- guillaume (5/5): Des qualités...et des défauts... - grande chambre très propre et personnel à l'écoute Piscine pas assez propre Petit déjeuner que l'on vous demande à prendre avec des horaires à fixer à l'avance . Vous devez dire la veille à la reception si vous serez en bas à 8h15 ou 9H30 ou 7H45 et si vous n'êtes pas là à l'heure dite on vous appelle pour descendre. Pardon ??? Je suis en vacances et non pas à l'armée

- Magalie (10/5): Séjour agréable entre amis - J’ai passé deux jours avec mes amis allemands dans cet hôtel et nous avons vraiment apprécié l’accueil chaleureux, la piscine propre et les activités comme le paintball. L’ambiance du dîner en extérieur était magique, avec de belles lumières et une atmosphère conviviale. La chambre était confortable et calme, avec une jolie vue qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Tout le personnel, de la réception au restaurant, a été souriant et serviable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Rien à signaler.

- Викентий Осиповру (10/5): 美しい景色と心温まるおもてなし - デラックスダブルルーム（301号室）に宿泊しました。お部屋は海を正面に望める素晴らしいロケーションで、まさに絶景です。特に感動したのは、数えきれないほどのオウムたちがホテル上空を飛び、夜になると近くのビーチのヤシの木に集まって眠る光景でした。圧巻の美しさでした。 プールはとても清潔で快適で、プール係の方の対応も素晴らしかったです。バーの女性スタッフも笑顔がとても素敵で、家族のように温かく接してくれました。 また、ペイントボール射撃は滞在中の楽しみのひとつで、夜には屋外ディナーが用意され、美しく飾られたライトの下で特別な時間を過ごせました。受付からキッチンまで、すべてのスタッフが一生懸命に働いていることが伝わってきます。中でも日本語を話せるスタッフの女性には大変助けられました。とても親切で優しく、美しい方でした。 お湯の設備も整っており、夜中に一度使えなくなった時も、連絡をすると10分ほどで修理していただき、とても感謝しています。 唯一気になった点は、部屋で食事をした後、こちらからお願いしないとお皿を片付けに来ないことです。ただし、これは「私たちを邪魔せず、静かで落ち着いた時間を提供するため」だと思いますので、大きな不満ではありません。
- Викентий Осиповру (10/5): Прекрасный отель рядом с Blue Water - Мы останавливались в Laya Beach Hotel 26–27 августа 2025 года, так как приехали на свадьбу, которая проходила в соседнем отеле Blue Water. Организатор свадьбы посоветовал нам остановиться именно здесь, и я очень рад, что последовал этому совету. Отель приятно удивил своим гостеприимством и отличным сервисом. Цены вполне разумные. Особенно хочу отметить девушку Кавишу, которая помогла нам преодолеть языковой барьер и сделала наше пребывание гораздо комфортнее. Спасибо Laya Beach Hotel за помощь и радушие! Если бы был транспорт между отелями, было бы ещё удобнее. Но расстояние совсем небольшое, они практически рядом, так что это не проблема — просто выходишь через ворота и заходишь снова.

Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft, ruhig und entspannend, mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Das Essen war köstlich und abwechslungsreich, und das gesamte Personal war während unseres Aufenthaltes stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Saranga von der Rezeption, der uns schon am frühen Morgen mit einem warmen Lächeln begrüßt hat und beim Tragen unseres Gepäcks so freundlich geholfen hat. Auch Kusum war großartig – sie hat uns alles über das Essen erklärt und war sehr herzlich. Es war insgesamt eine großartige Erfahrung, und wir haben jede Minute genossen. Ein Hotel, das wir wirklich weiterempfehlen können, besonders für alle, die eine entspannende Auszeit am Strand suchen. 🌊✨ l’espace bar pourrait être rendu plus attractif et mieux équipé.

- W (7/5): The stay was really nice - I had a pleasant stay at Laya Beach over the weekend. The staff were extremely nice and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The view from my room was absolutely gorgeous—waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean was a real highlight! The room was quite comfortable. A special mention to Kusum, the F&B manager, who was incredibly polite and went above and beyond to ensure guest comfort. Her hospitality truly stood out and made the experience more enjoyable. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and a breathtaking view The only downside was the food. While it was reasonably priced, I felt that the variety could be improved, especially for guests who prefer Western cuisine. Having more options would make the dining experience even better.

- Helga (9/5): It was a great 5 day stay in Sri Lanka - The staff was very friendly and made us feel right at home! The Chef even came to meet us on the last day and introduced himself to us! It was an overall great experience for our first time in Sri Lanka. The reception staff were also very prompt and accommodating to us! Would definitely go back.

- Annapuranie (8/5): Nice but change the layout of the room or turn the lights on for the guest and assist them into their room - We stayed at laya for a wedding next door, we were happy with the room however it was dangerous since there is a cupboard right in the doorway as you enter the room the lights were off and the bellboy left the luggage at the door and left. I walked into the cupboard and injured my head. Other than that it was a pleasant room , the food we ordered was tasty and the staff were polite and helpful.
