- Richard (9/5): Good enough for me to return after a few weeks away! - I did enjoy my stay there and actually return to it again tomorrow after some moving around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I absolutely love the North District, where the hotel is located. The room felt much larger than its listed space. There was a nice standing rm balcony overlooking a very peaceful small manmade stream, with trees and plenty of equipment to stretch out on before and after a walk. A nice view of the surrounding mountains at the edge of the city. I thought the wi fi was strong. I would recommend this hotel for certain.

- Patrick (5/5): Passable - The room and the toilet are clean. The staff is friendly. The toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel are nice and fragrance. The shower is strong and has hot water for showering. There are a lot of power sockets in the room. The pillow is very soft. The wall paper need to change as some of it starts to peel off. They don't make up the bed, only clear your rubbish bin and change your towels. Unable to request late check out unless you pay for the additional 1 or 2 hours.

- Robert (4/5): Clean room for a value price. If you have business in the area it is a good deal. - There was no breakfast. The location was not the best and being on the 10th floor of an apartment building with a garbage distribution center was a little shocking at first. The room was clean and as a business hotel it was ok. Services around the area were minimal. Location is an issue but for people who like KTV it would be a good choice. Unfortunately for me, it was not a good choice.!

- Zonel (8/5): Would book it again. - I really liked that there was a balcony, even though you can’t really go outside. The lighting and set up of the room was really good as well. The bed was big too, and comfortable. The balcony had bug poop outside so I couldn’t step onto it. It would be good as well to have some insect shielding so that it can be opened and allow natural ventilation instead of using the AC all the time.

- jackong286 (8/5): Still okay. - I give this hotel four stars because the waiters there are very friendly although the the rooms are too small for families,but the thing that I could say is the great of a hotel can't be judge by its room size or even the food.The most precious thing is the friendlyness of the waiters,if you want to place a visit here with your family,I advice you to book two rooms due to your comfort.
- Happyhare06 (6/5): Nice for the Price - The building seems old however well decorated and I would say refurnished. Room rather small but enough for my family of 3. Overall clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable with averaged pillow and sheets, nothing special. The AC is kind of noisy due to the small room, but didn't bother once asleep. The bathroom is regular with a shower and no bathtub. The breakfast was excellent with a grand variety of choices. The juice was not good. The service was averaged. It's concierge is located on the first floor in a small store front however the elevator to the room is on the other side. It's kind of annoying that you have to squeeze in for check in and then out again to the elevator. Unless you are daring to leave your luggage outside, this would be annoying. No one bothered to show us where the elevator was but just giving us instruction. It was fine, not difficult to find the elevator but it would be a lot nicer if someone can show us where it was. The elevator is old from the building and small. They offer free parking in a join parking lot with a Bowling Center. Basically you take the parking ticket, give it to the concierge and exchange for a ticket, which you have to take it to the 2nd floor of the Bowling Center to validate your free parking each time you leave. This is annoying too. The hotel is OK for the price you pay. I didn't really like where it was located. Not your regular hotel entrance and environment. But for the price it's fine. By the way, close by there's a night market. Not big but if you are hungry it's worth checking out. We enjoyed eating at a BBQ on stick stand. We encountered a People's Republic of China tourist group during our stay. It was awful!! People smoking and shouting. I had to call the counter twice!! Some people just don't respect others. The hotel apologized for that.
