• Dave (1/5): In the one night we stayed , there were bed bugs, an ant infestation in the room,no hot water and the electrics looked b - I really didn’t like it, I paid for 2 weeks but stayed one night and left and found somewhere else. Would definitely not recommend for anyone that is looking for any sort of comfort Everything
• Sally (1/5): budget Style accommodation it is good value for money. It is quaint. Do not leave money in your room. Do not leave anyth - The staff took my 17-year-old son out drinking tried to get him to buy drugs demanded that he take his ATM card and take money from it. Wouldn’t give him his bike back to get home stole my clothes from the room. The bed was so uncomfortable I could’ve gone to a chiropractor. It’s like where do I start about this place? Do not stay there. Would not recommend. i’ve stayed there a few times before. It’s got really old. It’s got rundown. The beds are very uncomfortable and the staff like most of the people in Bali. Now they’re just their battering was fun but now they’re just criminal that they’re looking for any avenue they can to take from you.

• Rachel (10/5): Hidden little gem - Loved this little hotel i almost want to keep it a secret. Great staff, lovely little pool and quiet! Away from traffic of bali. Really happy with my stay here and can't wait to come back. Good value for money and traditional balinese style room. I cant think of anything 😁
• Sabine (8/5): Schönes günstiges Hotel, zentral in Kuta - Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral aber trotzdem ruhig, weil das Hotel in einer ruhigen Sackgasse liegt. Der Preis ist auch sehr gut. Der Pool ist super. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel, es gibt kein Tageslicht und es gab am Bett kein Licht.

• roland (7/5): - Ayu Lili Garden is great ! There is a big problem with Indian guests who talk very loudly all night. I'm not sure I'll come back because of that.
• Mia (1/5): Disappointing. - We arrived at 2AM after a long journey to find our confirmed booking had been double booked. Staff walked us down the street trying to find another room, eventually placing us in a friend’s place that felt more like a prison cell. While the staff tried to help, this was not acceptable — especially after receiving multiple confirmations. Very disappointing start to our stay.
• Pillay (5/5): Passable - staff was extremely helpful at all times. pool was clean . aircon fully functional. walking distance to laundromat, coffee shops ,restaurants ,beaches. There is no restaurant ,kettle or hairdryer on site. when you open the shower the water smells bad.

• Michelle (3/5): You get what you pay for - Nothing … we didn’t use the pool although it looked ok. Rooms dark and dingy, peeling wallpaper. Bedding looked clean but bed not comfortable, and the room was actually pretty clean, just didn’t feel like it due to the dated decor and furniture. We came for one night to visit a friend staying in the area, we decided to leave and head back to Ulu’s without sleeping at the accommodation… it was very cheap so you get what you pay for and it served the purpose of our booking but wouldn’t stay again. Pretty much everything (sorry)

• Sylvie (8/5): A little retreat close to the beach.. - Loved the pool! It was Always clean, and big enough to do laps in and has a few nice bales around or deck chairs if you prefer. There is a shallow pool also for non swimmers. I also liked garden with fruit trees and frangipanis around. No breakfast. No problem, i enjoyed breakfast at the beach. Or there is a little cafe, with a delicious breakfast menu, just a few meters away on the same street.

• HIDEO (10/5): 快適なホテル - とても快適なホテルです。そのため合計7泊させていただきました。とても静かに過ごすことが出来ました。ポピーズ2にも近く、ビーチまでも歩くのに丁度良い距離でした。
• HIDEO (8/5): 残念な点 - ポピーズ2からも近く、過ごしやすいホテルでした。ただコテージを予約したのですが、2階のバルコニーもない部屋だったのが残念でした。パティオやバルコニーでのんびりしたかったです。
• Gerard (4/5): Exceedingly average if not poor. - Didn't have breakfast Room wasn't ready... had to waste an hour or two trying to get the disinterested staff to attend to all the problems.. no toilet paper.. safety deposit box didn't work... took ages to get it fixed... finally, staff tried to charge exorbitant fees to take me to my next accomodation only 4 kms away at end of stay... but really the lack of attention and courtesy from the staff is the clincher.wont be staying here again. I have been here many times and always tolerated the hiccups because it was cheap... but this time... gone evenmore downhill. Not again.
• Thomas (1/5): Don't stay here; you will be sorry - The pool and garden were the only positive about this place. We were glad it was quiet and the garden/ pool area was maintained. There was nothing else to like. No staff; they didn't seem to even know about our reservation, through booking.com when we arrived at about 6:00pm; we had to show them our reservation. The TV did not work all, the fridge was broken and filled with stale water, the safe didn't work. During our four day stay we received ONE towel, although we asked several times (no laundry today). There was NO chair in the room and the only shelf in the room was falling off the wall. The room was never cleaned and we never saw any staff except for the gardeners. The beds were old and ridiculous; I don't think they were very clean. We were very glad to leave.

• Kari (10/5): My favorite place to stay in Kuta Beach - I’ve been staying at Lili Garden for years. It’s close to restaurants., shopping, and walking distance to the beach and the beach walk. The pool is clean, the rooms are comfortable and safe. It’s relaxing to stay there.
• Elfinminx (1/5): It didn't happen as my reservation was not confirmed! - It no longer takes online bookings so should be removed from your search engine! Arriving after travelling for 19 hours to be told that my booking would not take place and I had to find somewhere else to stay!

• Stuart (8/5): Value for money - Pretty good location and a nice pool. Close to the beach for surfing or whatever. The room are large and the showers run both hot and cold. The staff are friendly but there English isn't strong

Location excellent - half way between Garlic Lane and Poppies 2 and everything I was interested in was in walking distance. The first room I was offered wasnt to my personal liking however after asking I was given an excellent alternative. I personally would love to stay again....excellent price - I spent 22 days and used Ayu Lili as my home base while travelling elsewhere. My room and what I left in it was absolutely safe while I was away. Overall Ayu Lili Garden Hotel exceeded my expectations given its low rating of 2.

Not crowed pool was good and quite. Great location. If your looking for a resort this is not for you. If your looking for clean rooms on a budget go for it.

However, the hotel is so quiet and it doesn’t feel like you’re in such a buzzing area. The rooms could use some wall paint here and there and some other minor fixings, as they are a bit rundown. But for the money you pay, I think it is just perfect.

• Peter (8/5): nice and quiet....needs some maintenance - It is a nice quiet place, but there are a few areas that need to improve. Breakfast is only available from 8 to 11, but 8 was when someone might show up and start boiling the water.....normally 8:30 earliest. You need to ask for a towel, and neither room I had, had a working safe...just needed batteries, but none available. The drain under the sink in one room was held together with tape, and leaked on the floor. Nice pool area, and decent WiFi .
• Stephen (2/5): I total wast of my money.... - Room was not clean. Bed only had a top and bottom sheet that where stained. No daily housekeeping nor any house keeping the four day I stayed. This means no fresh towel. Rubbish bins not emptied. I had my personal towel laundered each day at my cost. No TV, no useful toiletries, no information and not helpful staff. The 6000 each they changed extra for breakfast a total waste of money. Within a short walk say max 650 metres found 7 places that offered breakfast cheaper and with a far better selection. Am sure if your choose to stay in Kuta you could find beater cleaner and cheaper accommodation. Had to purchase insect spay to spray for bugs, mosquitoes and other insects that I have never seen before. A/C did work though with the fly-wire allowing the out side in at all times the room temperature stayed around the 24c day and 22c nights. Still cooler than the outside. Pool was refreshing.

Vår ”extrasäng” var en madrass på ett smutsigt golv. sedan använde personalen hotellets personuppgifter för att på egen hand kontakta oss på sociala medier för personligt bruk. De städade inte en enda gång vi var där och frukosten var inte god. Det låg relativt bra förhållandevis till centrum.
• Little Woman (10/5): Nice hotel owned & managed by lovely local family - I have stayed at another hotel owned by this same family. They are wonderful people who will oblige in any way possible. As a single traveler, I feel very safe in this location. It is not 5 star accomodation but it is very comfortable. I will certainly be going back there to stay again.

The breakfast was good until we had little glass pieces in our scrambled egg on the last day. Nice place to stay in Kuta if you want it quiet and not directly on the beach. It took us about 15-20 Minutes to the beach. The air con was a bit old and very loud. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. All in all a good place for a good price!

Das Badezimmer hat eine Duschtrennwand, eher ungewöhnlich und deshalb sehr positiv. Damit hebt es sich deutlich von den sonst üblichen Dusch-WC´s ab (Hotels in der Preisklasse). Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.

• saki (6/5): 安さを求めるなら全然あり - 客室内は清潔。(よく見ると虫はいるけど) 冷蔵庫なしクーラーなし電気ケトルなし。 大型扇風機が天井に付いてるだけですが、 夜中暑くて起きる事はなかったです。 昼間は暑い。 シャワーのお湯は腐ったゆで卵の臭いがする(水も) 朝食は毎回同じでトーストかパンケーキ。 8時から11時朝食時間だが、8時に行ってもでてこない。8時半くらいに行くのがベスト(ホテルの人マイペースw) クタビーチまで歩いて15分。 途中お店やマッサージもあって飽きない。 スカイガーデンまでも歩いて15分。

Breakfast was simple yet adequate, enough to get you through to lunch. Swimming pool was clean and staff were helpful. Value for money! will stay again!
