Cody (1/5): Horrible petrified mortified - Absolutely nothing The customer service is terrible the room was gross hair in the bed shower had cold water things were broke or didn’t work told them about red spots on the wall and was told it’s paint. Went to complain and not one apology just nothing but excuses. I’ve had better customer service at a fast food place than here. Never will go back again. 0 out of 10

Adrienne (7/5): It was good for the price - Easy and fast check-in, room was pretty well clean and looked nice. Ac worked very well, didnt take long to cool room off. Corners of the bathroom floor had dirt and dust like it didn't get cleaned, shower head sprays all over the place and pressure can be painful.

Robert (10/5): Budget Inn Ada, OK - For a budget hotel, this was one of the best I have experienced. Older hotel, but it was extremely clean. From the entry to the shower area. Bed was very comfortable with great pillows and great mattress topper. Check in clerk was extremely friendly, efficient and quick. Only problem was an older, upholstered chair that was unstable and not comforatabl to sit in as the cushion was too warn to provide a comfortable sit. I used a bed pillow and it was much better. The right arm was loose and could have dislodged if a little to much pressure had been used. It is almost to the.point of being unsafe. The motel is in an are which is close to areas of dining, shopping, etc. When I c9me back to the area, I will definitely stay again. Great value here.

Bree (1/5): Could have been better - The location The customer service was horrible an false advertisement wasn’t allowed to have visitors our whole reason for staying was to see family they offered a 2pm check but once I got there, I was told it was three we stayed two nights was going to stay at third when I went to check in. They tried to tell me that they had to throw away all the towels and blankets cause there was red stuff on them which I know is a lie cause I use my own blankets. The room was nasty when we checked in in the customer service was just altogether horrible. They wanted me to pay $25 before I could check in for the third night.

Room smelled like smoke, pillows smelled like smoke. Burns in bed cover. Room is carpeted and chair is dirty. Parking lot had people loitering at night.

Housekeeping cleaned the room and made the bed and replenished the towels which was a surprise. Best part is it's very near the Prairie Kitchen, a favorite breakfast place .

frankmF5169JO (2/5): If you stay there you will regret it. Not worth it !!! - mold in bathroom, dead bugs only one nite stand as we needed two for cpap's. Bedspread was thread bare. Did not stay and was refused refund on 2 day stay. The room that was advertised was a bait and switch. Went to Hilton was way better off to pay more and be safe and comfortable.

Verified traveler (6/5): Budget Inn Ada OK - Booked for a last minute trip and not many rooms available in town. Check-in was quick and easy. We were able to park right outside our door. Room itself was clean and basic, nice large tv, fridge and microwave. Towels were very stained and had a musty odor to them, shower curtain did not appear to have been washed in quite some time. Sheets appeared clean but the comforters had burn holes in them. Beds were quite comfortable and had a good selection of pillows, and the air conditioner worked very well, we got good sleep. Stayed 2 nights.

FunnyFisher (2/5): Should have kept driving by - It was late at night and I needed a place to crash. TripAdvisor reviews were good so I gave it a shot. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME TRIPADVISOR REVIEWS LET ME DOWN! This place was a dump! It was 1:00am - so once I checked in I decided to hunker down for the night. It was an adventure. The room had a terrible wet dog smell to it. I’m not even convinced that the linens were changed. Furniture was beat and worn - bathroom supplies were The now grade ones, and I felt dirty in the room. There were no locks, chains, or deadbolts on the door, either. Just a push button handset lock that could have been easily jimmied open from the outside. It stated that they had a continental breakfast - when I went to the lobby at 8:30am to depart, the breakfast hadn’t even been put out. I don’t think it was ever going to be. I stood at the front deck waiting for someone to check me out - but even after three attempts of ringing the “ring bell for service” bell, I finally gave up and just tossed the key on the desk chair and left. The staff here are like non-existent. I review EVERY hotel property that I stay in - good and bad - as I travel extensively with my job and family. My reviews are both fair and honest. I receive so much help and advice by using TripAdvisor that I respond back to the community in return of the favor.
393crystalt (8/5): Cheap and convenient - Cheap and clean for a small motel. Family owned and operated. Just remodeled last year. A pretty good nights sleep. Has a weekly rate as well. Only one street over from the main strip in town. Outdoor room and surprisingly quiet rooms.
393crystalt (10/5): Made some nice changes - This place was renovated while I was staying here. It was terrible when I first stayed here but then it was remodeled. It's really nice now. New everything!!! Cheap weekly rate too. Located close to everything. I will stay here again many more times for work.
