• ismail (1/5): Terrible - I didn’t like anything about the facility. The only positive thing was the friendly woman at the reception. First of all, the rooms smell terrible, and the staff are aware of it, but they say there’s nothing they can do. I had originally booked for two nights, but after seeing the room, I regretted it and wanted to change the reservation to one night. They refused. The rooms also do not look like the photos at all. Because of the smell, I had to sleep with the window open all night. By the way, breakfast is served in the restaurant downstairs, but the waiters there are very rude. And if they realize you are there for breakfast included with the hotel, they behave even worse. I normally don’t give low ratings easily, but this place is absolutely not worth staying at.

• Ebuka Stanley (5/5): Room needs an upgrade. - The location is top notch, it's the city center. You had almost everything around the the area. The cleaner was an amazing woman, she was always willing to help to the best of her ability. The building was extremely old, the room had a foul smell. I think previous guests urinated on the floor of the bathroom. Also it smelled like something died inside the pipes. And the AC had a constant noise non stop.

• SOLMAZ (1/5): - Burayı otel olarak varsayıp kesinlikle bu sitede yer verilmemeli. Korku filminden fırlamış gibi bir yer. İstanbul Tarlabaşı otellerinden bir farkı yok. Abuk sabuk yataklar. Biz otele girdiğimiz gibi yaptığımız ödemeyi düşünmeden geri çıktık. Paramız yandı, ama o huzursuzlukla orada kalamazdık. Bu oteli yerinde görmeden asla ödeme yapmayın. İçerisi in gibi duman altı. Odalar vasat. Bir binanın en üst katını kiralamışlar. Asansör bozuk girince korkup iniyorsunuz. Zıngır zıngır sallanıyor. otelde sabit bir güvenlik görevlisi yok. Akşam kapı kapanıyor. Herkes şifresi ile giriyor. Kendine saygısı olan birisi burada kalmamalı. Assuming this place is a hotel, it definitely should not be listed on this website. It looks like something straight out of a horror movie. It’s no different from the hotels in Tarlabaşı, Istanbul. Strange, low-quality beds and an overall disturbing atmosphere. The moment we entered, we decided to leave immediately without even thinking about the money we had paid. We lost our money, but we simply could not stay there with that feeling of discomfort. Never make a payment for this hotel without seeing it in person first. The inside feels like a smoky den. The rooms are mediocre at best. They basically rented the top floor of a building and turned it into a “hotel.” The elevator is broken — when you get in, you immediately want to get out in fear because it shakes violently. There is no permanent security staff at the hotel. The entrance door is locked at night, and everyone enters using a password/code. Anyone with self-respect should avoid staying here.

• Keijo (7/5): - Loistava sijainti, aamupala Ok, huone hyvin tilava. Sinänsä Belgrad on upea kaupunki! Hissi toimi vaillinaisesti, ei suihkupidikettä eikä ammeessa pohjatulppaa. Rakennusmelu häiritsi muulloin paitsi sunnuntaina, sähköt katkeilivat välillä.

• Merim (2/5): „Im Großen und Ganzen ist Belgrad eine sehr schöne Stadt, und die Menschen dort waren sehr freundlich. Auch an der Rezep - „Das Zimmer war insgesamt in einem unzumutbaren Zustand. Es war nur oberflächlich gereinigt, der Boden schmutzig, die Armaturen stark abgenutzt. In der Dusche waren verschmutzte Fugen und teilweise Schimmel sichtbar. Aus dem Siphon kam zudem ein starker unangenehmer Geruch, den wir nur mit nassen Handtüchern über den Abläufen eindämmen konnten. Trotz unserer Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde uns kein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Die Sauberkeit in diesem Zimmer war absolut inakzeptabel.“

Очень достойный завтрак по меню, жаль что напиток можно было брать только один. Очень грязно. Чайник в апартаментах с таким налётом как будто ему лет 10. В раковине была грязная кастрюля.Сантехника течёт, на вопрос персоналу, ответ был- мы в курсе. Но ничего не менялось.В самом здании идёт капитальный ремонт, но нигде об этом не указано. Хотели уехать сразу же, но оплата была при бронировании, деньги терять не хотелось и пришлось остаться.

Personalet i den restaurant hvor vi skulle Spise var ikke særlig imødekommende og havde ikke styr på hvad man kunne få. Den ene Dag kunne man både få et glas vand og juice til Morgen og den næste ikke. Det lugtede på badeværelset. Og sparsom vand i bruser. Var ok ophold tiltrods for mangler.

• Vladimir (9/5): - The location of the Boutique Rooms is fantastic, basically you are in the heart of Belgrade downtown. From here, many touristic places, buildings and locations (like the Kalemegdan Fortress or the Parliament Building) are at a walking distance. You also have a view on the Republic Square, National Theatre and the National Museum. The room I was staying in was not the quietest, as it is directly next to the reception desk and the entrance door, so you hear the guests entering and the whole communication. It is not too bad, but the room would benefit from increased sound proofness.

• Veronika (9/5): - Die Lage war für den Zweck unserer Reise perfekt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer zweckmäßig, die Betten sehr gemütlich. Der Eingangsbereich im Erdgeschoss ist derzeit eine Baustelle und dem entsprechend nicht sehr einladend.

• Biljana (6/5): Sehr in die Jahre gekommen - Zimmer war zweckmässig eingerichtet, das Bett sehr bequem. Gebäude sehr in fie Jahre gekommen, Treppenhaus sehr sanierungsbedürftig. Lift bleibt häufig stecken (nicht zu empfehlen damit zu fahren) Sauberkeit vorallem im Bad lässt zu wünschen übrig, Dusche sehr Kalkig und kaum Wasser da alles verkalkt war. Nur "Regendusche" (auch nur ca die Hälfte) hat funktionier da bei der Duschbrausr der Regler zum umstellen abgebrochen war. Wasser in der Minibar wurde nie aufgefüllt!!

• MARIA DEL MAR (9/5): Perfect location near the main square - Closer to the main square impossible. Restaurants and main shopping street just a few steps away. Nice view from the window to the city. There was a problem with the hot water that was not fix during the stay.

• Ilektra (2/5): - Ήταν σε κεντρικό σημείο του Βελιγραδίου. Η κεντρική θέρμανση έκανε πολυ θόρυβο. Χρειάστηκε να την κλείσουμε για να κοιμηθουμε. Το μπάνιο μυριζε άσχημα. Η τηλεόραση δεν λειτουργούσε γιατί ήταν κομμένο το καλώδιο του αποκωδικοποιητή.

Temizliğini malesef beğenmedim ilk kullanımda klozette lekeler ve kıllar vardı. Aynı kıllar lavabo kenarında da vardı çok tiksindim. Odada bir adet su ısıtıcısı vardı ama yanında bir poşet çay veya hazır kahve beklerdim malesef yoktu. özensiz ve itinasızdı genel olarak.

Personal as amable…Hacen lo que pueden,pero efectivamente no depende de ellos mal funcionamiento del hotel…Las habitaciones son una ruina…necesitan una reforma total…No funciona calefacion…Un día entero no había agua…No tienes a quien reclamar…personal en recepción es impotente…En habitaciones hay muchos defectos…Olvidando todo esto, y valorando buena ubicación, pedíamos prolongación de estancia con un descuento mínimo y no lo aceptaron…¡Increíble! ¡100% NO RECOMENDABLE! ¡Este sitio,no que es de tercer mundo…es LO SIGUIENTE!
