Christine (9/5): Excellent standard and value for money - Room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for the dog as well. We ate dinner and breakfast at the venue. Excellent standard and price. Staff were efficient and friendly. Plumbing not great. Flushing problem in room. No bins for poo bags.

Schitterend ontbijt, en de pub heeft ook een ruime kaart om er 's avonds te kunnen eten. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ruime kamer en goed bed. Hier kom ik zeker terug!

Carol - Ann (9/5): Lovely little pub stay with amazing breakfasts! - The White Hart in Wroughton was a perfect little spot to stay for the weekend. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The Pub itself served really nice food and the breakfast was notably good! Easy and convenient parking and close to lots of local attractions.

Breakfast was excellent and the coffee hit the spot. The Wifi was very good but not sure how long I could work at the desk in the room, it was ok for a couple of hours in the morning but probably wouldn't suffice for much longer periods as the chair was not adjustable.

We booked into the disabled room because it had a queen-sized bed; the shower tended to overflow the bathroom, but not really a problem.

Unseres war so - das ist fast beklemmend, wir haben den Vorhang vorgezogen...das sah besser aus.

robert (9/5): Very good - Everything was very very good. parking good, lunch good, evening meal good , staff great and the room good. Food menu had fair prices. Some beers a tad pricey so have a look first. I would have given 10 overall but for the musak played in the vening and at breakfast, just turn it down a bit and pick at least some melodic tunes. Also one of the best breakfasts I have ever had just need heated plates to have been perfect.

DONNA (10/5): Warm Welcoming Inn - Beautiful old thatched pub, nicely decorated with a warm welcoming atmosphere, very clean and the young girls ( staff ) were wonderful. We were greeted at checkin by lovely young lady who was super helpful, rooms were great, clean, warm with great showers, complimentary water was included, there was a great coffee machine and nice biscuits supplied too and rooms nice and quiet just situated outside back of the main pub. Very clean bedding and plenty of nice white towels supplied. We had dinner first night which we all agreed was delicious and the breakfasts are fab, great choice off of a menu and good quality with plenty of juice and hot drinks offered. A special thank you to the two young ladies who dealt with us during our stay, the young girl that booked us in yesterday and served our breakfast made a real effort with my 5 year old granddaughter and the lady that took our evening food order found my phone id left on the dinner table and kindly kept it for me. We all had a wonderful stay and highly recommend a stay if you’re in the area, it was a great little find and would definitely stay again! Thank you all! Loved it all, we’ve seen some complain about the view being a brick wall out of the rooms but it’s the wall to the car park so can’t be helped and we were out all day so no problem for us.

Lisa (8/5): Great place to stay. - The room I stayed in this time was comfortable but was predominately a room for a person with disabilities. There was a sit down shower/wet room so would suit someone who may need these adaptations. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Breakfast was served promptly and very good, served with hot coffee. The evening before I had met up with friends and we ate at the restaurant. The food was excellent! The staff are friendly and accommodating. I wasn't a fan of the room this time. my last room was nicer. And the TV is on a timer that switches off on its own when watching a film, which also happened last time.

Sue (8/5): overall very pleasant 2 night stay. Staff very friendly and obliging, nothing seemed too much troubl - Breakfast was excellent. Local area contained another 2 pubs very close by and a couple of shops. Heating in room very good. The Stations on the TV in room were very limited and TV didn't allow to cast from tablet. The environmentally friendly lights by the rooms just glowed green after a certain time (early hours of the morning) which made the walk way difficult to negotiate. Also there was not much natural daylight in the room (ground floor)as there was a brick wall 2ft away from patio doors.

Heating was easy to use as was the shower and TV Breakfast was good I found the toilet hard to flush, The walls could do with a wipe down, when the bed side light is on it shows up the dust on the walls. The steak I had in the pub for my evening meal was nice but only got 8 chips and half a tomato with it, looked a bit lost on the large plate could of done with some mushrooms included.

Lisa (9/5): Excellent room, excellent food. - On arrival, staff member was very friendly and pleasant. Asked if I had stayed before, and explained where the room was and the facilities. Asked about breakfast and was able to confirm breakfast timings. The room was very nice indeed, the heating was on (this was a very cold evening) already. Bathroom area well laid out and clean. Plenty of towels. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I was meeting friends for dinner, we had a lovely table by an open fire and the food was excellent, as was the service. This will probably sound a little nit picky, however, even though the room was clean and tidy, there were 3 big cobwebs hanging from the ceiling - no biggy I know, but cleaning staff don't always look up. The other thing that was a little annoying was that the TV turned itself off every hour, took me by surprise when I was watching a film. The first time it happened, I thought I had knocked the remote, but an hour later, it went off again.

Clive (7/5): I’ve been 4 times and I will go again but disappointed with the room service - Stayed several times. Like the room. Like the breakfast. Like the pub/restaurant On arrival, the heating wasn’t on even though we arrived late afternoon when it was cold. The bathroom heater was broken. We were moved to another room. Much better. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t cleaned next day even though we put the sign out to be cleaned. So, we came back to no new towels, no tea/milk, no more loo rolls. No bed made. Went to collect these and staff were very apologetic.

Sally (9/5): - This is a lovely cozy pub, open fires and really friendly bar staff. We didn't eat in the evening but breakfast was absolutely delicious. Good quality produce cooked perfectly 👌. The view from our room was a concrete wall. It really was only a minor niggle as we closed the curtains and chilled out in the very comfortable bed. Slept like a baby.
