• Jorge (10/5): Buena ubicación, recomendado - El alojamiento es muy bonito y está muy bien ubicado, a una cuadra de la plaza, cerca al mercado San Camilo y otros lugares. El personal fue muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que se necesite. Junto a mis padres lo pasamos bonito, sin duda volvería a reservar aquí.

• Jane (10/5): Fantastic! - Everything! Fantastic location close to the Plaza de Armas. Lovely room with a terrace outside. Breakfast - tea/coffee, orange juice, bread and jam, cheese and fried egg. Amazing value for money. And the staff let us leave our rucksacks there all day before we caught a night bus.
• Marcelo (6/5): - Bien ubicado Buscamos especifícame una opción que tuviera desayuno y pagamos la diferencia con otros alojamientos por este motivo y uno de los días pedidos desayuno para llevar y nos dijeron que no ya que no habíamos pagado por el desayuno sino que era cortesía del alojamiento. El baño tenía ventana pero sin cristal por lo que todo el mundo nos podía ver cuando nos duchábamos y por la noche entraba mucho frío y sonidos. El agua caliente tardaba demasiado en salir y era una pena dejar el grifo corriendo tanto tiempo hasta que saliera caliente.

• DAVILA GABINO (9/5): Mejor la atención del personal de Recepción - La comodidad, ubicación, acogedor El personal, la señorita de Recepción la que sirve el desayuno, no es nada carismática, muy seria, no rs servicial. Pedí otra taza para servirme té, y me dijo que no tenía y le dije pero veo en las otras mesas disponibles, solo así me tuvo que dar. Considero que el peesonal de Recepción tiene que ser servicial, buscar alternativas de solución y no decir a la primera "No".

Para adultos mayores que vienen de 0 msnm resulta algo de esfuerzo subir escaleras con poco tiempo de aclimatamiento a 2300msnm

Hotel let us borrow a water boiler which was very helpful. Beds were comfortable. WIFI was not strong enough: connection kept dropping. Tried multiple networks, but they were all the same. Shower water pressure needed to be stronger.
• NIKOS (7/5): Ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της πόλης - Ήτανε στο κέντρο της πόλης όπου ήθελες πηγαινες με τα πόδια το πρόβλημα ήταν τα βράδια υπήρχε ένα club δίπλα και δεν μπορούσες να κοιμηθείς λόγω της μουσικής Το πρωινό δεν ήταν καλό μικρός ο χώρος το βράδυ ακουγότανε συνέχεια μουσική κάποιες βραδιές μέχρι τις 2:00 και κάποιες βραδιές μέχρι τις 5:00 το πρωί από ένα club δίπλα στο ξενοδοχείο

• JOSE (10/5): - I wanted to stay in Casa Andina but they didn't have a room for five so we booked one spacious room at this hotel the very last minute for 2 adults 3 kids. It was great. The hotel is close to the main Plaza and you can walk to stores, pharmacies, restaurants, places to book your tours. It has stairs and the front seat is in the second floor, our room was on the third floor. You won't be able to pay for your stay on hotels dot com but in person when you get to the hotel. And if you
• Vladimir (8/5): Good value for money - The staff was super nice and kind, this is the biggest advantage of the hotel. I made a mistake with booking, but they helped me to fix it. The second one is the location. The condition of the hotel could be better, especially the shower was so so. Kids first day run in the room without the shoes and their feet and socks were dirty, probably the room was not occupied longer time. The breakfast was very simple, but OK.

• Jose (5/5): Disappointing, noisy and unfriendly. - The location was very good and the room was ok. We stayed there for 2 nights with my family. The first night we had a nice, clean, and spacious room. It was okay overall, but a bit noisy because the hotel is very close to a nightclub. Unfortunately, the shower was broken and we didn’t have hot water. When we informed the lady at the front desk, she wasn’t very friendly, but eventually she moved us to two different rooms. We were five people — three were placed in a decent room, but the other two were put in a room right next to the street, where the windows were broken and the noise made it impossible to sleep. At night, we tried to speak with someone at the front desk, but no one was there. The hotel wasn’t even full. Overall, the rooms are okay, but the noise and poor service were disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting a quiet stay. The price is reasonable, and the breakfast is fine, but they are not flexible with groups.

• Hily (8/5): Practical and worth the price - Just a block from city center. It was renovated but with less control. Example the size of the toilet paper holder is wider than the toilet paper so a hard cardboard is added to solve it.

• gabriela (10/5): - The room was just as it was described. I stayed for 4 days and felt comfortable. Its in a very good location 5 min walk to plaza de armas. Pharmacy is like 2min walk. Staff was friendly and accommoding. They held my luggage for the day until i was ready for my flight. It does have a flight of stairs you will have to carry your luggage up. But the staff did help.

• Nikhil (1/5): No internet connectivity - There was no wifi, the wifi only connects to internet when the door is open, which cannot be done. Bathroom knobs were also not closing properly resulting in leaking drops
• Piotr (4/5): if it is cheap book it but don’t expect good rest - location it is dirty old motel with very thin walls so you hear every noise which is made in room next to you
• Verified traveler (6/5): Price was cheap but still too loud - The hotel people were brusque but very nice and helpful; I can’t complain. The room was adequate for such a cheap price. Hot water was there even though it took a long time to flush in. I don’t remember the breakfast or if there was any because I was taking tours that left early in the morning. So if I did have breakfast, I completely forget. The room was what you’d expect from such a cheap place - barely clean enough and comfortable enough. Walls are thinner than paper and could hear everything including people from other room peeing. I only wanted a place to sleep because would be out for tours all day. The problem the room had was one that the hotel maybe has little control over. Plaza de Armas is so loud and you can hear everything. Bring earplugs or noise canceling earbuds that you can sleep in. All in all barely adequate. It’s what you’d expect from a hostel-level accommodation. I would never go back and never recommend but at the same time. I feel sorry for saying. I felt like the people were trying to do what they could.

• LYDIA (6/5): Fuga en el lavabo del baño.!! - Mi estadía en hotel Ayenda resulto negativa, debido a que había una pequeña fuga de agua en el lavabo, inició en la madrugada, misma que reporte para que arreglaran mientras yo salía. Por la noche cuando llegue seguía la fuga y me cerraron la llave de paso, de tal manera que no había agua caliente. Al otro día necesitaba bañarme muy temprano para salir y no había agua, salí a la recepción para informar. Hasta que subieron al techo para abrir llave y esperar a que llegara la caliente. Mientras tanto a mi se me hacía tarde para salir. No puedes tener un baño sin agua. No puedes bañarte con el frío que hace con agua fría. El servicio fue de mala calidad.

• angela (10/5): Lovely little hotel great staff - The stafff are very accommodating, we arrived very early 5.30am via Peru Hop and they let us have our room straight away which was great for a quick sleep before wandering one block to the main PLaza. We were able to leave our luggage while at Colca Canyon. Balcony to be able to sit in the sunshine.
