- Hazura (10/5): - The room is clean and very comfortable. The room size is cozy and just nice for us as a husband and wife. The only downside is that parking is very limited, so you need to be a bit smart in finding a spot if the provided parking is already full. The staff was very kind—his name is Hashim. Thank you to Hashim for taking good care of us. We will definitely come again.

- Homestay (10/5): 10 bintang untuk apple hotel pinang. - Saya ambil bilik family sangat selesa dan bersih tllam lembut selimut wangi bilik air bersih dan penjaga orang Bangladesh saingan ramah dan murah senyum. Setiap ke pinang memang akan stay kat sini . Tq apple hotel. Semua ok terbaik.

- Kok (7/5): Clean and nice place with no major distractions in the vicinity - The hotel staff was nice and the hotel room was clean and everything worked just fine. Two negative points: a. The TV had no cable channels and one could only watch local programmes if you understand Bahasa b. There is no bar fridge in the room but a common shared refrigerator.

Don't forget to pay the deposit RM50 - This hotel offers exceptional convenience with a universal plug outlet by every comfortable bed, clean toilets stocked generously with shampoo and soap, and plenty of useful amenities like ironing facilities and a Coway water dispenser. Near the mall, and tourist sites. It haa parking site available the thin walls allow noise from neighboring rooms, and housekeeping missed cleaning our room during the stay

- Chow (5/5): A good choice for overnight but can be better. - It is convenient to find variety of restaurant nearby. The surrounding of room isn't noisy, making us sleep better in the night. Shower gel and shampoo is empty. The sink wasn't functioning. The shower pipe always dripping water although I've tighten the water tap. I was expecting for disposable slippers but it ended up with slippers that looks dusty.
- Yoke Lin Angela (6/5): - I chose this hotel for its proximity to Penang Adventist Hospital (5 minutes' walk) so I was more or less prepared for the shortcomings. This property is run down and offers basic amenities. No empty mini bar, phone or bottled water in room, but the reception is staffed even at night so that's a plus. There's a water dispenser and soft drinks for sale near the reception. I had the 'Romantic' room. There was what looked like a lump of hair and chewing gum the size of a 5 cent coin, stuck to the shower floor. I couldn't remove it - it looked like it'd been stuck there for eons and it really grossed me out every time I used the bathroom! After my first request the day after check in for help to remove it (via reception), nothing was done, so I left it alone, as my stay was just 4 nights The bathroom presented all the challenges, besides the unwanted permanent floor 'decoration'. The shower area had no curtain so after a shower, the toiket, toilet roll, the whole floor plus a bit of the bedroom's side was wet wet wet. I made daily requests for changes of 2 floor mats (1 was for wiping the floor only). On the service, the staff were all friendly - Afekah (sp?) and Hashim were polite and responsive, provided accurate directions when requested. They were the plus point of this stay.

- Adibah (7/5): Good - The location, near the gurney drive and shopping mall. Even located on the busiest road , the hotel is near to halal eateries. The hotel lobby got a Turkish restaurant. Helpful staff. The safety door is great, water pressures are good , air-conditioning works well. Once I checked in, I got an L Shape room layout which was not the same as in advertising. The receptionist told me they have 2 family room interior layouts. L shaped for the family room . So, unacceptable. They entertained my request to change to another room which is the same as photo , but a new room was located behind the restaurants. A bit noisy , and limited space of privacy . It's narrow to perform a prayer in the room & rearrange the luggage.
- Loweehahn (6/5): Pleasant - Walking distance to nearby restaurants. Easy access to my room as it was located on the ground floor. The water dispenser was also located just outside my room. The door is not soundproofed. I could hear people chitchatting outside. I could also hear cars zooming pass the hotel. The wallpaper inside the room was also slightly peeled off.

- C.n (8/5): Overall a pleasant stay - Bed was comfy. Front Desk RAFIQ was very pleasant and courteous. We spent 4 nights on the first floor and the last 2 on second floor, both were small but clean. One on the first floor was very noisy, one on the second floor was much quieter We couldn't sleep as the housekeeping maid kept talking and laughing very loudly outside the room (she always seemed grumpy for some reason). Thin walls, you can hear your neighbours coughing and flushing toilet :)

- Geok (9/5): My boss highly commended for our 7D6N stay. - Clean, comfortable, safe, convenient and near to our training place @1 Stop Midland Park within walking distance. Kind, helpful and friendly staff (Mr. Rafiq and Abdullah) with good and responsive service! We love the fish pond with 3 cute tortoises too! Definitely we will come back again.. Suddenly remember that the Room 112 air-cond : sometimes it was not very cold and sometimes turned cooler.

- JamesNorman (6/5): - The caretaker /manager, Mr Lim, is a cheerful, friendly, and super helpful man. He is a credit to the owners, and i just hope they realise what a dedicated, and helpful man they have running their establishment. Without Mr Lim, the gurney would be nothing..!!
