Nous avons également apprécié la solution de carte de parking (en supplément mais cela vaut le coup) proposé par notre hôte. Assez bruyant à cause du simple vitrage (rue d’un côté et mouettes de l’autre). Beaucoup d’humidité dans les salles de bain qui implique des traces de moisissures…

Communication with hosts very easy & instructions for entry very clear. Could be a little cleaner and parking cost wasn't included which we thought was. The washing machine is very handy but there's no clothes rack to hang your washing on.

It felt as though it was a home away from home and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. Would 100% book again if back in the city.

• Marvin Visser (9/5): Top locatie! - Locatie is top! Accommodatie is van alle gemakken voorzien. Contact met de eigenaar was zeer prettig. Heeft zelfs parkeer faciliteiten voor ons geregeld. Ramen zijn enkel glas. Dus iets kouder en gehorig aan de straat zijde.

I also appreciated that there is plenty of (paid) parking right nearby, making it really convenient to have a car. Nothing to say here really, I enjoyed the experience.

We were able to leave our luggage in the accommodation prior to the 3pm check in time. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Bedding was lovely and there were plenty of extra towels left. • JOHNSTON (8/5): Very convenient appartment near bus routes and rail / bus station - Location good near the main st and nice view of Union St gardens. Also bus stops just 2 mins away . A spacious main bedroom and lounge area Bathroom well stocked and hair dryer worked. Good size TV but we were rarely inside. Quiet despite being near a main road. Great comms from the owner ahead of our arrival and photos of door / lock etc The sink in the master bedroom was welcome but the faucet was loose and it did not drain well. There were a few chipped pieces of crockery in the kitchen. Also left over milk and open foods - welcome for some but since COVID not a good idea. No idea if they had been cleanly looked after.

We really appreciated the tea & milk supplied before we went shopping and the apartment also had washing up liquid and mostly everything we needed. Lovely hot shower too! Nothing!

• Paula (3/5): Poor - The location was good. Cute decor, especially the beautiful wallpaper panel on one living room wall. There is no lock box so we had to wk another long way to pick up the key and also to checkout. After walking from the train station this extra distance was frustrating! Since it is a building built 300 years ago it has no elevator. My first confirmation said 2nd floor. When we got there we were on the 4th floor. The steps are spiral and concrete and do not appear to be cleaned often.we were 4 adults and there were only 2 beds, a queen and a twin (what we expected) but the sleeper sofa was NOT a sleeper sofa. It was a chaise chair! That would be omk for a small child but not an adult. I slept there and it ended just below my knees! I filled the gal between the chaise and the wall with all the pillows I could find and put the sheets over them. My feet touched the wall. Not comfortable at all. The shower drain did not drain well.

• Hannah (8/5): Perfect location for the theatre - The apartment was the perfect location for the theatre and has a lovely wine bar opposite. The booking process and interaction with Michael was easy and allowed for smooth check in and car permits. The apartment is huge and clean and comfy. The single beds are in a room off the living room which has a screen allowing these to be separated into 2 rooms if needed which was a nice touch to add privacy for my mother and daughter. The kitchen has odd things that have been left but this does includes tea and coffee but no milk. I also understood there would be toiletries but only a head and shoulders was in the bathroom but with shops round the corner this was quickly purchased. We would definitely stay there again as the location for exploring Aberdeen was perfect.

The host, Michael, responds quickly and is very helpful. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The neighbors are friendly, and the place is quiet. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely consider it for my next visit to Aberdeen.

• Watt (8/5): Great apartment - future customers - The place was homely, nice artwork on the walls, clean, beds were comfortable and warm. Blankets on the seats. Sofas were comfortable An upto date tv so I was able to plug on the nintendo. The owner responded quickly with messages. Lots of cups, plates and crockery available. Nearby shops and area was quiet. My friends were very impressed and may be future customers. The main bathroom had a quarter loo roll and a half one so we were wary about running out. I was worried about trekking in wet feet as raining as there was no door mat so I asked if there was a mop just in case.

• Ana (8/5): Very good - A spacious flat which was well equipped and comfortable. Great host. Offered a car permit for additional charge which was helpful as parking lically is £4 and hour. The double and single bedrooms are separated with a wall with an opening window in it. Means that when the light is on in either it leeches into the other room. Could us a blind. Also the inner single room very stuffy as enclosed with no external window ( other than the opening window into the next door double room which reduces privacy as a result)
