- bajanyankeetraveler (2/5): Lack of maintenance and customer service - Selected this hotel based on a recommendation. Booked a Junior Double. Arrived and they placed me in a Junior Standard. Told me since I’m solo, this is the correct room category as they didn’t have the category that I booked. They refused to cancel on their end. Told Me if I wanted the next category up I would have to pay them the difference because I booked from a third party. Typical money grab operating from a poverty mentality. Pictures attached for the booking do not match the room I was given. First room, the hot water kettle was on the headboard. I asked for another room. I arrived to the second room, staff turned on the ac and within 30 mins it leaked water over the entire top of the bed and headboard. Contacted the front desk. The housekeeper changed the pillowcases and left the wet pillows. Maintenance came and fixed the ac. Water still continued to drip on night two. Finally fixed the next day. Had to request new pillows because they didn’t change the sheets or pillows. Fridge - staff turned it on. I changed the setting from low to high. Never got cold. My frozen juices became room temperature in the fridge. Lost those. Contacted the front desk. Maintenance never fixed it and never reimbursed me. Started seeing ants and cockroaches im the bathroom. Housekeeper made the bed daily. Saw ants on the desk with the hot water kettle. Breakfast was included. On day one, saw a roach on the chair in the dining room. Food was cold to me. No stream was rising from the trays. It rained on night two. Entire front entrance flooded. Entire area smelled moldy, even as they sucked the water up. Shower gets hot. Tv channels are news and soccer. When it rained, channels went out. Lack of regular maintenance, customer service and leadership at this hotel.

- Philemon (4/5): - Horrible experience. They claimed that even though I was able to make a reservation via booking, they had no room available for me. They insisted that I cancel but couldn't guarantee a refund. When I insisted they either give me the room or refund the money, they offered a room which was in horrible shape, with a broken A/C. Never again!
- lgreer2025 (8/5): Eusbett hotel - The staff was courteous and very helpful. The Hotel is clean it is very peaceful. The food is very good (delicious) the salad and fruit were very fresh and delicious. I Definitely recommend eating in the dining room. They have a very nice Sports bar with TV’s and nice music playing very relaxing a the pool area is a must beautiful area. It was so nice to seat by the pool and chill.

- 67princeb (2/5): POOR SERVICE, EUSBETT HOTEL - I only got there for them to tell me NO ROOMS. After endless efforts for them to even get me an invoice for payment. The staff seem helpless and not on top of their game. Totally confused. They asked us to wait till 12pm to see if some occupants will leave the rooms. That was surprising because they couldn't even confirm that on their system. We waited and waited as no one was telling us anything. Well, we had to quickly look for another hotel who accepted us well. Obviously Eusbett hotel is overwhelmed by the patronage it receives. Their website is poor as you can't even book from there. There will not respond to the emails. My calls were picked but three different attendants could not even do a simple booking for me, only to fly from Accra to Sunyani and you say no room. To think that they even picked us from the airport. They can do better in order to be considered a top hotel.
- Alexander (4/5): Not good at all - Not good at all. I was put at the old building near Goil The wifi wasnt working and i had to make several trips to the lobby of the new hotel to comnect with my family since i have a foreign line.
- amin (6/5): - Free breakfast everyday between 6:30 am and 10am, very friendly staff . No outside food allowed is a minus for me so you are forced to eat their food only while at the hotel. There’s an ATM right outside of the building that converts your currency to cedis Straight from your account. I would’ve given a higher rating if I didn’t have issues checking in they couldn’t find my reservations and didn’t seem to care that a paying customer was waiting for something that was already paid for until the manager showed up which took several hours. There plenty of cabs in the area for easy transport

- D5021BCeugenes (2/5): Eusbett is now a night club and not a 4 star hotel anymore - I have previously stayed at the hotel in the new section with no issues, I have now returned and was sectioned in room 1103, You cannot sleep as the music is too loud, I also ordered room service and did not receive it. This is now a night club and not a hotel to get relaxation anymore.
- Kwame (4/5): Just Not Good - Our stay wasn't good, the front office staff was rude and unpleasant. The person helping us choose our room was a nice gentleman though. They had us change multiple rooms in multiple buildings because they ran out in the main building. After finding us a room, at breakfast they said our room didn't come with breakfast because the room wasn't worth what i paid for. Also i wasn't refunded. All in all they need to do way better. I will not be staying here again anytime in the near future.

However, I will recommend you put a caution statement at the washroom indicating that the first drops of shower within the first 1 minute is very hot so it's advisable to stay away. I nearly got scalded on my first day. That notwithstanding, it was an enjoyable stay.
- swtj2024 (4/5): Bad customer service and food - The food I had was Jollof, I’ve tasted their food and really enjoyed years back but the subsequent ones I had is nothing to write home. Today I bought Jollof (take home) really tasted awful, couldn’t eat half of it. Don’t know it their previous chef has been changed cos looks like anytime I go the food keeps getting worse. As for the staff they keep conversing, I had to walk to them to place my order but they still had to finish with their convo b4 responding to me smh

I absolutely loved their food and personnel service. Their breakfast options were absolutely fantastic. Great hospitality and cozy rooms. Their pool is amazing too.

- 421teacha (2/5): A Great Disappointment - I have been using Eusbett Hotel since 2015 and have always been happy to do so. However, since October 2023 the thought of staying at Eusbett traumatises me. I found a huge black plastic in the soup when having dinner. I stopped eating and reported and showed the plastic to the Hotel management. No empathy or remorse shown. One of them even laughed. I beg for an apology, it did not come. I followed up after I left, with no response. A great disappointment.
- yeboahh2024 (8/5): Nice reception and experience. - Their poolside view is very nice. They also have clean and serene environment. Conference halls are excellent as well. Amazingly, they have 188 rooms in total. However, they always have unfailing water supply and WiFi connection is superb.

We actually wanted to surprise a friend with birthday decorations and they helped us to exactly that. I was very delighted with the service. I recommend everyone to have this experience too

The best light soup I’ve had in Ghana so far, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I wish I could have spent more time here and enjoyed the lounge and pool table as well!!

Our room was meant for two but seemed to be prepared for one which we managed. It was a nice time there.

- Stephen (8/5): - I enjoyed my stay had an excellent time. The staff were warm and friendly and the room was always clean and well kept. I would have liked the opportunity to visit some places of interest but there were no tours available.

The ambience, food, spacious room, attentive personnel, housekeeping personnel, proximity to airport and courtesy vehicle to and from airport - all created an excellent experience. My only hiccup was the cashier in the main dining room on Friday evening meal.

The only problem was how badly constructed our first room was. Staff finally had to move us to a new room. They were kind and courteous
- David (4/5): - Terrible room service. One meal took more than 2 hours to arrive! I called after an hour to see what was taking so long, and was told they would get right on it. No explanation as to what they were doing for the previous hour. I wanted to just cancel the meal, but my girlfriend was the food. When it finally arrived it was not what we ordered. Another occasion they also delivered food that was not correct. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I woke up every morning with aches and pains. The drain in the shower backed up and they were unable to resolve it after 3 visits and numerous calls. They finally moved me to another room, where the air conditioner did not work well at all. Public areas such as the lobby and restaurant were kept at much too high of a temperature. The cleaning staff was very friendly and did a great job. The laundry service was excellent!
