The lounge access was a great perk—especially the evening cocktail session with a good variety of food and drinks. The pool area was very nice, including a separate kids pool, and on Sunday they even set up a kids playground in the meeting rooms, which was a great touch for families. Location is perfect with direct access to Gandaria City Mall, making everything super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

This time I got a wonderful stay with my wife and son, Pak Rahmat, Sahla, and GRO team were very kind by giving a lot of experience, especially for my wife's belated birthday and also my son. The room was as good as before, the quality and service were superb, I really enjoy this short staycation and hoping to come again in the future.

They truly spoil you with both luxury & service, setting the bar extremely high for what an accommodation should be. After staying here, your expectations for Marriott hotel standards especially, will definitely be raised. This recent trip was for a very intimate and special occasion and the hotel did not disappoint, as always. Huge praise for always welcoming and acknowledging us as Marriott members and providing us with the different amenities, for putting in the effort into the different lovely surprises on the mirror, television, cake, towel decorations, and overall attention to detail - FO, GRO, HK team, Rahmat, Tiara, Florence, Dimas Kurnia, Novi. Thank you truly my wonderful dearests. As well as Imyr the duty manager for wanting to follow-up and managing the little hiccup that happened very swiftly and well. Appreciate your help and expertise. Will definitely request a room with no connecting door from now onwards as it could potentially lead to poor soundproofing. Last but not least, thank you Anton for the warm smile and luggage assistance provided. It was very heartwarming to see a familiar face on the very last day and that was the one and only, Salma. She has been working there for 4 years and is still the same old beautiful and cheery girl we met who was still on training from years back. What an unforgettable reunion it was. This recent visit with my wife and two kids was a comfortable, enjoyable stay from start to finish. The club lounge was the highlight for us. Staff there were attentive and genuinely helpful throughout, the kind of service that makes you feel well looked after without being over the top. The rest of the hotel staff were equally pleasant and easy to deal with. The pool was great, kids had a good time. Room was clean, well-maintained, and everything was in order. Mall has a lot of restaurants, so you are spoilt for choice! The staff is great - warm, generous and friendly. Special thanks to Rahmat and team for providing great support and help! Special thanks to Anton the chef for going out of his way to help with Indian cuisine - loved the paneer and gobi parathas served on my request! Transportation is never a problem - Grab is readily available on demand the only issue is the traffic - it can be annoying in the evenings and weekends, so plan accordingly. Highly recommended!

We never had any problems with our previous stay so we often stayed here. For Idul Fitri staycation this year, we chose this hotel because it’s next to a mall and we usually enjoyed our stay here. This time, we had the worst experience!! i made two different reservations because we initially planned to stay just for one night, but no certainty on when Idul Fitri is so i reserve another night. The bad experience started from Check-in. The woman who handled the check-in was not friendly and seemed incompetent. I forgot her name, but another woman named SHAFINA (who was also Not Friendly) was helping her and instructed her to give us different keys each night for our two nights stay, which is ridiculous and never happened at any other Marriott hotel. But luckily another staff name Cynthia handled the issue well and she displayed the right hospitality and customer service. The next day, i clearly remembered turning off before going out to lunch. And when we came back at 4:45 the room was not cleaned!! The hotel claimed my DND was on and i checked again IT WAS TURNED OFF!! We wanted to rest a bit before dinner and we couldn’t!! So we ended up with take away food for dinner. As someone who’ve stayed in this hotel quite a few times before, this experience is really disappointing! I can tell that the level of service in this property has deteriorated significantly!!! The room is nice, the bed is very comfortable. Location is good and next to the mall so a lot of food options. But THE SERVICE HAS BEEN DOWNGRADED.

Amenities were also good like the Gym and Pool. Since the hotel is attached to a mall, there are plenty of food options to explore. Even the hotel breakfast was very nice with cuisine representing each countries, particularly enjoyed the indian section, where the chef was super caring. Overall would say that its a good value for money.

All the staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. Smooth and excellent process from check-in to check-out. We got a very warm with little personal touch welcome greetings on our room. Also a shaped dog towel which impressed my kids much. They took a little initiative to provide ear plug so we can sleep comfortable without any noise heard. The club lounge is a clear standout. The evening spread is extensive and feels closer to a full buffet than a typical lounge offering, with a wide range of main dishes, Indian cuisine, dim sum, sushi, soups, and desserts. The quality and variety are impressive, and everything is well replenished. The lounge staff deserve special mention for being highly attentive and accommodating to guest requests. Breakfast at Anigre is equally strong. The buffet offers excellent variety, including Indonesian traditional dishes, western breakfast, a popular Indomie corner, fresh salads, and a good selection of fresh juices. Service is consistently warm and cheerful, with staff proactively greeting guests and creating a welcoming start to the day. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. If you are sensitive to noise, it’s advisable to request a room on the quieter side of the hotel, as traffic sounds can be noticeable. Speaking of traffic, Jakarta congestion can be challenging, particularly during evening rush hours or rain. However, the hotel’s location is a strong advantage if you plan to spend time around Pondok Indah, Blok M, or Senayan. In that sense, it’s a very practical and strategic choice. - depechemode101 (10/5): Great Weekend Stay - Stayed 2 nights over X-Mas weekend. As a Bonvoy Platinum member we were upgraded to a Junior Suite & get Club Lounge access. Room is spacious, clean and well maintained. Food served during evening cocktail at the Lounge is good with lots of variety and breakfast at Anigre also has a lot of selections from local Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Western even Korean food. Decided to stay here as we would like to spend the weekend by shopping & hanging out at Gandaria City Mall connected with the hotel. Staffs are friendly & we truly enjoy our stay there. Definitely will stay there again.
- chweech (10/5): Good Location, Premium Marriott services - Good location, connected to Mall Gandaria. Service level is good. Stayed there twice in December.... Suite room layout is abit weird. The large king bed is much better in terms of layout and usability. Lounge is on the top floor with good service. Definitely one of the Marriott chain to go for, in Jakarta.

However, Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel team managed well and supported me in various way. Especially, Hotel's Loyalty Manager team and Ms. 'Meilani Tambunan' gave me a tight and kind support for days and with those supports, I could end up my trip with a good result.
- riop684 (10/5): One of the best Birthday Ever - Just had the most incredible stay at the Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel. I was there to celebrate my birthday with my wife, and since my big day falls right on Christmas, they delivered the amenities to extra special. The hospitality here is just purely there. You can really feel the warmth from everyone, especially Ibu Tatie and Rachmat! They totally caught me off guard with a surprise birthday cake during breakfast. It’s those kinds of genuine moments that make a trip unforgettable. You guys made our stay so wonderful! We’re definitely coming back to the Sheraton Grand Jakarta for our next celebration. Thanks for making my Christmas birthday one for the books!

- HeavyFr8_Pilot (10/5): From start to finish, a world class experience! - This was my second stay at the Jakarta Sheraton Grand, and just as before this was a phenomenal experience! The staff are the highlight. Everyone here is extremely warm and friendly, and eager to make the experience outstanding! During the amazing breakfast buffet (one of the best anywhere in the world in my opinion), a friendly employee named Misbah asked if he could introduce me to “Soup Bali”, and made for me an absolutely delicious Indonesian dish! The hotel itself is beautiful, and attached to the giant and amazing Gandaria City mall. I absolutely love this hotel and the wonderful people that work here. I cannot wait to come back!

- riobasa1 (10/5): Nice and convenient hotel to stay - I am impressed with the convenience of the this hotel as it is obviously a five star hotel. The hotel vicinity has a direct access with Gandaria City Mall. The hotel staff are friendly and even offered me with specific breakfast menu despite the vast variety of food being served which was really appreciated to make me feel at home. Nice and comfy room where the it was cleaned daily as per our requested time. I am definitely will return to this hotel on my next trip in Jakarta.

My wife and I find great pleasure in our stays here; the convenience of shopping and dining at the mall, as well as enjoying the delectable cuisine at the hotel. The hotel boasts immaculate cleanliness and the staff is truly remarkable - exceedingly accommodating. A special acknowledgment to Panca for the breakfast buffet, she consistently caters to our preferences with a diverse array of delectable dishes. We thoroughly enjoy dining there on each trip, the Anigre resto staff is truly outstanding. Without a doubt, this is the sole hotel I would consider in Jakarta. We eagerly anticipate our upcoming stay on the 30th, marking our fourth visit. Our heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff, although there are too many exceptional team members to name individually, my wife and I extend our thanks to each and every one of them.

I was waiting for 30 minute at the lounge club and they already prepare my rooms, fast service and very friendly from all staff in club lounge.... Especially Alif.. They also acknowledge my membership and giving me a mini snack at my room.... 100% Satisfied customer.....

Amazing food with a great variety of options. Very professional and friendly staff, they even offered a cute teddy bear to our toddler. - mitrais (10/5): Family Staycation - Another visit to Sheraton Gandaria for family staycation. As usual, everything is outstanding, from checking in, breakfast at the lounge, etc and the gym facility. I had a good time with my boy there, working out on the big punching bag. Service is excellent, and Mr Febri from the club lounge offered my little girl to join the choco art session, thank you. I did have some issue when trying to reserve a table at Anigre restaurant a week before checking in, but the hotel immediately fixed it and provided the solution that I believe every hotel guest deserved for. All in all, will be back to this hotel and fully recommend for those looking for hotel for staycation or business visit.

The staff were the highlight of my stay always welcoming, professional, detail-oriented, helpful, friendly, and incredibly attentive. My compliments go to everyone: from the young men and women greeting you at the entrance, to the reception and concierge teams, and of course to the housekeeping and laundry staff, who keep everything spotless. The real gem of this hotel is without a doubt the lounge on the 20th floor: an elegant space where the entire team is ready to meet every request with a smile. And when it comes to food, they are simply the best. Every evening they delighted me with a beautifully prepared dish from the local cuisine. What more can I say? A perfect stay in every possible way. Overall rating: 10+.
