a room and bed.
- sue thies (10/5): Great get away! - The bed was a very comfortable king. The assigned parking was a positive since I have limited mobility the staff was really friendly and helpful with directions..AFFORDABLE
Towel service daily but beds changed every other day.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Older property, but clean.
- Scott (8/5): Nice for the price - Although it was a non-smoking room, it still smelled like smoke. Had to go to front desk & ask for towels. Could use some updating, but it was OK for the price.
- Samantha (6/5): Just a cheap motel - I didn't expect much, so I wasn't too disappointed. It was just a cheap motel, somewhere to stop and sleep. I would spend a little more next time for a better place.
- Scott (6/5): A little outdated, but nice just the same. - We only stayed one night, but would stay again if we were back in the area. Good internet, comfortable bed, & good cable.
- Verified traveler (6/5): old but ok - Shower had not been cleaned and use bar if soap still in shower. Tiny tv
- Darlene (2/5): Big Mistake!! Beware. - I called ahead to see about check in time. I was promptly hung up on. Then called back in 30 minutes to have a very rude person who I could not understand. After finally finding the place, it was dirty & totally undesirable. This place is for transite & homeless people we later found out from several local people. On the advise of locals we chose not to stay here. I don't understand why this motel is listed since it is mostly rented weekly. I will be filing a dispute to my credit card company for a refund. We later found a very nice, clean place to stay that had a friendly staff & was more available to eating & stores.
- C. Hamilton (2/5): Rude and unhelpful - I was in town for my father's funeral and was booked at this location wiithout my knowledge. When I tried to calmly work out the situation with the clerk he became rude and hostile. I informed him I would not pay for a room I did not book. He proceeded to tell me I would. I contacted Hotels.com who called the merchant. I was not chgarged. I will be sure to steer clear if this establishment and also let friends and family know.
- Rick (10/5): Traveling Trucker - It's an older building but kept up well. Pretty simple check-in. Works great for my needs. Easy to find a place to eat.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Overnight stay on trip. - Nothing fancy. Room was clean. Not the Ritz, but not the price. Would stay there again.
- dh (6/5): temp stay - I just needed somewhere cheep to crash. it worked but for a vacation I would not recomend.
- chip (6/5): Good stay - Good cheap motel for the price hard wood floors are nice shower nozzle is so good you don't need soap (pressure washer) power only downside was heater sucked and it was in the low 20s at night all week
- Julie (8/5): Nice and clean - Room was nice and clean. Bed was super comfortable
- Teresa (2/5): NASTY - The room was NASTY. There was mold and mildew in the shower. The carpet was filthy. There was a window in the shower. Holes in the walls. There was a refrigerator outside the room.
- Ricky (2/5): Nasty - Room had not been cleaned at all, still feces in the toilet. No chain on the door or any security whatsoever. Ended up booking a different hotel stay.
- Brittany (4/5): Would not recommend. - Front desk clerk was very rude and unhelpful. Couldn't sleep because mattress was hard as a rock, air conditioner kept clicking off and on, and there were bugs in our bed.
- James (4/5): Friendly staff - The bathroom is tiny, green tub, old tile and little flies, (I call them sewer flies). The King size bed was firm, yet comfortable, too wide for the space allotted between the wall on one side and the wall mounted lamp fixture at the head board. the fixture hung over the side of the bed too low to the sleeper. I believe the room was originally meant for two full size beds. the table and chairs were old and wobbly. The ice maker, located in an alcove between rooms, worked well.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Stayed here a few years back and defenitly saw a slight inprovement
- Robert E (4/5): Time Travel - The room was large and relatively comfortable. I seriously felt like I had been transported back in time to the late 60's. The vintage look and feel works except when it is that neglected. Still there was some effort made to make it clean and while the bathroom was incredibly old and decrepit it was serviceable. Three rooms were long term rented to what appeared to be migrants who did not work any time I was there and only left to purchase more alcohol. Sitting outside smoking, drinking and talking most of the night didn't make for a comfortable stay.
- Doris (6/5): close to downtown - We have stayed more than once at Budget, value for the price.
