Bo (7/5): Kleine kamer - Groene binnentuin en mooie plek om te ontbijten. Schoon en prima locatie in São Paulo. Kamer is te klein om je koffer te openen en zeer vochtig (open douche met slechte afzuiging). Receptie om een ander hoofdkussen gevraagd, maar werd niet op ingegaan. Kamer zeer gehorig, met oordoppen moeten slapen vanwege de luidruchtige airco binnen - en de airco’s op de buitenmuur. Al met al niet goed geslapen dus.

Tem um deck externo bonito para tomar café nos dias de sol! Parece uma casa de hóspedes mesmo. Tinha uma expectativa maior em especial do quarto! Achei as instalações mais antigas e pouco confortáveis. Parece um hostel. A TV é bem ruim, extremamente pequena, o box de tomar banho é dentro do quarto e após o banho o quarto fica bem úmido. As paredes e cortinas precisam de manutenção. A janela é na porta do quarto o que dificulta deixar aberto. As roupas de cama e travesseiros também não são dos melhores. Pelo custo benefício acredito que valha mais a pena um hotel convencional.

E aos sábados tem a feira na Benito Calixto É uma boa localização para quem deseja visitar a Paulista, Pinheiros e Vila Madalena. Em termos de mobilidade , apesar de ser uma boa caminhada, há duas estações de metro - seja na rua Pinheiros (ou seja na Oscar Freire. Além da muita oferta de taxi e uber. O café da manhã é funcional ( é básico e adequado) Vale destacar a cordialidade dos funcionários. Não há estacionamento e nem acordo com os estacionamentos na região ( o que pode ser um problema se você for de carro). Há escada para acesso nalguns quartos ( o que pode ser um problema para quem tem alguma questão de mobilidade).

Would absolutely stay here again and recommend the place. - Beautiful property with a lovely, plant-lined courtyard, sweet and helpful staff, delicious breakfast included... Quiet and secluded but in a central neighborhood with incredible bars, restaurants, a flea market-- so easy to walk around or walk to transportation. The room/bathroom could have been just a little bit cleaner. It was like 8/10 on cleanliness.

Fiquei no 2º andar e tive que subir com minha mala (tenho 70 anos). Eles tem quartos no andar térreo. Chuveiro oscila entre muito quente e muito frio, no meio do banho a gente recebe uma ducha gelada nas costas.

Darlene (10/5): Stay here if you want a quaint hotel and unique experience. - I loved this hotel. It was so quaint and well appointed. The team taking care of breakfast were kind and lovely! The breakfast was great. My only regret is that I didn’t get to enjoy the courtyard due to my short stay and the rain. I suggest keeping local Brazilian beer like Brahma in the fridge offering. I was disappointed to see only Heineken and would have enjoyed a local beer.

Claudio (5/5): Muito abaixo do esperado! - O atendimento deles é impecável, objetivo! Café da manhã de ótima qualidade! Já fiquei no hotel diversas vezes, sempre fiz minha reserva diretamente. Pela propaganda de vcs, resolvi procurar se tinha alguma oferta no Guest Urban, E tinha! Porém em nenhum lugar li que a acomodação não tinha janelas (uma única luz ou vendo de externo). Era um quarta pequeno, banheiro tbm (isso comparando com as outras vezes que estive lá e reservei direto). Resumindo, não era um quarto mais barato por usar o booking. Era um quarto amais barato pela qualidade inferior dele em relação ao padrão dos demais! Pura propaganda enganosa. Essa é a minha opinião e que vou repetir para conhecidos.
