• Peter (9/5): Eine ausgezeichnete Unterkunft für alle die keine 5 Sterne Häuser brachen. - Die Unterkunft erstreckt sich in einen Innenhof. Daher ist es nachts sehr ruhig und man kann sich wirklich gut ausruhen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Sanitäranlagen sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut und vergleichsweise im Normbereich. Im nahen Stadtzentrum finden sich sehr viele Restaurants. Zum Busbahnhof gelangt man problemlos mit dem Taxi. -

We got placed in a hotel that was still build but the same hotel but 2 doors down the street. We thought this was a little weird and the hotel was less beautiful. They said it was because the hotel was full but we booked months in advance. Hotel was fine so it was okay. Place is super noisy.
• Laszlo (5/5): - Central location. Instead of the "charming colonial-style building" we got a room in the new wing of the hotel next door. Which is a soulless modern building with zero charm. Knowing this in advance, I'd have book somewhere else.

La struttura è affascinante, ricavata in due splendidi palazzi storici che conservano tutto il fascino dell'architettura di Arequipa. La pulizia è impeccabile in ogni angolo, dalle camere agli spazi comuni. Una nota di merito va sicuramente alla colazione, davvero ottima e varia, ideale per iniziare al meglio la giornata. Posizione eccellente e atmosfera tranquilla nonostante la centralità. Nella mia stanza non si potevano aprire le finestre

Dommage que nous ayons été dans la deuxième partie de l’hôtel encore en travaux au fond d’un couloir Le petit déjeuner pour lequel nous devions passer par la rue pour aller dans la première partie de l’hôtel et pour lequel les aliments n’étaient pas tous prêts en même temps à l’ouverture
• Dorota (9/5): Bardzo polecam hotel na pobyt w Arequipie. Świetna lokalizacja, czysto i wygodnie, piękny wystrój. - Hotel bardzo ładny, zgodny z opisem na booking.com. Zakwaterowano nas w nowo otwartej części hotelu. Co prawda nie było tu jeszcze tak pięknej roślinności jak w starej części, ale widać, że właściciele i obsługa już nad tym pracują, aby wprowadzić kolonialny wystrój oraz poczucie komfortu i relaksu, które daje dobrze zaprojektowana roślinność, stoliczki, tarasy z widokiem na wulkan. Za to pokoje były nowiutkie, czyściutkie, przestronne i wygodne, a obsługa bardzo miła. Okno naszego pokoju wychodziło na ulicę, więc było trochę głośno, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Hotel pozwolił nam zachować pokoje na dobę, w której nas nie było, gdyż nocowaliśmy w Kanionie Colca. Mogliśmy też w hotelu zakwaterować się ok. godz. 10:00, gdy przylecieliśmy z Arequipy. Śniadanie mogłoby być bardziej urozmaicone.

• Paula (9/5): Buen hotel en Arequipa - El personal nos preparó una bolsa de desayuno para el día siguiente. Las habitaciones eran amplias y la cama era cómoda. Estuvimos poco en el hotel pero es un buen hotel para estar en Arequipa

• Volkmar (10/5): Stilvolle und preiswerte Unterkunft in der Altstadt von Arequipa - Es gab ein sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet für jeden Geschmack. Von der Dachterrasse hat man bei klarem Wetter morgens Blicke auf alle drei Vulkane um Arequipa und über die Stadt. Nichts zu bemängeln!

The room was big Clean and Very Comfortable. The Buffet Breakfast was Great with lots of Choices. They have Hot Drinks Available 24hrs and also offer a great Laundry service All the Staff are Lovely.
• Volkmar (10/5): My advise for accomodation in the centre of Arequipa - High class room in the historic center of Arequipa for a good price. The breakfast buffet was pne of the best of our trip through Peru. In the night we had good sleep without noise. Nothing!

Pas de chauffage dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain, on a eu froid. Pas de couettes, ce sont des couvertures avec un drap à l'ancienne. Les couvertures étaient rigides et lourdes.

• Kathryn (1/5): Sleeping in a tent on a mountain was better - The building is pretty - that's it I arrived at 5am after an overnight bus as a solo female traveller. Early check-in was not available, which I understood, however the reception staff were unfriendly, spoke no English, and offered no waiting space or support so I had to sit on a bench from half 5 to half 7 cause no cafes were open My luggage was left unsecured on a sofa in reception, not locked away like every other hotel I stayed in, which did not feel safe. There was also no hot water at all so couldn't shower for 2 days. At checkout at 5am, reception was unattended — the staff member was asleep in a room next to reception and did not respond to repeated calls of “hello” and “hola”. I had to bang on a door to wake him in order to leave. The front door was locked with no way for guests to exit independently, which felt unsafe and concerning.

• Alexander (7/5): A clean and comfortable hotel, a great value, and close to the center of historic Arequipa. - The location of the hotel, just a couple of blocks from the Plaza de Armas is extremely convenient for checking out the most popular sights as well as many excellent food options. The hotel itself has rooms on two floors around a long central courtyard. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The sound insulation isn't great but the other guests and the surrounding street quieted down early enough so as not to disturb our sleep. The staff overall was pleasant and helpful. It was certainly what we needed in a hotel and a great value for the room rate. When we arrived after a long and hot travel day, there was no water with which to shower or flush the toilet. We were told it was an issue with the water utility. While we hadn't been notified before our arrival and they wouldn't cancel the reservation, they did cover a taxi fare to their sister property and give us the use of a room to shower and get refreshed. It wasn't a huge deal but the communication could have been better and the process a bit more smooth. Also, while the listing describes extra large beds, in reality they're standard sized (like US full-size). Again, not a problem but could be clearer.

El hotel bien ubicado, cerca a la plaza, la cuadra no es muy bonita y de noche puede parecer un poco peligrosa, pero dentro de todo super bien. El desayuno fue increíble, muy buena variedad y el equipo muy servicial para hacerte huevos fritos o hervidos en caso lo requieras (sin costo adicional). Se escucha mucho el ruido desde las habitaciones, eso no fue tan increíble ya que era fácil escuchar personas pasando (sobretodo con maletas).

• Andrii (6/5): - This is a nice old building, very close to the center, good breakfast. Room 101 should not be offered for guests. It's across the reception, next to the hotel entrance. Walls trembling when the bus is passing by. Other guests are trying to get in, because they think it's where the stuff is. The receptionist speaks good English but forget it once you ask why the bill is $6 more than you booked.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klassisch eingerichtet und gemütlich, obwohl die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Personal spricht leider sehr konsequent spanisch, es gab Missverständnisse bezüglich des Frühstücks. Einmal hieß es, es wäre im Preis inbegriffen, dann wieder és, wir müssten es extra bezahlen, am Ende wiederum war es doch inkludiert. Etwas mühsam.

Very pleasant staff overall. I also liked the historical architecture of the place. Very hospitable and would stay there again.

Drzwi do pokoju skrzypiały, a personel zignorował nasza prośbę o interwencję. Ostatecznie jeśli otworzyło się i zamknęło kilkukrotnie drzwi, to problem znikał, więc jest to drobna uwaga.
